I visited the salon for root hair colour and had it done by Rusi. I am extremely pleased with both my hair colour and blow dry. She was very sweet and precise with her work. Would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to have their hair done.

Terrible and pathetic experienceIve been doing hair treatments over 4 years and ive visited the place before with Very good experience and decided to go back.Had done a hair botox treatment a few months ago, and the lady who did my hair claimed to have over 10 years of experience did not even know the difference between celsius and fahrenheit when i asked about the temperature of the straightner!!Whenever i tried to ask her a question she woukd ignore me or reply very rudely, once treatment was done my hair looked like ir was bombed!!!!I broke down in the salon because i was going on a vacation that weekendAnd they had they had the nerve to demand for payment.After complaining to the manager she offered another botox treatment with a new staff, my hair looked much better this time till the first wash, everything was gone, my hair was back to the frizzy mess.Never again.The attached photos are at the salonAfter the botox treatment.

Very nice salon with friendly and professional team.Thanks to Glen who did an amazing job for my hair colouring along with pradnya who assisted him.They also have Cateye gelish which I was looking for a long time but could not find in Al Barsha area. The girls sorry I forgot Thier name who did my nails was also very professional in their job. Will visit again soon.Just a suggestion, when you do a art work for promotion be clear as the art work for the hair colour promotion has different services which can be interpreted as all services are included which was not the case for hair colour along with ombre or highlights I had to pay extra for roots colour which I didnt mind but it might not be the same for others.

Tolgonai nail master did exactly what I wished for even though my nails were very tiny.Divya also was perfect for my pedicure. Highly recommended! The whole team is nice and welcoming.

I visited a few days ago salon.my suggestion is Madina specialist for manicure and pedicure. She was kind and shes asking your desire which tell you once and then talking about colours.... She did everything is gently. I really appreciate her hard work. If anyone wants to go to manicure pedicure she is the best.

This is my second time getting my gel nails at Embellish by Diya (mani + pedi) Kani, Princiya, Divya, and Namrata have been nothing short of efficient, talented, hardworking, with lots of attention to detail. Their nail art skills are outstanding. Definitely coming back, no complaints. I do kitchenwork everyday and my nails have stayed intact for a month and a half, just like new.

You know, when you book a rushed 5-minutes-before-the-event blowdry on Groupon, you don’t expect something extraordinary, (you have this -at least wash my hair after a long flight plz -expectation) but I was truly amazed, and extremely happy with the blowdry done by Glen.He’s very professional, you can tell it right away, and I definitely will be back here.I love my curls!Must add - booking was easy, staff accommodating, convenient location. I love getting my nails done there, they do such a great job and they usually last super long, even normal polish which I tried once and it lasted 1 week !! I was amazed.I also did botox treatment and haircut with Glen twice and the result is just what I expected.The blue polish photo i included is after 3 weeks!

I would like to recommend Madina for her great work for the pedicure service she did for me.And Priya as well, however one of my middle finger gel polish (manicure)get chipped on the same night so I informed their receptionist if they can re-do it the following day,she said yes , when I reached the salon she saw me and was blaming me that I didn’t not inform her that I was coming to have the gel polish fixed ( given the fact that there where no confirmation of time since she’s replying late to my messages)but I don’t see it appropriate to blame me for going back there and driving and to burn my petrol for for such inconvenient. I even told her that I can wait but she was insisting that all of their technicians are busy which I can see that they have clients. She said that it’s back to back appointment even if I wait, told her that it will only take maybe 3 mins for 1 nail to get fixed then she proudly said that okay then wait for 1 hour .Such an attitude!

I came to get a haircut. I showed the hairstylist 5 photos. All of which she didnt know. At last, she found the lamest haircut & said I can do this. I said ok, go ahead Ive been stuck in traffic for 3 hrs & its raining like crazy. The result was horrific. She doesnt even know how to blow dry.

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment but still made me wait 30 min. Entertainer was not accepted for some reason and had to pay more at the end. Nail technicians are not working clean. Made them aware that two nails were wrongly colored but they didn’t even bother to correct it.

