Opted for a non bleach bayalage and did not achieve desired results though they tried their best and recolored thrice.. the end result was a light copperish brown color with no shaded effect..was left with the same shade top to bottom (posting before & after pics). Sat for more than 5 hours which was a tiring experience. What was more disappointing is that i was not offered anything more than a black coffee and was starving by the end of the service so had to order on my own. Kindly offer some light snacks to your client for long hour services please(even at a cost), you do earn brownie points for basic customer service (just a tip)Sachini who did my hair is a polite girl, happy she did the coloring with no damage to my hair. The salon is neat and tidy with hygenie standard met so no complains.

They greet me with a warm smile, making me feel instantly welcome. They are good at their jobs and make everything go smoothly. Overall, they are very competent in every service they provide.

I went to the salon. I make my hair keratin. It was the first time. First of all, the lady spoke to me through the phone. She was having a French accent ,was very nice and polite . In the second day,I visited them second day ,The welcome was very nice. They offer me tea, coffee, and they give me water. And the lady, her name was Rose. Shes from Pakistan. She was doing my hair. She was very nice, very polite.Thank you very much and definitely, I will come back to the salon.

Visited them for the first time and was impressed with the service. Friendly and attentive staff.Had a haircut from Rosy, was taking my chances, but absolutely pleased with the haircut she gave me and the way she did my eyebrows.This is now definitely my new go to place!

As a regular customer of this salon, I have noticed a concerning trend of increasing prices with each visit. Despite being a loyal client who frequents the salon monthly, I have experienced inconsistent pricing that is higher than previous visits. This lack of transparency and consistency is disappointing.Furthermore, the salons disregard for client time and lack of respect towards customers is concerning. My experiences have left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a patron.I hope that the salon management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their pricing transparency, customer service, and overall client experience.

From the moment I entered the salon, I felt the good vibes and the sweet welcome from the lovely receptionist Wafaa, it was my first time here and I had gel colour and manicure it was super clean work and no pain at all thanks to Janvi she is super professional, strongly recommended.✨️

Few days back I went for hair wash and it was a terrible experience. the lady who did was in a hurry to leave the parlor and she didnt even wash the shampoo and conditioner properly and I had to wash again after reaching home. Customer service was really bad.

Experience was very bad here. They have offered to provide discount before service but after service they denied.The staff was beyond unprofessional, the service was not good enough compared to service charges and the results were an absolute disaster. Its clear that competence and customer satisfaction are non-existent here.Save yourself and your money. They charge huge amount and provide service which is not worthy of 10% of total amount charged.Hence better to avoid visiting here and convey message to your friends too, to save them.

Terrible and disappointing experience of hair coloring.I asked for a simple brown color and recommended to start coloring the ends before the roots as my roots are not thick and quickly catch the color, to get even color from roots to end and avoid any copper unwanted tones.The girl done my hair completely the opposite of what I have asked for. She kept the dye on the roots for too long first then she colored the ends right before washing.The result was completely disappointing and exactly what I warned her from happening!The manager kept arguing that the issue is with my hair.She offered to recolor it but after my hair was damaged already for a simple brown hair without even one highlight.They are not experienced at all in hair coloring.I am regular customer for nails though.

I highly recommend this place. The services are amazing, and the environment was friendly and warm❤️. The staff are very polite. I went there for a haircut done by Sachinni, and she is amazing at giving advice on haircut styles, explaining all the pros and cons, which is very helpful thank you sachinni . Additionally, the service rates are pretty affordable🫶

I had a great experience at the salon, the salon manager Wafa was very nice, patient, and helpful, and the hair specialist Sachini blow dried and straightened/curled my curly (3B/C) hair perfectly!

The Worst beauty lounge ever!!The ladies dont have experience they make my hair not good, nails all services and everything is very bad. Never visit them!! Now come and write thats not true and we all know its more than true but you are playing with people and try to comment for people thats a fake review. May God take my rights from you 🙏🏻. Shame on you!!

It is a good place to relax, very quiet. Perfect manicure and pedicure, the ladies are very professional and efficient. Face cleaning, detox and head massage strongly suggested.

I was really debating whether to write this review or not because everyone in the salon was really nice and polite, and I also liked the gel manicure I got. HOWEVER, the haircut I looks just too bad to not write about it.I asked for some light layers, face framing pieces and a trim; she suggested to add more layers and cut a bit more than I thought, I accepted because she is the expert and when I showed her the picture she said those where the layers the girl had.To be fair, I didn’t like it from the salon but I didn’t say anything because styled didn’t look terrible and “it’s just hair”. However, when I got home I realised how much of a mess it is, the “face framing pieces” are half of my head, and I don’t have that much hair so there is just a couple strands of hair of different layer length…I’ve been told looks like I got a sort of Mohawk, that it looks like a child cut it, that looks choppy (which I agree)😪So, even if I would give 5 STARS for service, cleanliness and manicure, the haircut … not more than 1 for the nice head massage 🥲

I went for a mani-pedi, head massage wash and hair wash. The service was amazingly. Staff was very professional - would love to mention Janvi - head massage was so relaxing, manicure was very neat.The pricing is yes lil expensive. But, its worth for a good service.Salon was very neat and tidy and was very hygienic. The manager - wafaa was very friendly and accommodating.

I have done here gelish manicure, classic manicure and classic pedicure and the service is amazing, all the girls are really nice and professional and their work is flawless, the gelish manicure stays for so long that I have to change it just because my nails have grown. The place is always clean and is a beautiful space. Definitely recommended, the best in the area.

One stop shop! I got my facial and hair done here and the ladies are amazing! They did an amazing job with my hair and it lasted a couple days. I would recommend them. They know what they are doing.

The worst salon experience in Dubai. I tried their facial and ended up with an eye infection the following day. Then I decided to give it another shot and tried their mani/padi and ended up with injuries in both my finger nails and toe nails due to the rough pulling out of my skin by two different technicians working on the mani and padi at the same time. I now have to deal with the aftermath of my eye infection as it left a permanent pimple on my eye lid and a very sore finger nail and toe nail. Never going back there again. Please note that this is a review from a genuine customer who can provide receipts as proof of service provided.

The price at the list were 60 dirhams for short hair and the lady who did my blow dry confirmed its short hair but the reception lady insist to get paid 70! well i paid but didnt go back and i dont recommend

I went to this store for a deep facial cleansing，The whole process takes 30 minutes，I thought the blackheads on my face were cleaned up, but when I went back, they were all still there, but my face was still dirty, very unprofessional, I don’t recommend this shop，Going to this store will just waste your money and time,you wont get what you need

No experience with blond hair, even I asked before. After when I told I’m not happy with the color they still let me pay the full price and didn’t change anything.
