I visited Elyssar Salon today, my 2nd time by the way and had an amazing experience! I got a full set of eyebrows (threading, waxing, and lamination) for the first time, and they turned out so clean and I’m so surprised by the outcome.The eyelash extensions were also fantastic. The technician had such a soft touch, I actually fell asleep while she worked! Hena did the brows—she was incredibly fast, attentive, and knew exactly what to do without me saying a word. The wax and thread for all I know is painful due to my past experiences but with her? It felt nothing! Maybe bec she’s very expert and or weve done it over with a funny conversation 😂The salon is spacious, clean, and very professional. My 4pm appointment was right on time, and the whole process was efficient. Plus, they have a clean and convenient bathroom. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the place so much it’s so cozy and relaxing. Also loved everyone working there, they’re so nice and friendly yet so professional and all services I did was beyond amazing!I did the best blow dry ever with some waves, also did classic lashes extensions that turned out to be super impressive. I also had my eyebrows laminated and threaded. Last but not least did both russian manicure gel and russian pedicure gel and I’m in love with how they turned out!Not to mention that this is one of the few places in Dubai with reasonable prices and good quality and services.Thank you so much for pampering me, will definitely be visiting your place everytime I’m in Dubai! 🩷🩷🩷

I went here and booked to have nail extensions with French design and pedicure and lashes. At booking I asked to have services together to save time. I left the salon at 3pm and was the first customer there at 10am. My lashes were rushed so thick and cheap looking and nothing like the picture I showed they’re so uncomfortable but I don’t intend to go back there. The staff is rude 1 person was available for everything my pedicure was chipping on holiday after less than 5days. My nail extensions were not the best when I asked the design to be changed because it looked so tacky I was given attitude and it was so rushed and not very neat at all but I was so done with being in such a unfriendly environment.

Very bad experience i do hair treatment protein ,keratin my hair is nice for one week only ,My hair came back to how it was before, as if I hadnt done anything at all, and now my hair is damaged and falling out because they use the cheapest products.I complained to them hoping they would find a solution for me but they never cared.Do not trust the photos and videos on Instagram. Because none of the photos or videos have anything to do with the salon. They use photos that are not theirs to deceive you.

Very bad experience! If you come from the Instagram, it’s nothing like what they post! I came from their IG page and their photos and videos looked so good. Guess what, it’s not their photos and video, very disappointing because it has nothing in common with reality of this salon and they steal someone’s instagram… Anyways, I had appointment for gelish mani/pedi, facial and lash extensions. I came there and the place was empty. There were no customers, one chubby Nepali lady who is admin and one skinny Nepali girl who took me for the facial. She was honestly trying her best, the facial was okay but she did a great face massage and shoulder and arms massage meanwhile the face mask was working. Then she took me out for mani/pedi and she was again the one to do the mani/pedi so they have only one girl doing everything! And now except of the admin there was one lady who as I understand is the owner or manager who was always on the phone and I had to listen to everything she was watching, she was very bossy and coming looking for her charger… so only one person is actually working and two ladies are there to manage! Absolute nonsense! Poor girl did whatever she could and she was nice but it is not a russian manicure at all, you can see on the pictures what they promote and post on the IG and what is the result I got. For the pedicure she just cleaned and painted my toe nails without scrubbing feet at all. And it took 5 h for facial + mani/pedi and no one was going to do my lashes and by that time I was so tired to sit and so done with them talking and watching their videos so I just left. I put one star just for the girl who actually worked and tried her best but salon is very bad.

I had the most relaxing facial here! My skin feels so smooth and looks so fresh, I can already see the difference. The whole process was super , and I didn’t want it to end.

I came here to get a deep glass skin derma facial + dermaplaning and the treatment was amazing! Everyone at the salon is so kind and welcoming. I felt very relaxed and the results came out perfect. Thank you! My skin is glowing, I will definitely be back 🤍

I just had my 💅 done and I’m very happy with it. It was done exactly the way I requested.Everyone in the salon were very professional and accommodating. I really highly recommend them for ur beauty needs.

Very unorganized and unprofessional! I did my lash extensions there, they use the cheapest materials. The lashes were super thick and hard , after 2 weeks went for a refill had to remove all to do them again, and guess what? They had lost the lash glue! After looking myself in the mirror seeing that my natural lashes had become half the length and thickness, left their salon! Do not go there!

I got nail extensions, and they turned out great. The shape and length are perfect, and theyve stayed strong even after a couple of weeks. If youre thinking about trying them, I totally recommend it.