It was my first time visiting the salon and getting a balayge done. Glenn is amazing, he was extremely patient, took great care in every part of the service. He also took the time to explain to me what he was doing during the service as well, which is something you dont come across very often! I came out extremely happy with the result!! Would definitely be back here again in the near future and would highly recommend this salon for getting your hair done.

Easy parking and qualified professionals.Edit : Since being a frequent customer over a year, I must mention that the recent times their new Nail technicians have done very bad jobs that my nail broke in less than a week of overlay. Its worth to mention Divya fixed the mistake and that she is a qualified technician that I would recommend.It was sad that even though it was their mistake that I was asked to pay again for the french that I originally paid the first time and did not like the attitude of the receptionist. I live far from the salon and drive here because of the quality i had experienced before and had to give up time today to redo my manicure. Since their service is deteriorating, I am not sure i will renew my subscription.

Glen is amazing. I went with terribly dry, over processed hair and he did an amazing blunt cut for me. My hair is quite thin ( but lots of it) and he cut it beautifully. Highly recommend. Also had gelish done- the only place in Dubai where the nails don’t peel off after 2 days! Best colour selection and the girls do anAMAZING job

First time trying this salon , my hair was colored and bleached to the wrong tones and I needed a fix badly and Glen color corrected it and toned it. Ive been going to this place since 2016 for hairstyles. When Glen left the salon, I couldnt find another hairdresser as good as him. I was very happy when he came back. He is very experienced and turns your bad hair day into a fabulous one. Highly recommend Glen for any hair related services.

Got the Hair Botox done and I am in love! Best decisions ever! I originally booked for the Keratine but upon arrival, the stylist advised me on the botox because my hair is too fine. I checked the reviews of this salon and wanted to get a hair treatment done here, Glenn did the treatment for me, he suggested me which treatment would be better for me, and I opted for botox hair treatment, and the results are amazing, he was very kind to explain me the whole procedure, do’s and dont’s , he is extremely professional and very honest and knows what he is doing.Overall a very good experience and I will be getting other services done here soon for sure. It is not the treatment, but the way a professional does it, the quantity and quality used for it, which makes the whole difference!

It was my first time coming here and all I can say is wow. Very clean and extremely friendly staff. I had a Brazilian wax, full leg wax and underarm wax. It was my first time getting wax ever but the lady who was performing the wax was so sweet, reassuring and explained the whole process to me. Her name is Manal I’ll definitely be coming back and I’ll ask for her specifically.

Loved the service. Got a keratin done and Glen did it and he was absolutely amazing. I would recommend him for keratin as he was very good with it and very precise. Some of the girls helped but they weren’t as good as him. He takes his time and repeats any strands that aren’t done well. The salon is clean and nice as well.

My 5* go exclusively to Glen. We chose him based on reviews (so technically “blinded” ) He is a great hairdresser! He cut my hair and my mothers hair, we both left very very happy.Glen is very good at his job he washed, cut and blew dried out hair.What we didn’t appreciate is that he did all this work all by himself without any help or support from his co-workers. They didn’t even bother cleaning the floor after he was done with both of us. A little bit more of teamwork and support to team members is very much appreciated.Gracias again Glen :)

From the moment I have contacted the salon for an appointment it was a great experience. Aruuke (Receptionist) was so efficient and helpful with the booking and accommodating me. Embellish is my go to salon. Did a Mani Pedi and turned out to be so pretty. They are very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Glenn for hair services. I got a mani-pedi here and it was very inexpensive and amazing! Its almost a month and Ive had no chips on my nails at all and I am not delicate with my nails by any means. Though it was a bit expensive for removal it was totally worth it for how long they have lasted. Super impressed and definitely my go-to salon from now on!

I went there after getting a Groupon deal for hair services and the hairdresser called Rasika did my hair. She was good.I went again after 6 months and I am so glad I met the hairdresser Rafi this time around. He did a great job with my hair cut and root touch up. Knows his job pretty darn well. Would surely recommend visiting Embellish salon and ask for Rafi for any of your hair services.

