Had a beard trim. Ahmed was just great, took his time and did not rush at all. Overall it was about 40 minutes. I also got a fantastic back massage from Nazira as a gift from the salon since it was my first visit. I thoroughly recommend it. Thank you all at Elmax for making it a wonderful experience.

Fantastic massage from Arai, genuinely one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, and I have had a LOT. over the last 20 or so years. Spa facilities are clean and nice, overall an excellent experience.

I had a terrible experience at this spa. The experience started with me getting naked and given a robe that doesnt even cover my private parts, then I was taken to a steam room bath, where they scrubbed me for 5 minutes, then as I got back into my robe to be taken into the other room for the massage, I waited 10-15 minutes for the woman to escort me to the room. Keep in mind that these treatment is only 60 minutes. Then as I go into the room for the massage, I received a very average massage which was cut short because they made me wait 15 minutes doing nothing... way too overpriced and terrible experience.

Professionals , serious about their job and equipped with academic knowledge . No crap like many other sap centers. Recommended for people who are interested in True therapy experience .

Thank you for accommodating us so fast but honestly were very disappointed with the service quality and prices.Prices are different from the websitePaying that high price for a flormar nail polish is really not fair plus the finishing is not good.Hair services are the same! Weirdly a hair dry blowout price was different from what I paid, and was told if I want a haircut itll cost 250 more although your website shows that ( hair wash, cut, and blow drying) is within this price.Sorry but probably not recommended

I recently visited Elmax Salon and enjoyed having Ebaa do my hair. Ebaa professionalism was undeniable, his technique was flawless and handled my hair with care. My hair was not damaged at all. This experience with Ebaa exceeded my expectations. Overall, I couldnt be happier with how my hair turned out and how healthy it is thanks to Ebaa. I will definitely come again.

Yesterday i visited elmax salon and spa for my gel manicure i really had a wonderful experience. Staff is really nice and cooperative. They welcomed me nicely according the customer protocols I got my service done from miss irina she was such a nice and generous personality she gave me very nice look for my nails. I visited the Media City branch yesterday and I highly recommend this Salon to anyone looking for a great hair cut/massage etc. And it’s now my favourite spot to do my hair. I meet the Staff and their where (very - sympathiques ) The Manager extended herself to welcoming me personally and the Salon displayed a variety of products & services for gents and ladies. Immaculate bold and beautiful presentation with Arabian theme decoration The staff where super attentive from the welcoming to the good bye 👋 and knowledgeable the manager Assel ensured I was looked after properly and exceeded my expectations I will recommend this Salon to anyone they have fantastic services and they have multi - lingual staff. The gentleman who was looking after me was incredibly polite! As soon as I stepped foot in the salon I felt confortable and welcome. I had 3 really bad haircuts experience in DIFC and lost faith. Thank God for this salon! I came in with very little knowledge of what haircut I wanted and he gave me the exact same haircut as George Clooney 😂👌. I couldnt be happier with the experience. Starting from taking appointment, receptionist greeting and pricing and then all professional and hospitality staff were incredibly cooperative and friendly. Ebaa took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered advice on what would look best for my hair. The result was better than what I had envisioned. Ebaa and Mousa were incredibly professional and patient throughout the entire process. Their harmony and attention to detail were amazing. I will definitely be returning in the future.

One of the most disappointing and stressful experience I have ever had in Dubai. I have booked for makeup and waivy blow dry to attend an annual event at my work. A lady who does not speak English started with washing my hair, then another lady who speaks Russian and Arabic interfered to explain to her what I want, she was simultaneously telling me how this lady is an expert with more than 25 years of experience. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case, it took her forever to blow dry my hair without doing it the way I asked initially for. Not only that, I had to take over the curler to show her how to do my hair. I was so upset but no one cared until I moved to do my make up to realise how a catastrophic was my hair. The lady who did my make up was kind enough and asked for another hair specialist to come over and fix my hair. Eventually, the lady who speaks Russian and Arabic and who did the initial translation, approached me with saying that my hair is different than the Russian hair!!!To add on my bad experience, 3 people came to the room where I was doing my makeup asking the makeup artist to leave the room. I found that humiliating and unfriendly especially thst it was my first visit ever. Surely will be the last.While I am grateful for the makeup artist for the amazing work and hair specialist who fixed my hair, I still feel I should had the chance to be with professionals rather than trainees.

Elmax became one of my favorite destinations to relax have a nice hairstyle and do my nails 💅 the ladies there are very friendly and professional they always try their best to pamper you with their care and hospitality, i would like to recommend Irina for nails and eyelashes and Julia for massage and hair she is super friendly with children my daughter loves her, also for a bold hair color I recommend Yuri and Ebaa for a fresh hairstyle. They are all amazing team unfortunately i can’t name them all here.The prices are also very affordable and reasonable and they have a lot of services for hair, skin, nails and body. They are located in Arjaan Hotel by Rotana - Dubai Media City, they also provide valet services.

I usually go there for my hair for Zaid, however yesterday while waiting for him as he was running late, Tatiana offered me a complimentary massage for my shoulders and back which I was not sure I wanted, and I must say, it was one the BEST massages I’ve gotten in a long time, thanks to Muneera. She did an amazing job. The staff are friendly, place clean, team is professional and products are of high quality. It really does not deserve even one star. I used hair protein and hair dye, and after two weeks my scalp became full of dandruff because the quality of the protein was not good at all, and it caused me itching on the scalp also due to the dye. My scalp had a dotted dye and it has not gone away yet. I have attached pictures and I have marked the dotted dye with a circle. In the color of blue,I have traveled to more than 20 countries and had my hair done in several salons. Never in my life have I seen a dye sitting on the hair scalp for two weeks in a speckled manner, nor have I seen a hair protein in my life that causes itching in the head and causes dandruff.The worker who did my hair, I did not like his style, he spoke as if I were his friendA completely unprofessional salon ruined my scalp and I will now treat it because of them