The service is super good, they treat you great and with delicacy, I got the keratin, nails and lips done and they turned out great, I would definitely go back, they give you a lot of confidence, I highly recommend it, 10/10.

My lashes were very uneven from one eye to the otherI had a white substance covering my natural lashes and it looked really nasty

I did my Keratin treatment with Carmen one month ago and I am very happy with the result. Carmen is the best hair specialist. She explains every step of the process and makes you feel comfortable since she is very friendly and professional. I completely recommend her to anyone.

Worst service ladies i asked for a home service they never reply fast and keep your messages pending they are not professional even i accepted having a service by non Russian technician they still gave me extra double charges even my home is right next to the salon like maximum 65dhs round trip they want 120dhs for taxi only

I got my lashes and nails done and was very happy with both. Unlike what I’ve experienced at other saloons the lash artist here made sure the lashes don’t stick together anywhere before I open my eyes, and I really liked the cat-eye look she made.And also the nails are exactly how I wanted them, the work was very precise and she made sure I’m happy with the look and let me try out different colors and designs on my nails to see if I like it before actually painting them.

I cant thank Carmen and the incredible team at Ellyssar Salon enough for the amazing job they did on my hair! Carmen worked her magic, bringing my dull, lifeless locks back to life with a healthy, glossy shine. Not only did I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks, but Ive also been showered with compliments ever since. Don’t recommend. Ellyssar with previous owner was just brilliant so I went there hoping that maybe they kept the same or similar level. Few hours before my appointment they actually wrote to me asking a lot of questions what exactly do I want to do with my hair. I sent pictures, explained and they replied that they know how to make highlights replenish. When I get there, the lady who saw my hair had no idea about hair coloring. She just wanted to bleach my hair. At the end her co- worker told her in front of me „just tell her that you don’t know how to do it”. Big waiste of time ..

I had microblading done at another salon before, but it wasnt good. Its great that I found Ellyssar Beauty salon. I met Cassie, a young Asian girl, she only speaks basic English, but she does her job very well. I am very satisfied with the results. Thats so great

Very disappointing. I had microblading last month and it was mentioned i have to comeback for touch up/retouch after 40 days, i ask the staff if i have to pay again or not and she said “NO” because it was part of the sessions i paid. I came back and the staff said i have to pay 399 for retouch, seriously?I showed to her the whatsapp convo that it was not mentioned i have to pay for retouch, it just said i have to comeback.Don’t tell your customer to comeback without disclosing the additional charges she had to pay.I will never come again in this salon.

Microblading was a catastrophy. A clown would maybe have been happy about that result. Had to painfully delete everything with peroxyd. Incompetence mixed with arrogance was just the summit of that nightmare.

Had eyelash tint and lift and brow tint with Khadija, and she was amazing, as always. The whole team is always so welcoming and lovely and make you feel so at home. Love my lashes, Khadija is a perfectionist.

I did my nails today , over lay, only for the lady to keep skipping steps and i had to remind her all the time . The filing, the layering.The eye brow lamination is good but nails, i opt out. Look at the end result!😕

I visited this salon for the 2nd time for brows touch up. I used to visit before the change to this new mgmt.Overall review- the staff is inexperienced, all of them, They are kind accommodating people however there’s lack of organization. They are Understaffed-There’s a lady who was multi tasking blow dry & front desk work?!?The salon only take Cash & this was fine print so some of the customers had to direct deposit money to the salon… it’s a hassle.If you’re looking for good customer service then this is not the place. It prices aren’t cheap either?!? So, think about itThere’s a young brow & lash expert , she’s Asian & speaks basic English. She does good job with brows & lashes. I went for my 2nd appointment with her. I wish her the best.As for the salon I will not go to there again.

Went there yesterday to get eyelash lift with my friend. The most kind and welcoming technician khadijah was there to provide the service with the utmost care and respect. She was gentle and quick. By the end when we finished once i looked in the mirror i was truly shocked of the transformation. Before i did the lift my eyelashes were almost invisible now everyone is asking me about them thinking i have extensions on. Thats how good the service is.

