Excellent care, service, and facilities. Feels like professional friends taking care of you. Im hooked and I bought the annual pass with my buddy. Its amazing!!! Definitely recommend them and youll know Im telling the truth cause youll find me theyre one a week minimum lol

I still wonder how this salon is still open.. twice I had a bad experience with this salon. First time I wanted to do hair keratin and the manage told me a reasonable amount once the service is over he said double the price. I should have called the police then and there and checked the cctv footage. Second time I took a voucher from Groupon and went there for the same service. I double confirmed on the price and told him I will not pay anything additional as dint take money with me the manager said no problem. Then they started the treatment and and stopped in between and said we cannot do the treatment any more and some stupid reason. They did not even wash my hair. I had to go home with the cream on my hair. I felt really insulted again I should have called the police. Just warning guys make sure you ask the price and record in your phone what the manager says. He can change the statement in a second.

Since September this year, there has been a completely unprofessional approach to clients, and there are never any stylists available to do hairstyles. The waiting time has increased to 40 minutes. The salon now has very few professional hairdressers. The only skilled stylist for hair and styling is Ahmed, but it’s nearly impossible to book an appointment with him due to the sharp reduction in staff. The salon manager is very rude.

So unprofessional they give price once I booked and later the manager when he see me he give me higher prices I was like hmmmm okay and another one give me another price which’s higher than the manger I don’t like the attitude I felt they’re using the client cos they feel you can afford to pay more , they can take more money from you , I really don’t like it and hair is very basic nothing special for all that first and last time

My go-to saloon... I have been a loyal customer from the times of the Al Fattan Tower. The girls give amazing head massage when washing your head, the hair stylists know exactly what to do with my rebelious hair... I dont know of any other place where they do this as good. 10 out of 10.

The only good thing about their salons are their locations and their clinic, as the doctors are professional.I used to love this place but then I stopped coming even though my package has not expired- I felt like I was being pressured to renew my package with them, even though I had expressed many times that I didn’t want to. At some point I even stopped talking to everyone because I didn’t want the convo to lead to package renewal.Honestly, not a place to relax but feels more like a marketplace.

Rest assured if you go inside this place youll come out with a trauma. Im writing my review 2 months later as i to deal with the mess up on my hair psychologically. Not only did they burn my hair but also mesed up the color. The guys kept selling their packages. When i showedd disinterest i felt a different tone. Save your money and sanity. These guys are just a rip off and unprofessional. The worsr in town.

I got a haircut at their salon and asked for a layered style. It was okay, but honestly, I wasn’t blown away by their skills.

To top it off, their behavior was absolutely unacceptable. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout my time there.The worst part was that I felt like they were intentionally trying to mistreat me. Im with the salon almost 8 years. I take packages service ( yearly payment). Its really valuable. I can jump here without appointment just walk in and blow dry is done in 40 min ( long hair).For me important is valet parking, from salon.Since 8 years I had bad experience as well , no one in perfect but they have more advantages than disadvantages.

Highly disappointed, I was cornered to renew my package all the way to 2025 which I regret. This was not only for me but for my daughter too. They gave me an apparent gift which was a treatment which changed last minute to a cheaper treatment. When I tried to cancel the membership they said it was impossible now I’m forced to go there until 2025. The staff turnover shows they have people with no experience who damage your hair, don’t know how to blow dry and burn your scalp.Update!They offered the promised treatment is exchange for me to remove this review, when I declined they declined the originally promised treatment. Wow couldn’t get any worse

It has been nearly 10 years since I became a customer of En Vogue salon . I had been always satisfied with the service at different sections such as nails , spa and hair . The team is always super friendly and carrying . My daughter is a special need child , but the team had found a way to communicate to her and she is always happy to come here and make her hair done 👍😨

I got an annual package with en Vogue and I get my hair wash/blown about 3 times a week. Then on a Sunday I get a massage every week. Every now and again I get my nails and brows done and I couldn’t recommend the salon enough. I have a very stressful job so coming here is my place to relax and switch off.Yasan is my favourite !Favourite place!

I highly recommend asking for Mr.Mahmoud when visiting the salon as he understands exactly what you want to get done and what your hair needs.He is also highly skilled with coloring and styling hair for any and every occasion. Over all you will not leave the salon disappointed.As well as the best service you will receive.