I have done my lashes this the 2nd time with Aidana she is supper perfect the way she designs lashes also for the 1st time it last for a more than a month and i came back today for only refill from May1st. She is an artist i recommend her

Super happy with their Ramadan offer for mani-pedi + classic eyelash extensions + haircut! Glen did an amazing job with my hair and the lady (I forgot to ask for her name) was very thorough with the eyelash extensions.The classic mani-pedi, however, was just average. The ladies were amazing with the cleaning, but colours were very uneven when applied.

Great hair stylist, he knows what he is doing! Vicki is lovely and so professional. What lets this place down are some of the inexperienced staff who are allocated to new customers or those with groupon vouchers. The management find add ons for absolutely everything so you always end up being charged more than you expect. They are on the phone most of the time and the newer staff cant speak English which makes it awkward and unprofessional. 3 of us have had these experiences so am hesitant to return.

I get the Classic eyelashes, they last nearly 4 weeks. Great service, everyone is so lovely. I got my lashes done with Juliet and she is very good. Like on Instagram for monthly offers and discounts.

Visited this salon based on the reviews posted earlier. Unfortunately had a bad experience with highlights. Don’t want to write the details and make this review terrible as they were kind enough and showed readiness to fix it but couldn’t. But definitely cannot recommend.Staff is very very polite though.On my way now to another salon to get this fixed.Unfortunately didn’t work for me.

Id had some issues with my mani pedi appointment but Anshou at Head Office was amazing. She followed up with me. She listened to my concerns and offered some complimentary services to compensate for the inconvenience. I really appreciated her efforts.The Russian speaking manicurists and pedicurists are amazing. Ive not had mani pedis this good before.

Went to this place twice and honestly not at all happy about my gelish mani-pedi. The first time I went, they dug in too deep and made me bleed. Took over a week for my toes to heal.I went there the second time only cause I used the entertainer. And before I could even tell my pedicurist to not dig deep, while removing the gelish she hurt my toes again and the whole pedicure was painful.I also was not informed about the extra money to remove gelish! I mean if I came to them and got it done the first time, they should be taking it off for free or at least tell me theres a charge and then let me decide. And secondly I wanted to get nail art done and asked my manicurist how much it was, she first said I dont know, then said only around 5dhs per nail because I asked her multiple times to check and if she was sure. Then while going to pay I got charged 15dhs per nail (not including tax) and I was just so disappointed in my whole experience I didnt even bother arguing with them.Never going back there. I personally prefer their sister branch in Oasis Mall and only came to them cause they are closer in distance to me, but not anymore.

I love visiting this Salon. The staff are very friendly Specially Aidana,Divia are the best nail technicians. They understand my needs and offer me Outstanding service. Aidana is Very creative when it comes to Nail Arts and nail shapes. Keep it up.. Thank you!

I would not recommend this business for hair styling at all. I had booked for make-up application and hair styling for an event and was quoted a price for both. The make-up turned out fine and the artist was attentive and accommodating. However not once was I asked what hair style I wanted; instead, I was just given a rough blow-dry and one of the ladies then proceeded to curl the lengths before wanting to send me on my way. I then had to confirm with 3 different ladies what style I had in fact wanted, showing them the pictures I had brought along, yet they seemed a bit lost with how to do it and I had to guide as they went along. I ended up with just a bunch of haphazardly inserted hair pins - not quite the professional up-do I had wanted, but was still charged the full price as I had been quoted. Thought I had found a good local salon but will not be going back.

I have been a customer for over 3 years now. Initially I was very happy with the service and the offers. Since August this year I have been very disappointed due to unprofessional behavior of one of the staff. My messages are not acknowledged on WhatsApp and phone calls are not answered. There were times when my booking was booked on the wrong day by the staff. When I reached the salon for my appointment she told me she casually informed me that she had accidentally booked me for the next week. No responsibility was taken for her mistake abs when I asked her to accommodate me since it wa her mistake, she was not cooperating. It is totally unfair that I have paid membership fee and don’t get the services at my convenience. They say they are busy but mostly I have seen staff chatting loudly at the reception desk making the place look unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was very happy with the previous staff especially Anu. The new staff is pathetic. Would not recommend.

