I went there for a Russian Manicure, and girl look at those nails?! The receptionist was also very nice, friendly and even checked on us on how was our services when I went to settle the bill. By the way I bought it through Groupon, honestly very affordable compared to the quality of work. I definitely would recommend this salon as well as they have gain a repeat guest on me for sure. Thank you to the Russian lady who did my nails, sorry I didn’t get her name but girl she is highly recommended.

This salon is honestly a 10/10, I go there to do my hair once a week and the experience is amazing. Rawan, a hair stylist there, does an excellent job whenever she does my hair. Had a lovely experience with a beauty stylist Bhima. She did a great job during Moroccan bath. My dead skin was completely gone and I got shiny clean skin back and felt completely rejuvenated. I would recommend her if you are looking a great spa and Moroccan bath experience.

As someone that is new to Dubai. I was worried about finding a good salon. But this salon is beyond my expectations. The quality of services and pricing is amazing. Bhima ensured hygiene and health of my nails at all times and gave me some tips on nail health. My nail was also broken and she fixed it!! Souzan did a fantastic job with my lash extensions. Gave me a natural classics look and I absolutely loved them. Michelle did so well with the pedicure, I couldn’t be more happy. My mum also got a facial done and her skin looked flawless after. Friendly staff make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I will definitely be coming back.

The service was incredible, staff were very hospitable, and the nail work was very very good. They come highly recommended. I did my nails with Marina Michelle, they were incredible and my broken nail with bhima did acrylic for my broken nail and Venalyn kept the supply of refreshments going. It was an enjoyable pampering session. I really enjoyed.

I got a hair treatment and hair cut here, both experiences were so good, Bhima did the hair treatment and Rawan gave me a haircut , my hair looked so good and I was experiencing hair fall , after the treatment the hair fall did reduce, so thanks Bhima and Rawan

Always telling fully booked when trying to book for russian manicure unless i book one week a head, the girl who’s doing russian manicure is very good but the reception will tell you your appointment cancelled even though i called to confirm before one day!!!

The services are decent but it’s the appointments they cannot manage. Not sure if it’s being short staffed or lack of internal communication but the waiting after your appointment time could be anywhere between 30 min to an hour.My second consecutive experience where I sat fuming at the delay and lack of acceptance of the same. When I brought it up, they sent me a new appointment message of 30 min later 😡😡

I went to crystal lounge after Priti. I got my hair color done. Priti listened to me properly. I wanted to customize my color according to my likes. The end result was not what i had on mind and I requested her to add a few more strands of highlights. I thought she will be rude or upset but she very nicely heard me out and made me understand how could we go about it and we actually did that. My hair turned out lovely. She gave me an extra hour to fix my issue. I love my hair. Super blended naturally looking highlight.Thanks Priti. Oh yes also, her haircut is amazingggg!

From the minute I entered the salon the staff were courteous, professional and very lovely. I was greeted with a personalised welcome sign with my name, and shown to my seat and served a drink of my choice, while the manicurists began their excellent work. The salon was extremely clean, well designed and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning to try even more of the services they provide.

First reason of visiting was a special deal 1h full body Massage+hair treatment. And it was amazing hour when I even forgot where I am. Optional service with candles and oil made me feel as I’m on the heaven. So I decided to top up my hair treatment with hair cut, not because of a need but rates which are more than affordable. In my opinion, the value for money is absolutely great. So I was happy to tip the excellent job made by therapists.

I used Crystal Lounge for their keratin package, Rawan my hairstylist discussed with me the process in detail and the result was amazing! I’m so happy with the entire service. Their reception staff is also very friendly and responsive. I will definitely go back again.

First time trying this salon today . My hairdresser was Melina and she did an amazing job . After 3 years in dubai this is the first time i see such a beautiful haircut that I absolutely love. I had Moroccan bath for first time which was a good experience although I would recommend a few things to make it a little more comfortable leading up to the bath/scrub. Afterwards had a fabulous massage. Thereafter met Melina, hair stylist who did wonders with my very fine hair and gave great advice. Treatment, cut and blow dry. Left feeling totally refreshed and rejuvenated.

Poured hot wax in my eye and pulled 1/2cm of my eyelashes out from the root with a wax strip before I was able to stop her. Very unapologetic and dismissed it as if it was nothing, manager made a big deal that she came from Jebel Ali to speak with me about it.

I just had the strangest interaction with the manager of Crystal salon in JLT, which I have been to 3 times over the past 3 months for my root touch-up (a service I require on a monthly basis).After being promised they stock the brand and shades I need, they 1. Used the wrong shade; 2. Did not order the right shade despite saying they would; 3. Did not bother to reply a day before my appointment as to when (and if) the right shade would come through.When I professed my disappointment, the manager messaged and I quote: You are not supposed to say we are unprofessional, otherwise why did you choose us among all others to do your services here (er because you said you had what I need!), followed by You dont know the details to tell you how to do our work - (whatever that means).As a time-poor working mother, this is very disappointing, not to mention utterly unprofessional.

The service was professional from the beginning. The lady at the counter greeted me as I entered. Monica, the hairdresser was fantastic on my hair, she takes the customers needs into account and very friendly person. I highly recommend this salon!

