From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at ease right away. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. I will come again . Thank you so much

I love this salon. I used to go here for manicure and pedicure,but today I did my haircut and hairdresser is amazing 🤩 her service is on high level,she works fast and she did everything how I wanted. Definitely recommend you ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing Hair Color Experience! the customer service was amazing, the price was really good, and more than anything, the hair specialist, Widaad was amazing!!! She took so much time and care with my hair to help me achieve the perfect color that i wanted. its been a week but my hair color is amazing as ever. Ive been coloring my hair for 10 years now and this was my best experience with crazy colors.

Honestly I have no words, I left in tears. I was so excited to get my nails done for an event and I provided the first photo of what I wanted, the second is what I got and I had to complain throughout. The lady claimed to be color blind, how can you be color blind and work with color? The shape is wrong the acrylic is weak and transparent and they still made me pay for it, I didn’t even finish the service considering how badly it was goingI’m deeply hurt, I expected way more considering how beautiful the salon is.

Nail polish used is very low quality. This is how it looks like after 4 hours and it keeps getting worse.

Good products and very nice/polite employees. my mom and i went this afternoon for eyebrow threading (me) and root coloring (my mom). both staff (eye brow technician and hair stylist) were very polite, reception was very nice, and receptionists were constantly asking if the service was good (it was amazing!)

My first time today at the salon, and with a bumpy start. But Marilona saved the day! I appreciate so much how she found solutions to the limitations we faced this morning, adapted to the needs and made sure I’m happy. We finished on time despite of the delay, and I left very happy with my pedicure.She’s new, but she did a great job handling the morning by herself.

I would firstly like to highlight how welcoming the staff at the front desk was, her name is Miss Katia. While I was waiting for my appointment she was really kind and helpful with all my doubts, even offered drinks. I went there for hydra facial and I think it was one of best decisions to go for it as Miss.Namreq was really professional and I could really see the difference. I would highly recommend to for people looking for a facial or any type of beauty service. 🤍

Had such an amazing visit at this salon today. It exceeded my expectations. I had a lash lift, eyebrow tint and threading and upper lip thread. It looks amazing Im so happy. Katia did all my services today and was truly fantastic. Thank you ladies zx

I visited this Salon for a protein hair treatment.. The ambience the interiors the staff, everything was very good and my hairdresser truly did an amazing job no doubt. She was very sweet and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.But I was very disheartened about one particular thing that happened. As soon as my service was about to end I was told that I cannot pay by card and I have to pay in cash. I said I do not have cash and I will pay by apple pay. They said apply pay is not possible I will have to withdraw money from an atm nearby.. Unfortunately I did not have a card on me that very day because who even carries cash or card these days.. I requested many times but was denied the liberty to pay online. All that is fine there can be issues with card system acceptance sometimes, I understand. I was even asked to tell someone to get cash or card and reach there to which I said was not possible. Then when I checked in my purse I had almost 3/4th of the amount with me. When I told them that they had me pay that much amount in cash and the rest by card but with someone else’s machine (according to them). And that they will take the cash from them the next day. I just wanted to get it done with so I did the above listed and left even without the payment receipt. After I reached home I checked the transaction message and saw that my card amount had gone to an organization called “Cerise Beauty Salon”. This meant that they lied to me about not accepting card and more so, about getting someone else’s card machine to make the remaining payment. I don’t understand why I was lied to . This was very disheartening. Do better than lying to your customers..

I had an excellent experience at this beauty salon, especially with their facial treatment. The atmosphere was soothing, the staff welcoming, and the treatment was really effective. My skin looked radiant and well-hydrated afterward. I highly recommend it!

I had an appointment in the Salon and before i book i asked if they have specialist for Ingrown and they said yes. I had month back infection in my toe and i was taking antibiotic. So when i came to the salon again i asked the girl who was doing my nails if she knows how to deal with ingrown nails and i explained for her that my toe was infected before plus i mentioned that if you dont know how to do it please don’t. But she said yes and to not worry about it! Now my toe is infected all over again because she didn’t cut properly!! I dont have to go through all of this again just because a mistake of someone else who said he knows how to do it to not loose money!! If you dont have a specialist for something please DO NOT MENTION that you have . I dont think it’s a way to let the client come back to your salon.NEVER AGAIN 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I love Nameric? 😭 I’m not sure how you spell her name! But she did my hydrafacial! I just moved here from America. She took her time and really diagnosed my skin and told me what I need! I will be returning monthly for her to do my facials! 🤗 Everyone is so friendly and the salon is beautiful!