I have been a client of en vogue for some time now and have unfortunately witnessed the most inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. The staff is all very well trained to lie to you in order to convince you to sign up for packages and to steal your money. The owner (Jalal) has a very condescending and arrogant behavior as well. In addition, the salon offers recently a very poor technical service with lack of cleanliness.

I can’t believe the positive reviews here are real. They’re definitely fake ones.It’s THE WORST beauty salon in Dubai. I gave them several chances but every time it was a disaster.First, extremely rude management. Second, the hairstylists (all male, by the way) are not professional, the blow dries the do are just a joke. Also I didn’t like the LOOKS and HINTS from those hairdressers, was feeling disgusting leaving salon every time like I had been put in dirt.And every time they’re pushing you to buy a package (probably getting commission from it). LITERALLY TALKING NONSTOP FOR AN HOUR ABOUT THE PACKAGE. Luckily I’ve never listened and never bought it and I feel sorry for the people who did so and now they have no choice but continue receiving this awful service.Salons like that shouldn’t exist in Dubai and anywhere.

They don’t deserve even 1 start. I had the worst experience with this salon, they damaged my hair at first, and asked me to come back to fix it, they made me pay before fixing my hair. Very very extremely rude. Second day when I went back and I expected they would try to give me the hair highlights I asked for, they wasted my time, money and my hair is falling/ breaking into pcs. Never ever go to them unless you want to do only blow dry and nails. They have no experience in hair highlights. They sent me home with a grey hair mixed with 4 colors. I look like a clown now. And they tried to roughly sell me their yearly package!!! Seriously what a nightmare!

They just want to take peoples money while their treatment and service is horrible!!On another note, ladies do not leave your hair products at the salon (for example your caviar mask) I dont know what made the lady who washed my hair very comfortable with me but she used someones mask on my hair and laughed about it.

Horrible experience!! I went for a manicure and they cut more than my cuticles resulting in a severe infection and inflammation on my finger. I had to take antibiotics and need 6 months to recover my finger and nail.

Certainly one of the worst customer service experience… if you want to relax and feel welcome not exactly the place either. While waiting for my massage appointment, the lobby was filled with men, reportedly working as well as the owner that did not give a s…. Me sitting beside him while speaking and chitchatting over the phone and exchanging with his “people”, even cutting me short at the desk while asking to pay, while coming and going through the door. Anyway, to make it short, for such an overpriced list of services, it might be worth changing the rundown sofa and offer potential new clients a minimum level of services… provide some quite time and be more discreet….

The warm and friendly welcome when you enter the salon is a very good start to an excellent service to be received. Been a faithful client for over 10 years and never had a problem with any of the services I requested. The staff is very helpful and professional and you will be guaranteed of a beautiful finish to your day.

AVOID THIS SALON! Horrible experience, very entitled and rude staff with zero customer service skills. I asked to have my hair coloured dark brown and they dyed it black! They said it was the same thing and refused to give me a refund as they had already used their products! To make it worse there are patches remaining on the back of my head that I didn’t know about until I left the salon! Very uncomfortable vibe in the salon, staff are not friendly or helpful, very much ‘get in & get out’ vibe except you leave looking worse than how you went in!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I am completely disappointed, 1 star I wish I could give 0.My complain is regarding lying and cheating by en Vogue management. I was convinced by the manager to buy a membership, I had concerns since I don’t blow dry my hair that often, however I was reassured not to worry because memberships DO NOT expire (according to him) and I could enjoy the preferential pricing until I consume my membership. I called yesterday to book a blow dry for today and was shocked when the receptionist mentioned my package was EXPIRED, I mentioned that I was told it doesn’t expire and that if they did I would’ve never bought it. She said that it had expired but she would check with the manager and call me back. Guess what? SHE DIDNT CALL BACK, I know I had at least 3 more blow dries left. But hey, there is a silver lining, I never have to return to that place again! I was counting the blow dries until I finished the membership! I still wish I got my money’s worth and that I wasn’t robbed with lies, but this is a lesson learned to not trust sketchy places with management change every other month.

The whole team of En Vogue works very close. Their care is exceptional. Athmosphere inside is always good and they do take time to understand what their clients like and want.

