I’ve been coming to this beauty salon for almost two years, and I’m always happy with the results. I visit once a month for haircuts and coloring, and Yurii is the stylist I trust the most—he’s great at what he does, and I’m always pleased with how my hair turns out.I’ve also tried their makeup services, and I really liked it. The receptionists are friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better.I definitely recommend this salon if you’re looking for good quality and care.

I have been coming to ELMAX salon and it is always the best experience. Sara at the reception is always welcoming with her smile. The nail technician, Pradeeva is very good at her work, she takes her time to design my nails as I like it. The best !

Very good salon, with excellent team, professional in hair ,nail and massage.The shining star is preccy, who is so talented, especially with massage. When there is pain, she knows the exact source to release and treat the pain. This is a hidden talent that I havent seen in anyone else.Also, mousa and khalid are very good with hair colouring and cut.

I went with a lot of trepedition especially because of the Pricing, but totally surprised by the service. Precy and Puspa were truly amazing! Wonderful job guys. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼The place is well lit just as required, great ambience and mood music.Strongly recommended for all services for Mens grooming.

Very, very poorly run salon and spa. Long waits, poor planning and denying appointments is not unknown here. The worst is their failure to provide the services paid for in advance and the subsequent refusal to issue a refund. Nobody, including the owner takes any responsibility. After a slew of complimentary services to make up for the first mess-up, I had a 30 min+ wait for the next appointment, not to mention racist undertones from the lady meant to provide service. The owner has since blocked me, and refuses to give me a refund.

After quite a long flight my back really hurt, so i booked massage at the hotel where i was staying. I have been to Elmax twice now. First for the pregnancy massage which was amazing. I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable and the positions and techniques used were fantastic!On my second visit, I had a hair cut and blow dry. At 38 weeks pregnant I was worried about been uncomfortable in the salon chair for a long period of time but the team were so efficient. I was seen to straight away and had my hair washed quickly (without been left at the sink for a while as Ive experienced in previous salons). The hairdresser who cut my hair was fantastic, suggesting styles to suit my hair. He was also extremely talented with the blowdryer and I left feeling fresh, relaxed and chuffed with my new hair style!

I love this salon Bcs they do the best blow dries and hair styles I’ve experienced in Dubai. Tarek and Erman are two magicians. Erman is also the best make up artist I’ve ever met, as his works also so light, fast, beautiful and natural. Before I didn’t like to do professional make-up as with those I get a feeling of my skin being covered with thick lay of tone and powder, and I also hate sitting three hours under brushes... but here it’s totally opposite, I adore it and use every opportunity to have make up with Erman. Beside of that Elmax has great massage professionals, really strong ones. Again, usually I don’t like Filipino massage Bcs girls are quite weak for me, I prefer really strong tissue... but Elmax surprised me, there are really strong girls! I highly recommend it to everybody!

I entered the gents salon through the numerous spa/ massage rooms. As I entered, I found the salon to be in a tiny room able to seat 2-3 people. Additionally, the interiors looked old and definitely not what I expected from a salon that lists a hair cut at AED 140+.My hair dresser asked me to remove the mask saying There is no corona in Dubai, very few cases. I insisted and also asked him to properly place his mask, which was on his chin. Even after my insistence, the hair dressers mask just barely covered his mouth, leaving his nose open. To say the least, this was uncomfortable and not expected in a salon like this.A quick note on the barber skills - my hair cut was satisfactory. If it wasnt for Covid and the mask fiasco, I would have returned to the salon, but the incident reflects the poor training and enforcement of laws of the land.
