From my manicure to pedicure , eye brow , upper lip and who could possible forget the head , neck and shoulder massage was absolutely satisfying!All the staff are lovely and professional and I don’t Favour one lady over the other. I’m always pleased with the end results ❤️

Amazing place. The staff are very professional and quality has always been consistent for years. I never for once was disappointed with any service. Miriam is very accomodative and professional I loved being pampered by her!

The friendliest and most loving atmosphere I’ve ever experienced in a salon! It is Christmas Eve and there were children having manicures done and the staff were playing with them and braiding their hair it was just so lovely. My gelish manicure is perfect, and they kindly didn’t charge me extra as I only needed a colour change. Really wonderful experience.

Ive been going to Chi in JVT for years now and amalways happy with my visits. They are a lovely team of ladies and their work is excellent. Everything is spotlessly clean. The chairs are comfortable and I always leave feeling relaxed and pleased with the results. I would absolutely recommend!

Its a waste of time and money. Its actually staff training to be nail technicians on customers who are paying money !!!!!!!! Not professionals.1_ they take so much time for a simple French manicure, three and half hours!!!, very time consuming.2_ theyre not good artists they cant paint designs yet they would try to, Im a paying costumer not a volunteer for staff to train.3_ when nails turn out ugly and sloppy and absolutely not neat and looks nothing like the design I showed and belived they can pull but they didnt, they would still charge you a price I would pay somewhere else and get perfect nails instead of this bad service.

The worst saloon ever all what they care about is mondy ive been a customer for 7 years yest i did pedi and manicure and told the color faded and looks like my nail has fungus ,they refused to fix it and told me we dont care go make a complain and btw i did

The girls at Chi are absolutely amazing. One of my favorite treats each week is going and having my nails done. So professional and friendly. They are also amazing with kids. My daughter loves coming with me

I did my nails with Shey for the first time.The ladies were very niceAnd cleanI saw them cleaning everything after each customer, they offered me a drink and cushions so I can sit comfortably.My nails looked great at the end.

Loving this place, girls are very friendly. Chairs are so comfortable, you can have mani, pedi, massage in the same time. Even now I move from the are to another side of the city I still like to pass by for amazing treatment. Been going to Chi nail salon in JVT since 4 years.

This is one of the best expiriences Ive had. The ladies are extremely professional, highest competency possible, very kind and friendly.I had a last minute appointment and I arrived 8:10pm to have a manicure and acrylic done including overly & pedicure including jelish. The Stream finished everything in 50 minutes with beat results. I could not have expected this kind of professionality. I travel around the world and tried a lot of Nails Spas an this Spa is definitely the best of the best I must say.Best service indeed. Highly recommended

This is my go-to place for waxing and pedicures in Dubai. Both Maribel and Sahara take so much pride in what they do- they are amazing. The salon is always welcoming and calm, just the place to relax. Highly recommend the staff and the salon!

I have been going to Chi Nails JVT for 7 years and that alone says enough. Their treatment options are great, their customer service is so polished and genuine and their prices are very competitive. Best mani (ask for Maribel) and pedi (ask for Marilou) in town. Oh and dont forget to get the 30mins head and shoulder massage add on - worth every penny!!!

Stuff is very friendly, prices are cheap, seats are very comfy, always spots available. I love the girls how they treat u, from their hearts!!! Never bother u with offers or any addings which I faced in N Style (never to be going there, so much pressure of offers from the stuff).Here they will take a super good care of u, great back massage, best nails that will stay for long, lashes are awesome too!!!

Excellent service, very fast and efficient, superb colour selection and good price poing! My shellac always lasts 2 weeks +. Easily accessible from the Springs area. Highly commend.

Ive been with this Saloon since 2015, and always the same brilliant service.

I love Chi Nails (consistently the best mani/pedicure Ive gotten in Dubai) and used to go solely to their other Motor City branch. That is, until I realized that the JVT branch was more chilled and zen-like.

Clean, tranquil and amazing service. Perfect gelish French manicure. All the ladies are experienced, professional and genuinely lovely. Been a regular for years, recommend them for any services.

Terrible service, staff have no idea what they are doing. worst customer service ever. They more worried about money than customer. Never do your manicure here.

Worst nail place I’ve visited ever . They are more concerned about the money not what the customer wants . I paid 205 dirham for acrylic nails and I walked out like nothing was done . And the staff were getting frustrated as I tried to explain what I wanted done . Very bad , I would t recommend anyone to visit this spa.

Love how they do my nails. It never comes off, never breaks, the only reason I go after two weeks is, my nails grow down. The price is great too.

Had a manicure and pedicure with Marilou & Adelfa. Also had LVL with blue black tinting with Sahara. I am beyond happy with my lashes, I highly recommend Sahara. Very gentle, patient and meticulous.

Employees very nice. Appointments work smoothly (also via the app)I am satisfied with the quality of foot care. I am not satisfied with the quality of the nail refill. After 2 weeks, nails were already rising at the corners and breaking. They didnt really take my wishes into account and just tweaked it the way they wanted. Im not happy with the result. Salon otherwise very clean and well maintained.
