Found this gem of a place by simply Googling. My daughter did a gelish french manicure and I did a classic mani-pedi. We both loved the quality of the work and the warm staff. Being the festive season they had a raffle happening and a generous loyalty program too. Highly recommend giving the place a try!

Amazing service! All the staff members are so welcoming and lovely. I have been struggling to find a salon that can do everything and I can stay this is the place! I have had nails and eyelashes done, also they do kids treatments which is great! 10/10.Very highly recommend 🫶🏼

Shaizia, is my waxing and eyebrow threading technician. She is always kind and personable. Her technique for Brazilian wax is impeccable. She is the only technician I’ve had and never experienced ingrown hairs. I will always return to this spa and for her services.

Did classic Mani and Pedi, it was good and quick (nothing special)But you need to pay additional amount for everything else! I asked for breathable polish they said it will be additional 15 dhs then at the counter they added 30! Turns out she meant 15 for hands and 15 for feet which was misdealing!Not going back because they are not honest although the service was Ok!

Staff are very accommodating and quality of service is very good! Hygiene is superb! Always satisfied and happy customer here 😊Price is reasonable compared to others😉❤️

Been going to Chi Nail Spa for 7 years. Their Gelish pedicure is very good and lasts weeks. I’m impressed by the staff retention over the years and you get to know the staff. I always come out happy. Only thing I would say is that they need to refurbish the place.

Applied gelish manicure that didnt last a week. Once I informed them, they didnt even apologize. Very expensive and charges are higher for everything although the quality of products is not the best. Never coming again

I’ve been a customer of this nail salon since they opened their doors almost a decade ago. I’ve never had to pick a nail tech, each one was as good as the other, prices were always higher than other places but worth it. Today after almost a decade of going to this nail salon it became clear that I will not be going back. All new staff is poorly trained, got cuts, bad nail cutting and shaping, took almost 30 mins longer than a usual appointment and when I complained i got told that they will give feedback to the staff to improve. The feedback should go to management. TRAIN YOUR STAFF! I’m not paying full price for your staff to practice on me.No apology, no offer on how to make good to a decade old client. They seem to forget that there are at least 5 other nail salons at their doorstep who customers will go to instead.

I had manicure and pedicure done and I am really satisfied, Joana an Jean were very good. The place is relaxing and there is a friendly staff. Will definitely come back

I used to love the place. And I have recommended it to many friends before. But I was very disappointed in my last visit. I went with my aunt to get out eyelash extensions done because I had them done there more than once. But the last time was very bad and when I told the receptionist how unsatisfied I was. She answered very rudely without even apologizing. So I had to remove them and leave after spending almost 2 hours there and I had a big event the next day.. very very bad service ! I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I used to love the saloon, the eye for details. Very disappointed with my last visit. The receptionist, was emotionless when I entered, she didnt even greet me.My gelish is peeling in less than a week.Please improve the quality of service!

They are pricey but their service is amazing.

It was a horrible experience, i did a full set of acrylic after 2 weeks i went for a refill, ten days after the refill one of the extensions fell and i was surprised that my nail turned green , i went back to them to remove the set to see of there’s any fungus in any other nails but thankfully there wasn’t, but they we very unprofessional dealing with the situation!

I have been going here since 3 years especially for my nails. Katerina is your girl for a perfect manicure gelish or otherwise. Monalisa was good for body treatments but she has left which is a not good as now I will need to find another one just like her. Everyone is quite gracious and I really like going ther for my treatments. Thank you

Worst customer service, not professional.A massage shouldn’t be done in the public area, where all the lights are on, even if its head neck and shoulders. Noting that i don’t have any nail service with it.I left and the manager sitting there didn’t even bother to say a word.

Their prices are not reasonable. Nail repairs are so over priced!! Acrylic repair for 1 nail is 42 AED. I had a gelish polish over the same nail that needed repair for 14 AED. 14 derhams to POLISH one nail! Very disappointed.
