I would highly recommend this salon if you are looking for a medical pedicure. Miss Nelly was very polite and welcoming when entering the salon. Miss Kamila is very professional and cleaned up my feet like never before in any other salon. I went home with soft baby feet. Well done👍🏻

Oh my gosh, that was incredible. Camila gave the most attention and care I have ever had during a pedicure. Her attention to detail was absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend!!!

Their “smart” gel removal service is not the smartest. Having been to more than 20 different nail salons so far I had never have gotten this much of a painful experience.She went very deep with the drill between my skin and my toenail. It made me bleed from 5 of my toenails. She cut my skin on the heel with the grinding machine which was the most painful part. She insisted it was my fault (I moved my feet; I have dry skin; It was already there; It’s the wrinkle on my foot)I made a complaint and got a follow-up service but not very helpful. It took me 10 days to heal all the wounds. Not recommended at least for the smart removal service+I’ve read the comment from the shop. This is why I didn’t want to deal with this shop anymore. You are not supposed to make the customer injured in the first place. I was never offered anything from a “podiatrist” Also I never came with a scratch on my foot. I can show you my whole album to prove all these injuries in my picture was from your very shop. I didn’t post the same pics in the first place because they were not saved in my album for I sent them directly on our Whatsapp message. (but same picture or not; does this really matter?) If you want the same pictures, I can upload them as well for they look even worse than the ones here already.I never got a full refund, just a partial refund on the removal service. Free service you mentioned was the buffing on the surface of all 10 of my toe nails which I don’t consider a free service at all because I wouldn’t have needed it if you had done it right from the first place. It sure is a waste of time and effort from my side, isn’t it?Thank you for the two small healing creams. I am sure you meant your best. I stopped using it because it wasn’t a prescribed medicine for wounds. One is still not used if you want it back. It makes me laugh to see you think I want to get free money from your shop for the injury you caused. The wounds are all healed so I don’t care anymore. I was mostly worried because it might have cause a bad infection because you didn’t wash my feet with soap before making it bleed. Good luck with your business and please don’t call me upset on my private number again.

Absolutely transformative! I tried eyelash laminate for the first time, and Im beyond impressed. Not only did it give my lashes a beautiful lift, but the added definition and volume lasted for weeks.

I had a basic nail cut and cleaning, but unfortunately, I ended up with a severe cut. Even after five days, Im still in pain, and my finger is swelling, possibly requiring a hospital visit. I am doing my manicure for years in salon, Ive never experienced such a deep cut during cuticle removal. When I asked for considerations, they seemed surprised, despite my bleeding finger, finger damage, the pain and the unfinished service. The staff needs better training to know what to do in such situation, it is clearly a staff mistake, I should not have to ask for anything. They should automatically offer compensation and apologise. While they offered a 10dhs discount, its not about money; its about principles and showing kindness to clients in such situations. They did not even apologise to me and I had to insist and ask for something.The salon should take responsibility. Should I not receive a kind gesture to get my finger cut instead of my nails? And days in pain? Should I pay to get swelling finger? Should I not receive even an apology for all that?Truly disappointing.

The best salon in all services I really love going there , cozy salon is really professional in nails and eyebrows going there and trying the services is an amazing experience 10/10. I was having a dead nail and my nail growth was not normal cozy salon did manage this problem without any pain cleaning and filling the nail softly including the medicine for my nail thanks cozy salon for caring and making sure that all costumer are happy with the service 💗💗💗