I booked my mother, wife, and sister a session on 6 hour notice. I had to inquire about the fact that it is an all ladies salon but the receptionist was male. He assured me that he only works out front. It is not the best setup for women wearing the Hijab. The services were great as far as what they told me. They loved the massage and the manicures and pedicures. They would give it 5 stars had it not been for my wife being delayed an hour. We arrived at 5 expecting 2 hours work (1 hour massage + Mani/Pedi) I was told on the phone 1.5 hours roughly. But we knew it would take closer to two hours because there was 3 of them and only 2 massage rooms. My wife was done at 8. That was a bit long but she still enjoyed the service. It would be 5 stars had it not been for the delay.

Used to come here regularly but it gets worse and worse. Always a long wait time, barely any colours to choose from for nails, always understaffed so what should take 1 hour for a gel mani-pedi takes two or more! Seems to me that the salon is being run on minimal money spent by the owners. They book too many clients in and put their staff under tremendous pressure to finish quickly.

Made a nails with Anita. Gel overlay and gelish color. After one day I lost one nail even didnt notice how does it happen. Quality was so poor. Thats not first time. Previous time I lost 3 nails and went to do refill.I called to salon and asked if Anita is free right now its very urgent, Monica replied she asked what I want to do, I said I need to do one nail only. Then she said no she is busy till late evening. I tried to explain how important is for me to do as soon as it possible. But Monica just became more rude. I should admit that atmosphere in salon is always bad. Stuff is sitting around speaking their language and laughing very loud, they are not friendly also. I went to this salon only coz my friend suggested Anita. And Anita actually have done very good time at the first time. But next 2 was not good. Today salon lost not only me as a client but my friend also.Thank u for terrible day.

It’s my second time coming here and I won’t come back again. I have got the worst French nails ever. I planned to have French style manicure and same pedicure, but did only for the hand because that lady can’t do it. It took her 2hours and half to do my nails and she doesn’t have the skills to do the French style. Also the salon at that hour was busy. I have never been to a salon where only one girl to do mani and pedi. There is work to be done for the gelish, to remove it then to do the style I want so all this takes time. The admin don’t have to book all the customers at one hour in the same time. It was a disaster. I never had done my nails for two hours and half, I was just tired and wanted to leave as soon possible.

I had eyelash extensions done here and firstly . The technician didnt have proper tools for the eyelash extension. She kept opening my eye which made the glue have painful reactions with my eyes and they were red and irritated. The extensions themselves were poorly done. Clumpy with glue everywhere and I was charged for volume lashes but they were classics. I doubt the technician has had any training at all ! My eyelashes are all glued together and feel and look like plastic. Super disappointed

I went for a keratin straightening treatment, and after 4 days, my hair is curly again! Even though I followed all the recommendations and bought all the products, and used them as they told me to the letter. Too bad 1200 AED down the drain, due to an unprofessional salon. I read some reviews before I went and I ignored them, but I wish that u dont!

Booked an appointment and specifically told them not to make me wait (as they did the past few times). Got there on time and they made me wait for 30 mins before I could even go to the facial room. The receptionist was super rude, pretty much asked me why I book the same saloon if I always had to wait..like really!! The groupon packages are enticing but funny enough, the facial does not include steam, or the mani/pedi does not even include filing, theres an almost 50% extra charge. wouldnt recommend at all.

The experience was stressful and awful every step of the way.Location isn’t ideal with really loud kids party room right next door, salon was very dirty with spilled coffee on floor that no one seemed to care about cleaning up, staff were half asleep, rude and were not even at the reception to greet you, when the lady sat down to do my pedicure she burped, they hurt our fingers and didn’t care, coffee was served in a styrofoam cup (what a waste of plastic), when my mother in law asked for a specific foot treatment they started to ARGUE amount themselves about who would do it!!Then the icing on the cake was, the colour wasn’t the one I picked....which was to match a dress I am wearing for a WEDDING. When I brought this up to who I assume was in charge they were so rude and dismissive, “what wrong with that colour? What colour is your dress”, then she just walked off leaving us both standing in reception.Would NEVER go back, really do not recommend as you don’t even get basic customer service.

I was in holidays in Dubaï, for my last day I decided to relax before leaving. People working there are not HONEST and they are THIEF! I came with a friend for one hour full body massage. It was great but once we have to pay, issue begins ..The first time my card removed I don’t know why.. but the second time it works. However, the responsible (a woman) which was in the cashier told me that it not working I have to do it again. I told her no because I have already paid the second time and it worked. I even showed her my bank account receipt. No matters she mandatory me to paid again. I told her ok but if I receive twice a bank account receipt regarding this payment, she has to give me back my money! So I paid and my account said that I paid twice. The woman doesn’t want to give me back my second payment! I was furious because it was not fair from her part. So she gives me back 50AED but still 40AED are missing ... I not recommend this institute anymore!

Body massage is excellent. In a package classic mani-pedi only means nails cleaning, same with hot oil treatment - the hair is washed, something is put (apparently hot oil) and hair is washed again. Not returning!

Melina is a superstar! Great energy, pleasure to sit while having your hair done, very good and professional stylist. Highly recommended!

Awful experience,It is a big waste of money and time. I treated my hair with Proten couple of days ago, and everything has gone after first wash. I went there to complain but they were very unhelpful and didn’t do anything at all. I will absoultely never go back or recommend to anyone.

Been here a couple of times. The staff were friendly, however the massages were just average and they only lasted 40-45 minutes, instead of 60 minutes which I paid for, so it is not good value for money.