The staff and the ownertake personal interest in each client making sure they leave the spa satisfied. And to add to that, their charges are very modest. Try to avoid this place by all means!! The worst customer experience experience ever. All they care about how they take your money by pushing you for their packages (up-front payment), and this is applicable to men and women salon as my wife and I have experienced the same attitude. After a long insisting and pushing for 1 hour (the time to cut my hair and make up my beard) I opt to get a package for 10 visits. I went their on new year eve day and surprisingly they refused to check me in as the package is not applicable on new year eve day!!! Seriously!!! I have no problem with that condition if they made it clear from day one. And I’m expecting they will keep coming with excuses every time I’ll go there to use my package. Unfortunately, I have no option to cancel so I’m stuck with these guys for ten sessions; however this is an alert for everyone to AVOID this place. They have no respect for their customers whatsoever.

The best and most professional team in envogue makes my weekly visits a real wonderful experience , yazan, mahmoud and khalid are the best hair stylists ever , moreover , envogue always gives you a feeling of family and homey experience , where i always walk out completely happy and satisfied with the treatments !

If you want to have excellent mani, pedis, threading and waxing done, this is the place. These girls do a great job and my nails with shellac last at least 3 weeks. My only complaint is the front desk could use more professionalism I would say

Worst Salon ExperienceI had a a reconfirmed appointment for Mani and Pedi - I arrived on time but had to wait for 15 min. till somebody approached me and they told me they can not service me as they are busy. The manager, Elma who was constantly trying to escape me had no regrets what so ever and when i raised my concern she dealt with absolute ignorance and can say very RUDE manner (I am actually shocked how she is a manager with such a rude attitude and weak way of handling clients) - anyhow the service is really bad - the place is dirty - no wonder why they are begging people to visit them - People dont waste your money and your time to go there.

Omg waited for so long for my membership to expire so that I can finally say alleluia. A place full of men looking at you all together like you are a piece of meat (no women at all working at the hair department), hair styling they know only one way how to do it, they have burned my hair twice in hair coloring, owner is the rudest person in middle east. Only a couple of people are nice (wondering how since they are underpaid). Only care is how to get your money, they will promise to give it back if you move out, guess what, had to get a lawyer to do that.

The worst salon in history. Absolutely commercial, they dont care if the client is happy or not. They try to get out of u as much money as possible, extremely unprofessional, and big big liars who know nothing about customer service.I once bought from them 3 packages, one that was paid from in cash and the rest via credit card. They took the 500 derhams in cash and denied it. Kept calling and asking to check the security cameras. They kept saying we cant a f we wont and basically go to hell. They kept saying we will call u back and they never did. I asked them to check the balance in their cashiers and that it will show the Extra 500 and they kept refusing, they didnt even have the courtesy to apologize. Absolute thieves. Money worshipers.

Been here with a groupon voucher.Reception is utter chaos & dont really welcome you. You need to make the effort to speak to them.Voucher included hair colour and cut. I had some old colour and it could have easily be done over that. The guy made such a huge deal about it and called the manager and they wanted to charge me 1000AED for stripping the old colour. Found it to be an extremely petty way of trying to make a quick buck. Did not do the hair colour. Less an average hair cut and terrible service. Not even water offered.Do not recommend and will not return. Far better choices in Dubai for sure!

Just came from the JBR branch and I’m shocked. Yesterday I received a message saying they have 25% off on all services. I booked an appointment for a mani pedi and once it was done they wanted to charge 100 aed more just because it’s NYE. Generally the normal price is 150 and they were charging 250! I asked if that was the new price ( as I’ve been going for the past 4 years) and they said yes. I asked twice and then she said it was special price for NYE, which any customer was informed about because it wasn’t mentioned at all (neither while booking or on the promo message sent). I understand the financial situation is not the best, but this way of doing things is beyond my understanding. Of course when the manager heard me saying they should inform (at least) they charged me the regular price. So ladies, heads up, because this dishonesty must not be accepted. 👎🏽

Please do not go to this salon!! I can not believe how bad they treat there customers, I had to collect my friend from this salon after they left her in TEARS fromMistreatment. She had an allergic reaction all over her face as they did not use a color test before adding die before placing it all over her head and when she complained they laughed and told her it’s not there problem, I’m not sure how this salon is going even open!!

I visited the salon a month ago. I was registered for a manicure and pedecure. The pendulum was not performed correctly and they infected me on the big finger. Girls are not fooled at discounts in the salon 50%. I spent on taking to the doctor more than I paid for the pedicure. Tomorrow I have an operation with a doctor. I do not know how long my treatment will last.