I recently had my hair and toenails done at Cerise, and Im extremely satisfied with the service. The staff was attentive, and the overall experience was excellent.

I’ve tried the hydrafacial, and it’s one of the best, totally recommended , they really do deep cleansing, you will know it by the tools they’re using.Ask for the lady called golinda 10/10

Went for Hydra Facial. And just wow!!! I’ve never had such an amazing treatment!!! Really loved it! It has 10!!!!! Different steps of cleansing and treating your skin. I’ll definitely come back again!!! Namarig was very professional explaining every step and telling what benefit it does to the skin.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services I received at your salon.In the beginning of April, I visited your salon for a protein treatment. Unfortunately, the treatment resulted in significant damage to my hair. Concerned, I returned to the salon a few days later to request a refund. However, I was informed that the manager would not issue a refund but instead offered to fix my hair with another treatment.Despite my concerns about the risks of undergoing another treatment so soon, your staff assured me that it would not cause further damage. Initially, my hair seemed improved after the second treatment, but after the first wash with the provided products, my hair became severely damaged once again.It has now been two months, and despite my best efforts to care for my hair, it remains damaged. I recently left a comment about my experience, and the salons response was that I had not taken proper care of my hair. This accusation is not only unreasonable but also deeply disappointing, given the circumstances.I am extremely unhappy with the outcome of these treatments and the way my concerns have been handled. I trusted your salon to provide professional and effective services, but my experience has been quite the opposite.Please note that I went to see a specialist, and she mentioned that it is not standard practice to have two treatments in less than two weeks.

My first experience getting a hydra facial and I am really happy with the decision coming to Cerise. I booked appointment over phone and girl was really polite and accommodating. Usually their service is good, but today one lady done waxing for me a while back, which is pathetic, she is no so hurry & very fastly removing wax strips from my face which made me very uncomfortable, after service without checking on my feedback left the room, I called back as there is some missing wax on nose line. All customers pay the same money, we need to be comforted & cared. Appreciate if you consider this feedback & try to correct it.I am editing this review to add answer to your reply. When your service was good, yes it brought me back to your saloon many times being regular customer which brings you good business. Appreciation is not always in Google reviews, then you will be flooded with thousands of reviews. But you already lost one customer now because of this. Hope you understand.

Tried this salon for the first time, looking for a reliable and professional hairdresser with a good eye for hair color and style, with an honest opinion and quality service and found! Nasiba is amazing, delicate, warm welcoming, straight to the point, trustful and simple, all that is very rare to find these days! And prices are finally reasonable, which is even more rare! So I absolutely recommend Nasiba for your hair treatments!

They give me one price on the phone then once I have to pay they give me an other one with more costThey do a good work with the nails but the price change it’s just not making any sense

Wasn’t the best experience. It took over 2 hours to do a hair color for a very short length (not even shoulder length hair). The lady who did the hair color did not speak any English and it was very difficult to explain anything. Made the hair look very dry and looks more damaged than what it was. Won’t be going again. The instagram hype looks like a male hair dresser who seems good. First and last time for me at this salon. 2 starts for the staff even though job sucked the staff were polite.

DANIYA and OUIDAD have no manners how to talk to their customers. Worst EXPERIENCE. TRUST ME DONT GO HERE.

WORST SALON IN DUBAI, the girl at the reception was very lost and confused of what services we would like to do although we have already booked through Fresha. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for the nail technician to come and do my nails cause I was told that she’s using the restroom. So not professional. The chairs were miserable, ZERO CLEANLINESS, bad behavior from the technicians, I saw her grabbing a used filer so I asked her if it was sanitized and without answering me she threw the filer and grabbed a sealed one. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I got a full head of highlights and a blowout from Nassiba, and I absolutely loved it. I got what I asked and more. If you’re looking for a kind and experienced hairdresser this is the place to go!

Went for a second time last Sunday and while the first experience was good, the second was very disappointing. My mother’s toes got badly infected from how deep the lady went inside with the tools - we do hope no further treatment is needed. Also; i did french gel nails and only after 3 days the white is peeling off - this has never happend before when doing french in other salons ! Disappointed and won’t go back again.

I wish if I read the reviews before going. I’ve got lots of bruises after doing the hydra facial and the massage is average. The two stars for the friendly staff and prices are reasonable.