I had microblading with Grace and it was the best experience I have had with this procedure. Grace was fantastic and spent so much time ensuring the correct shape. I felt no discomfort during the procedure and actually fell asleep as I was so comfortable. At first, I was really skeptical and hesitant as it’s my first time EVER to enhance my eyebrows. I found Ellysar Salon Tecom Dubai from google reviews. Thanks to Cassie (Vietnamese microblading artist) who did an excellent work. Dilia and Hina were also very supportive and professional especially with my doubts☺️. Cassie also did my eyelash extensions (classic natural-looking) and I’m also very happy with how it turned out. I’m really satisfied and happy with my experience with Ellysar Salon. Horrible service, eyes were burning, not even close to the result requested.I had a removal of current set and a new set of volume lashes, specified mySize and curl and showed the tech a picture of my desired result from their Instagram page.The tech could not speak a word of English. The removal hurt so much and my eyes were burning with the new set. I told her several times and asked if it was swelling or red. She just kept going, and I needed to ask for help from the lady at reception to translate. I had to tell her to STOP because it was burning hot and check my eyes. When I got home I realised many of the lashes are glued to my WATERLINE in my eye not my eyelash, which can cause serious issues.No wonder my eyes were BURNING.I decided to finish the job because I only had one eye done at this stage and I just wanted to leave. Several times I said can I please just leave.Not nearly like the desired thickness, nothing like the photo I had shown. I tried to explain this and also told them my eyes are burning which is not normal. They stood in the doorway trying to tell me it was what I asked for.Again I said can I please just leave, they were standing in the doorway.I paid full price and my eyes were red hot burning and not what I requested. No apology. Do not come here, look after your eye health.

I made a booking by 24th of March at 3pm. And then I gave an update to them by 12:36pm, “see you”. And, they reacted to my message. So its understood. So I reached the salon by 3pm and they told me that Cassie left already because there are no customers. How come?? I have booking at 3pm. They should atleast tell me that they cannot accomodate me as their colleague will be off work and I will surely understand. But to let me come at 3pm and just suddenly tell me that nobody will accommodate me because their colleague left is not considerate at all!

Sad and pathetic customer service and response. I tried the microblading, The therapist seemed to be good. Requested for an additional touch up as she could not deliver to my satisfaction. Got to know she quit the salon. And now when I reconnect , there’s no solution offered. Wasted money and effort. Not recommended at all. I

Hands down one of the best salons I have visited in terms of service, expertise and professionalism. I have made appointments and visited the salon and never kept me waiting. Very talented and supports all the customer requests with understanding. Ambience and the hospitality is the icing on the cake!

Worst experience of my life. The service was so bad. I went there for 10 to 11 and my appt was at 11. I was told after waiting 30 mins that it’s going to be another 30 mins so I nipped out to get food. Then they messaged me say come back and come on are you coming ?? So rude!! The lady who did my lashes was nice and she did a good job. She asked the lady to do my brows before just to thread and I have never seen someone so angry to do their job she stomped round demanded me to come did them and didn’t speak a word. She didn’t even brush and trim them!! When I finished I went to pay and they tried to over charger me by 300 aed! I said no you told me to bring cash I asked how much here it is. Then they added vat. Which they hadn’t told me before. I said well this is all I have as that’s what you told me. So now I’m bank transfering them 11 aed! And they can’t even give me the right details to do that!!!

I got a classic eyelashes extension done by Khadija. She is just amazing, professional, lovely, and expert in her work. I’d recommend her to anyone who likes perfectionism. She did also a pedicure for me and I was impressed by the result 😍

I have to share my great experience with Ellyssar Beauty Salon. I moved to Dubai 1 month ago and I was looking for professional care for my hair and the salon where they can make proper blond highlights like in Europe. This salon was recommended to me by me colleagues and I couldnt choose better one. The owner of this salon is such an amazing person who will always do her best to make you happy. I tried so many salons in Dubai before I found Ellyssar Beauty Salon, and this has been the *only* salon to have consistently excellent service, with the friendliest staff that really care about giving you the right advice, not only selling services and products. Four years later, I am still a very happy client. The lead hairdresser Ms Lulu is the warmest, most genuine stylist who understands difficult hair. They are also super flexible with appointments and do their best to fit you in if you are traveling at late notice or have an event. Seriously Dubais best salon without a doubt!

I did LVL Lash lift and tint with Khadija for the second time yesterday and I was shocked by the results (she did them so well I couldnt believe she hadnt added extensions). I went for an LVL treatment and eyebrow threading and I had the most amazing therapist Khadija. She was so thorough and professional, I have hardly experienced this before. I love the results! I could only recommend the salon and her to anyone.