I had a keratine treatment done on my hair with them on the 1st of October 2022, it looked great and I was happy. BUT by the 20th of November 2022 my hair was back to normal. Meaning my keratin treatment didnt even last 7 weeks. It is suppose to last between 2 to 4 months? Let me be clear, I purchased their shampoo and conditioner in the salon and followed their directions exactly. Yet this was an absolute waste of money. People should know not to waste their money getting a keratine treatment at this salon.

Always go to this salon. They have the best deals in Dubai with professional and very friendly staff. Always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and pretty. Would highly recommend it. The manager Farheen is very professional and always ready to assist re appointments as much as she can.

Aida did an excellent job with nails last month and today they gave me another technician who took 3 hours , she cut my skin , the reception started my service 30 mins late , in the between my service the technician was changed .. such a terrible service was totally unexpected by this place . The change in staff just ruined the service quality . I’m worried now if the tools are sanitised properly because I was cut twice .

The price was very good and what you got for it was amazing.Hair cut by Glen was fantastic! Nails were perfect and look great by Madina, they had SO many colours to pick from as well. Express facial was refreshing and I was given some tips on how to improve my skin which was lovely. We were SO happy with our eyebrows and the massage was very good although it would have been really nice to have some relaxing music whilst getting it done.All the staff were lovely, sweet and polite. The manager made sure we were happy the whole way through and that we were getting what we needed.Me & my girlfriends were in desperate need of a nice pamper day, and we very rarely do this, so we were overjoyed that the experience was so fantastic. When you treat yourself it’s so important that it’s a nice experience!Thanks a lot for such a lovely evening! It was so perfect to walk out of their feeling so refreshed and glowing. Second time doing my acrylic nails and so happy that Ive found the most amazing nail artist ever! Super attentive to details and even more perfectionist than me! Besides that the place is cozy and super well located. Thanks to the hole team, each one of you contributes to this extremelly nice experience.

Very bad experience, they will destroy your natural nails.Went for a regular manicure and pedicure.1- They use a filing machine on natural nails.2- Technician ignored all my notes, cut my finger, as she did use water though it was clear I had dry cuticles, next day my nails starting breaking, and my cucitcules were burning.2- Pedicure worst cleaning ever I had to go home and compete the job myself.If you are looking for a regular manicure and pedicure I do not recommend this place.

I had an acrylic and what I want to do was removing the acrylic and do gelish manicure and pedicure. While removing acrylic the girl used the machine high speed and keep using it. It was so painful and it was hot. I have told her many times but she still did the same. After machine she filling my nail very harsh after I told her it was painful several times until it got all red and my nail became super thin. So I asked her to stop I didn’t continue the service. It was the most horrible experience here.

The worst place EVER!!! I used many salons in Dubai and believe me this in a disaster!!! They destroyed,LITERALLY DESTROYED MY NAILS!!! Removing gel from my nail she removed TOP OF MY NAIL!!! Terrible!!! One girl “expert for Russian technique” was so rude and SO AWFUL… I just can’t believe!!!

Firstly, let me put it out there, that this is my regular go-to salon and yet Im having to write the review on Google Reviews. Reason being, because the owner would not talk to the customers directly, even when the customer has requested for it. Leave alone the owner contacting me, the manager said someone from the senior management needs to give us permission to share the owners number, will that be ok with you maám? And that was the last question from her, no follow up whatso ever.Now heres what happened. On 22nd Dec I had an appointment for Gelish Mani-Pedi as well as eye lash extension. My appt was for 6pm, but I was late and reached at 7pm. Now the manager could have told me right in the beginning that the nail specialist will need to leave at 9pm so please select between eye lash and nails. But instead she asked me to go for the eye lash and then nails. When I came out from my eye lash session, the manager said: Maam sorry but the nail specialist you want, needs to leave so we cant do the nails today. This is only problem number 1.Secondly, while I was getting my eye lashes done, I kept telling the specialist that my eyes are burning. Instead of helping me with a fan, she kept saying its normal, it happens for a few mins. When my lashes we completely done and when I opened my eyes, my right eye was fully red, watering and burning. In a few mins, I had rashes all over my shoulders and back. I obviously left because they werent going to do my nails. The next day I had itching all over my hands and legs, I had puffed up fingers and fully red shoulders. When I checked with the Doctor, he said this is due to the Eye Lash glue that entered my eyes.After all this, when I asked the manager to give me the owners number, all I got was Sorry maam, were not allowed to provide owners number without senior managements permission ... how about your owner contacting me instead?? Is that not allowed too? How he / she hasnt contacted me since 22nd Dec?