They used to be good but apparently they are getting more customers than they can handle. Now you need to book at least 1 week in advance for some services. I think I will go back to the old small reliable salons .

I am chocked that they are rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate. You book an appointment, and you have to wait. You also end up spending four to five hours instead of one hour, as they are disorganized. The hair dressers are good, but management is terrible, the owner is awful, and the receptionists are untrained and disrespectful. It happened to me a couple of times, and I am stuck because I bought the annual packages only. Three other people I know also expressed the same thing.

Very disappointed with the service recently, I had made an appointment for Gel Manicure and had to wait for 1 hour with no one to assist due to the rush in the nail section cause of the 50% offer. Ladies at the receptionist are unorganized not knowing how to handle bookings. Very poor service indeed!

I had a great time with Envogue. The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. Overall, I had a great experienced at Envogue.

I strongly recommend facial services. Especially you would feel the difference after a couple of Double Ionization and Liftosome session that will help your skin to regain the collagen. You may prefer yearly package if you would like to commit on a regular treatment.

So I heard of this Salon through word of mouth. I went there got a consultation for a Brazilian Blow Out discount package. I was told 499 over the phone. If your hair is 22 inches or longer additional charges apply. Since i was busy sent my daughter who has longer hair than mine she got it done along with color toning for a 100 dirhams and the full treatment. Fews days later i decided to have my blowout treatment done. I was assigned two philipina ladies im not sure if they were therapists. I wasnt given the full treatment that is mask with heat which is part of the blowout treatment. And when i sat to wash my hair just before she wet my hair i was told i wud be charged aed 200 extra as my hair is very long. So it would be embarrasing for me to deny get up and walk out so i agreed. Very unprofessional. And my hair is not even 22 inches long. The 2nd day and the frizz is back. So half treatment. I would not recommend this salon. AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

There is no scale to rate this place! Rude “management” that stress staff in front of the customer! Staff very unprofessional, don’t use plastic gloves for mani- pedi!!!! This is scandalous! Zero higene. Girl that was doing my nails- cut my thumb and when I mentioned it to the manager he said it’s not her fault 😳 no apologies no discount nothin!!!! I was shocked that when I was leaving they all (philipino girls and 2 “managers”) had a great laugh at me. Shocking and scandalous behavior. Second time there and definitely last one.ALL LADIES DO NOT EVEN GET FULLED TO BUY PACKAGE! Total rip off.... you never get quality for cheap price. NEVER!

It’s like a zoo, not the relaxing, pampering salon experience you are used to in Dubai. Save yourself the headache and go to one of the other JBR salons like Pastels, NStyle, Sisters, The Salon Yin Yang, Belle Femme, or Joe and Moe.

This is the worst experience ever, i went to do those hair tape extensions and hair cut. I explained i dont want to much hair so we agreed to put 3 packs he puts them all in the corners and the. Tell me you need 2 more packs to fill. Thats all coz they want more money. I did and i paid and i had the worst hair cut meaning my hair wasnt the same length everywhere. The great shock that these extensions started getting off bythemselves in the first 3 weeks !! While they tell you they stay 4 to 6 months ! Very unprofessional and only greedy to get money !

State of The Art Physiotherapy equipment combined with The best Physiotherapist in UAE is a must for people who wants to take care of them selfs all year around. 👍👍👍👍👍

Today 20-1-2019 it was the worst beard ever, the guy called Mohammad ( from Jordan ) he was trying to just finish the job and move to another customer in same time .... I had to go home and re-trim my beard .... and when when I spokes to his manager he said .... no can do, I will tell the owner about that and all what you can do is wait till it grows back!! What an answer ..... specially I told him I’m traveling to Jordan for family occasion!! After 3 years ..... I think I will delete my unlimited 7k DH package !!

Primarily located at JBR walk, right below a 5* Hotel - DOUBLE TREE by HILTON, valet is available too.

Exemple now it’s 10:30 and still nobody pick up the phone for me to get a appointment..Always wait 20 to 30 min before having your girl for treatment and pray to get the second oneThe only salon in dubai where they don’t give you 2 girls for mani pedi...But most of the girl who do the mani pedi (Philippine) are good in them job.