I did a facial in this salon. The salon is very beautifully decorated and it is clean. The lady who did my facial did not stop for a second, while my mask was drying she did a shoulders/ neck massage, was carrying enough to cover me with a blanket and was always concerned if I am satisfied along every step of the routine. Overall very pleasant experience, definetly recommend!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The tools they used on me was not sanitised, it was used on the client before me, so disappointed because it was unhygienic and i could’ve gotten an infection. The manicure on my nails has bubbles which has never happened and the nail polish is easily peeled. The lady who did my legs seems to be not professional i keep giving her comments and nothing changes.

Loved Nasiba. She washed my hair thoroughly and did an excellent trim :)

I visited the salon upon a bloggers recommendation.. at first everything looked perfect and nice .. I asked for a mani and pedi .. one Indian lady (tasleem) came to me and asked me to be seated in the nails area. . Then she started doing my feet everything was ok until she started cleaning the nails , she wasn’t professional at all in fact my nails hurt .. she cut deep and rubbed hard she want gentle at all .. I think she doesn’t know how to do the work !Although I told her several times that it hurts she would apologize and still hurt me again ,,Then coming to my hands I asked her for a certain length ,, she didn’t even have a nail cutter she just kept filing until all my nails are gone and apologised again this is not professional at all !Why do you put people who don’t know their work and she should’ve asked me first if I wanted round or square shaped she just went on and on with filing ,,At the end of the pedi, there was no cream applied to my feet which every salon does it was very dry !This is not good ! I will not do with her again !

In this salon they don’t have any respect for you. The girl at the reception comes and calls the lady who is doing my pedicure and asks her to go do another customers job in the middle of my pedicure and to top it off they are rude to u and don’t even bother to apologise. Very bad experience!Also make sure you ask which nail technician you would like to do your nails. Because they will not care and try to give you any technician they want or suits them best. Very disappointed!!

(Maybe she was her friend!) This was rude and disrespectful to my time (which I had an appointment).Next was that there always seems to be unnecessary backchat from the receptionist, which is frustrating when she doesnt have the best customer service skills.When I was annoyed by the situation, I received a sarcastic reply I didn’t know -Secondly, my final straw was when I found out that there is no manager and the receptionist is saying I am the manager. the only thing the receptionist said to me was why are you upset, bye without any apology - This for me, is a big red flag and mistrustful which is why I will be looking for service elsewhere.

The salon itself is nicely decorated but whenever I went in, they never seemed to have enough equipment / material for more modern nail techniques such as chrome nails or for nail decoration, which is okay as I went for standard gel nails.Next was that there always seems to be unneccessary backchat from the receptionist, which is frustrating when she doesnt have the best customer service skills. On one occassion, I was not attended to on arrival so I went directly to the nail technicians. When I finished my treatment, to avoid confusion I mentioned my name and the treatment as I had to complete payment and the response I received a a sarcastic I know - very unneccessary as if I had been attended to in a normal salon I wouldnt have to say who I am.Secondly, my final straw was when I found out that payment was being taken from the Fresha booking system on a different card but then I was also being asked to pay for my treatment in person - which I still havent received a refund till this day and has absolutely infuriated me - especially as I try to tip the technicians. I spotted it and the only thing the receptionist said to me was why did you have your card details in the system without any apology - whilst the real question is why are you not on top of finances to recognise that you are charging me twice??. This for me, is a big red flag and mistrustful which is why I will be looking for service elsewhere.

I’m very saddened to write this review because i do believe this salon has amazing potential and provides great service. But however i did not get that. My manicure and pedicure was done poorly as the staff was in hurry to leave, which is understandable as their shift was ending, but my cuticles weren’t even pushed or side skin wasn’t even trimmed down, my polish looked amazing but the skin around looked very undone and ive been to the best nails salons in Dubai to know the basic differences . Pedicure was done in literally 10 mins which is just mind blowing to me and that’s so so bad, the staff was very friendly and sweet and that’s why i don’t want to complain but the service could have been so much better and not done in a hurry, i couldn’t complain at the same time as it was almost closing time. But hopefully you guys look into this! Much love.

Nice place with pinkish vibes. Tasleem was great. She is amazing and expert in what she is doing. My onky comment is the chair that we do waxing on. It is not comfortable at all. Not convenient either specifically when you are doing full body and you have to turn . I felt bad also for the technician as i think her lower spine is broken pending on me to manage.Please fix this as apart from that the place is really cool

I had a lovely experience in this salon and Anji was amazing, she fixed the shape of my nails which were done poorly in a well known salon. Anji also did nail art which I really liked. Will definitely visit them whenever I want elegant and trendy nail designs. The salon decoration is so girly and fresh so you will enjoy the service and the atmosphere at the same time.

