I went without appointment 12/29; the place is very nice and it looks well taken care of. I got manicured and it was nice so far; I asked for acrylic and gel they informed me it will be 100. Also, I got my lashes and they were exceptionally good. My real issue was the person in charge and the lashes technician got into a heated argument really bothered me! They were unprofessional at all; the filled the salon with shouts I literally got headaches. The eyebrows tint wasn’t good and when i was checking out the person at the counter charged me 150 for the nails and in the top of that they were not strong enough one broke at 11p. My advice is to get your prices on a piece of paper upfront because the lady at the desk is a little harsh and extra. Get your nails elsewhere and thanks me later!!!

I did hair color with highlights after 2 wash grey hair is visible .I complained they said color will gone after 15 days.When i went they said u have to pay again.If i have to pay again why i will go to these ppl.i will go somewhere else.They are using local products.They attract you by posting fake pics and stories on insta take good amount for services and results are garbage.

I had one of the worst experiences here. I booked an appointment for my gel nails, the nail technician was kind and helpful. She did my nails well, however Jacky who works as a manager is one of the most disrespectful person I have ever come across, she has no courtesy and does not know how to speak to people. Please dont visit this salon.

I have done the color n keratine at this salon on 25 june and i travelled on july 1.so first time i washed my hair was on travel day and to my surprise my hairs were in my original form,all keratine gone in first wash n hairs were so dry .After 2-3 washes all color faded n turn in orange and i was looking so old.I had to attend a wedding in my home country immediately after reaching there thats y i did color n keratine from here.They ruined my hairs and i had to fix color on my own.They gave guarantee it will last at least 3 months and if i will use sulfate free shampoo then up to 6 months.I am using sulphate free shampoo so they cant say i might be using wrong product.My hairs were gone bad from first wash at home only.I have been doing keratine n botox for years and results always lasts for months but their products are fake.Wasted my money.When i came back and conplaint to them these 2 filipinos said come we will fix.When i went they said u have to pay again.If i have to pay again why i will go to these ppl.i will go somewhere else.They r looting n using sub standard products.Dont go to this salon.They attract you by posting fake pics n stories on insta take good amount for services and results are garbage.And when you complain,they will block you from everywhere.

A must visit to everyone at Elf Bright Lounge! The ambience and service is just perfect. Had done Keratin from there, Kusum is highly professional and amazing in her work! Had an awesome experience and if you visit there...Kusum is the best for your service!!!

I booked a 60 mins deep cleansing facialThe ladies were very nice, and the facial was very relaxing 😌And I like the result 👌🏼

Worst salon..the manager jacky is very pathetic and doesnt know how to treat customer...pathetic experience...I got gel nails done and the nails broke off in a week...dont visit them again

I asked to remove my low light and to make my hair brown color what they did they colored my hair with a very dark color (nearestto black) even darker than my original color and still have low lights they didnt remove it all plus the roots color is different than therest of my hair notinhg that the color was my original color... What is frustrating most is the customer service they have i told them my problem and there reply was very unprofessional and they told this is was i asked for they even didnt apologize and they didnt reply my chats anymore

I opted for hair smoothing and keratin treatment and the results were awesome and kusum did a great job with my hairs 😊

Good place but needs to take care more about salon . pedicure was good but nail gel just for one week is ok not more

Never get your eyebrows done here the lady is terrible and they charge 30 even with terrible attitude and service.