This was the first time I visited the salon and they were kind enough to fit me in on the day I called for a wash cut and blowdry. The lady at reception was very polite and the hairdresser was excellent and all the staff were very kind asking if I wanted a drink. Would highly recommend and would be coming back!

Booked 3 services each for myself and two friends on Groupon (89 per person). The booking process was hassle free.Manicure by Nargis was great. Friends loved their haircuts. The best part of the experience was the 15 mins massage by Sapna. Absolutely relaxing! The foot reflexology could’ve been a little better. Also, Farheen provided us a with water and a plate of snacks for iftar since it was time and we didn’t have any food with us. Really appreciate the gesture. Great customer service! Will visit again for sure.

WOW. Such a fantastic find. MINAL is an absolutely incredible eyebrow threader!!!!!!! I am so picky when it comes to finding the right cosmetician for them and now I don’t want to see anyone else for my eyebrows ever again, that’s how great she is. Also really great gellish mani pedi. Sweet staff who did a very meticulous job and even a month later I still have them and they’ve barely chipped. Priya is great for manicures!!!

Unprofessional and rude team who fail at customerService on all levels. Even getting an appointment in this salon is equivalent to begging for one. The salon team will advise the time they can accommodate you with completely disregard to anyone’s schedule. I was appalled at the way their team member shouted and threatened me while I was in the process of visiting this salon. The owner of this salon was conveniently ‘on leave’ when I wanted to complain further about the rude staff behavior. Save and your time and visit some other salon. Highly nit recommended !!!!

Iam really disappointed from the receptionist for this salon every time Iam trying to have appointment she is telling me there’s not available appointment’s always it’s fully booked and they are shortage of stuff without even respecting the customer or providing a good customer service, my question is why you are letting customer buying the membership and you don’t have enough stuff to provide the services for the customers, this is not the first time it’s happened with me a lot before, this is not the right way to have a loyal customer by treating them in this way.

Very friendly staff and they are happy to do all my requests. Hotel self parking is for free at the back of the main entrance. The ladies from Kyrgyzstan are lovely.

I absolutely loved me experience here. Renu did my balayage for me and made me achieve exactly what I wanted. She was very good with communicating in regards to the steps and what products would be used in my hair. Really felt so happy after finishing and seeing the results. I recommend you use Renu 😍

Disgusting ppl ...DO NOT COME HERE. I literally got a BURN in my private area. I was traumatized, they had the nerve to take full payment after being pretty much abused. Please I do care, don’t ever go here.It’s unfortunate that Embellish by Diya Salon is unable to accept responsibility for the abuse I have suffered by the waxing specialist they hired, she has left me with BURNS and will make sure that people have the information I wished was available to me before coming to this Salon. After the traumatic incident the senior staff only offered me water and refused to acknowledge that anything happened and you can see from their statements below that they unprofessional and inhuman. Also was told to pay 180 aed for there poor and damaging service’s. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Great salon hidden in grandeur hotel al barsha!Staff are super friendly and always go the extra mile to accommodate their customers.I bought a package and that meant I am also ensured an appointment anytime I want (within fair reason of course)Farheen the floor manager is great and all the team are great!Prices are super reasonable compared to many other places!

Services are awesome I will recommend Raskia for Balayage, Hair Color and Tonning. She did wonderful job on my hairs. I got the same result which I want.