I randomly chose this salon based on reviews and to be hobest I was very pleased with the final outcome. I was visiting Dubai as I had a wedding so I had both my hair and makeup done with Ellyassar Beauty Salon. I got so many compliments for my makeup and I loved my hair. Their prices are reasonable for Dubai and the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

I have done my Microblading almost 2 years ago with Marlona and it’s still looking new and good. And been doing my lashes with Khadijah, who’s very gentle and honest to give you feedback and tips to take care of your natural lashes! Love them 🤩

I went in for eyelash extensions. Supposed to be a simple classic set. She asked for an example picture of what I want. I showed her an example from her work only. I end up with a full 3D set like I just walked out of a party. She basically gave me everything opposite to what I asked. Upon payment she charged me obviously for a 3D set double the classic set price. I complained about not being happy about the eyelash them being too long and too thick and the receptionist called the eyelashes lady to fix them for me who simply replied give them a couple of days they will start falling off!!!! She then assured me that they look very beautiful. Very not satisfied.

I have visited the salon afew times, most recently in december for LVL lashes. Khdija did a fantastic job & im very happy with my lashes which are still looking fabulous now.I also had brow microblading at the salon around 2 years ago which I still get compliments for now. Very experienced therapists who specialise in what they do & give treatments of the highest standard.I will continue to visit Ellyssar.

I did my eyebrows microblading here and more than happy with the result. Maloma is the best! She takes her time and listens exactly to the customer wishes and preferences, very detailed oriented and on top cheerful and very friendly.Another visit was a hair appointment with Luljetta. 5* treatment from hello till goodbye! She turned my hair from looking dry and dead to shiny and healthy. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring.

Khadija is the wizard of lash extension. She is meticulous, making sure that each lash is receiving attention. I came in with 2 big gaps in my lashes due to a previous bad lash job and she managed to make mine look beautiful, natural, lightweight and hid the gaps somehow. She is also very realistic in terms of letting you know what is best to do in your case. I’m so happy with the result. Thank you Khadija!

I got the worse eyebrow lamination in this salon, they have unexperienced staff and 3 different people worked on eyebrows and finally ruined it. I do not recommend it at all, please do not go here for brows lamination.

I did microblading here and it’s the best place in Dubai. Marlona was amazing and my eyebrows look flawless! I highly highly recommend this salon. Their staff are also very friendly. I plan on coming here for all other services too!

I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. However, I had to wait for the hair stylist more that 25 minutes. When she did unapologetically show up, she started to convince me of switching my hair treatment from a natural product to another one with more chemicals. And every time I tried to understand why, she would tell me its the same result. So I ask to go with the natural one. But she said that its her who decides what I should do with my hair.. without any convincing information.The conversation was uncomfortable, and unfriendly. I chose to leave without getting the treatment. It was a waste of time.I dont recommend.

I found Ellysa on Google map, which was close enough to our hotel. I enjoyed Ellysa’s company and we had long chats while she was working on my hair. The result was awesome. My hair highlight is repaired and the wierd curls ( caused by Dubai’s water or weather, I don’t know) was immediately gone. She cut my hair in leyers and fixed the roots . She understand the colors and refuse to use a bad color which damages your hair. I found that very professional. The Salon was pretty and clean. I definitely suggest Elyssa.

I did micro blading today . I have gone to other well known places to get micro blading done but the technician ay Ellyssar today was the best by far. She listened to exactly what I wanted and most importantly, she did each stroke with love and care and their prices are fantastic . She is the only person I will ever go to again. I went today for the Hair treatment Olaplex. My hair is so damaged from 6 years using babyliss everyday. My hair is soft now and the shape looks good but its not amazing. The head massage was nice. But there is no wifi. The prices are good.

I have a curly hair, I didnt know how to manage it properly so I used to do keratian and other similar treatments while these treatment was really damaging my hair because it was forcing it to go against its nature. all of the salons which i went to them kept recommending kertain, colagen, brazilian blueout etc .,In this salon they listened, understood my hair type, and accordingly offered the right advice that suits my hair.This is the first time in entire my life I learn how to accept it, take care of it and manage it properly, and most important to love it as it is.Thank you ❤️

Refill your lashes mean to make your lashes look full and great again but in that place if you will refill your lashes she will put few lashes extention for you and will tell you becsuse you didnt pay for full set ..What!!! I am here for refill ..make it great again ,, I already had my full set before and now time to fix it !!! beside if you call to get appointment they never reply .... bad service

Very bad customer service skills. I would not recommend dealing with this place as they are unprofessional and rude on the phone. Calling at 10pm the night before to confirm an appointment is not acceptable. When i responded in the morning they msg back 45 mins before the appointment saying that they had given the appointment to someone else. No policy stated on their page. Greedy management. Many other places to do microblading.