If you have pimples while doing their facial do not let her touch them. I was told by the reception that they are not allowed to use needles for extraction, but in fact during my facial the therapist did use a needle unannounced to extract my pimple! This does not seem hygienic for a salon and also when I asked her if this would leave a scar she did not answer.As a result, I was left with pimples that were not even extracted properly, inflammation, dark spots and scarring.Unfortunately no transparency before or during the treatment. They claim to be professionals but they are not..

I had an okay experience here so I recommended my 2 friends to go and they came back horrified and it was terribly embarrassing for me to have even recommended this place. Now going through the reviews I can tell so many are not even legit or with a single description, just a bunch of unknown people giving them stars. Don’t fall for it. This is a nicely decorated salon that has no idea how to manage appointments or actually tend to clients. My friends were left waiting for 1.5 hours with nothing, then we’re offered a “vip” pedicure which is just on a different chair to make up for it. But why would anyone accept that after waiting for 1.5 hours? And the other friend had her foot bleeding freely across their floor and they took no responsibility or action to help her. High risk of infection or getting hurt if your pedicurist is making you bleed. So yeah, in conclusion, go to this salon if you wanna see a pretty view with flowers. But don’t do anything else there.

It was a great experience that I had and it was my first visit. I wanted to see how quality are they and I tried full face waxing and foot massage. It was good and the salon atmosphere is just perfect. Very clean and beautiful place.

I’m not a person who usually put reviews specially if it’s bad one from the first time . But this is the third time I’m having troubles . I really like jane and jae they are really professional but spending more than two and half hour in a salon for mani pedi with booking one technician is not acceptable and not for a valid reasons because of wrong booking.

I do my acrylic nails there and its so nice and beautiful ..Also my lashes thay look like very coolAnd the team all friendly and so kind they give me a discount first visit and its will not the one and only thank you 💗💗💕

I was not going to post anything but I think people should be aware before they make appointment here. A while ago, I purchased a Groupon offer and made an appt prior for Mani/Pedi. When I arrived at the salon, no one was sitting at the reception, said hello 1/2 times, no response until I peaked through one of the rooms and the receptionist came. They had 2 staff already attending a clients mani/pedi and was told to wait for a few minutes only, however, these few minutes became OVER AN HOUR and still they were not done with the client. Then when I was clearly irritated after AN HOUR they tried to have one beautician/receptionist? to start with my pedicure until the actual staff were done. As soon as the lady started with the foot scrub, I knew either she was not a nail technician or she had been out of the nail industry for a VERY long time. I left the salon then! I had been getting mani/pedis for years and even I know that a client coming for gelish will take time so there should be enough time given, when I had arrived they were still cleaning the previous clients nails! They did not bother to call ahead to inform me and were neither honest when I was there to inform me about how many minutes-hr it will take and then they took me as a fool and tried to assign someone who wasnt a nail technician ! A non-professional salon who does not care for their client. I would highly recommend against visiting.

Worst hair salon ive been to, the Moroccan lady who did my hair was very rude and increased the price on me the double and did not want to call the owner to sort it out ! Do not recommend it at all - the receptionist did not even say she mentioned the price and they are all very unprofessional and not welcoming to be visited again

I visited this salon for a gel mani and pedi whilst I was in Dubai for a short holiday, as I was staying nearby. I was really impressed with the mani and pedi, particularly the time and attention that was paid in preparing my nails and cuticles. It was very thorough.

This place is so horrible. they treat you so cheaply and work super slow. my friend also had the same experience. she got in a fight with the receptionist because she went there and they said they have an offer. She went again and they still had the offer but this time they charged her more without informing her. if you want them to take your money for a bad service this is the place for you!!!!

They have my hair and eyebrows done even though I came at the end of work, but their manners are amazing and their treatment is wonderful, and the hair expert is an artist, and their products are luxurious.Was a great experience with the salon. They have a good price for the wonderful products and they know how to deal with the customers. They also have good hospitality. I’ll give them five stars for sure it’s gonna be my one and only salon in Dubai.

I had a hydrafacial, it was nice, but there was a move they did that I didnt like. I went to the offer they made on Instagram for 250 dirhams and I booked for this amount. When I went, they told me to pay after it was over. When I finished, they told me the amount was 262 dirhams!! Why did you tell them?! They said with tax!? I mean, they are supposed to write in the advertisement without tax, and there should be clarity and transparency in dealing. I am coming for 250 dirhams. The important thing is that I will not go to them again for the first time and for the last time.

Unfortunately, I chose this salon to have the extensions removed and they destroyed my nails 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Literally the worst experience I ever had.
