Very friendly staff. Special shout out to Jossy for giving me perfect beautiful nails every single time. She just understands customers requirements/preference so well and suggests accordingly. I would highly recommend visiting this salon. I had also tried haircut from Remy which was amazingly done as well.

I dont know why Rimi took my time even though she doesnt have time,I was going to design my nails and do a manicure but she just colored them and left. She didnt do a pedicure. Rimi always calls me to do this and leaves me half done, shes not a professional girl at all.We have to pay a taxi fare to go to the salon, if we dont finish the work, she has no right to call us and waste our time like this

Reviewing again in august 2024. Hi. I am visiting feya saloon from more than 1 year. Hygienicaly its clean and quiet. Space is good. Staff is good. The services are good.A suggestion I want to give, sometimes staff manipulates. Saima is good in her work. But she manipulates alot and dont take the responsibility of her damage. If there is skincut she says, because your skin is too soft. After few minutes on some other blunder she says because your skin is too hard. Everytime suggesting why you have so much cuticles. Rather than accepting mistake and take care for next time, trying to secure position.And also if i say put on hair band while face cleaning, she will say there is no need. On eye brows not made as told, she will say, its ok it will grow again. I mean, what? If I am writing a review on some staff member, next time they will be like putting the work on other members. No you do.Owner should look into these unaddressed, unseen problems.

An old client of salon, but returned after almost 3 years to salon staff is new. Since my return i have taken 4 5 services. Rupa is very good in massage and mani pedi; recently get my eyebrows & hair dye done by Saima. Both are great at their work and attitude (kind & friendly) High recommended.Thou i will not recommend to book your service through Remy; she is very rude & arrogant. Also will never finish your service on time. I have so many issues with her appointment booking to and i try to reach owner for feedback but couldn’t get her number.But for sure with one lady attitude you cannot ignore good service by Rupa & Saima 😊

I have been coming here more often for a while now. The staff is all amazing and friendly. I always do manicures with Jossy and For my Pedi Remi. Both always do a good job. Remi did my hair coloring and it was really amazing. Rupa and Saima are really good at waxing and Massage.Its good to book before you go as they might be busy at times

Booked an appointment for full body waxing which ideally should include eyebrow and upper lips but they charged me extra for eyebrow. My attendant Ms Donna did my waxing, She was too slow, As you all are aware normally it takes one hr to get waxing done but she took more than 2 hours for waxing. I felt Donna was not efficient and was not aware of the basic procedure of how the wax is used Firstly she dipped the stick many times in the wax and she applied thick layers of wax which is ideally not the appropriate method. Furthermore she waxed small patches which was the reason she took soooooo long. I dint want to intervene her as I felt she would get more nervous n it would indirectly affect me. That was the first time I applied wax to myself and she was not able to look for hair where the waxing needs to be done, again it took her long to understand the simple way of waxing, finally after all the waste of my precious time i had no choice but to intervene, and request her to take help of another staff to get this done and completed asap as other staff was ideal and doing nothing. Last but not the least she asked me if i want to remove hair between the two eyebrows which i feel was stupid and useless question to ask and then even after telling her not to do the threading near the commissure as the skin is too sensitive and fragile, she insisted to uncover my commissure while i was using my fingers to cover them to protect while she was doing threading, the moment i let her do it gently , she instead did the most unprofessional way , which made my lips bleed , Thats when i gave my feedback to her and informed her clearly that now i had to write the review and let people know about the worst service i have received in beauty parlor in dubai. So thats how my weekend started with my lips cracked and the amount of pain i had to go through for her silliness.Lastly, i need to ask this question to you all, since when men are being allowed to work in beauty parlors when lady customers are being served in front of AC mechanics - there were two men fixing AC at the the time of my appointment. I went to manicure! It was the most terrible experience in my life!!I had long and healthy nails before. But they damage my nails totally!!! Gelish polish didn’t stay even 2 days!! And after starts big problems, nails very thin and broken.I don’t recommend this place, if you care about quality!!!

I live in Silicon Oasis. International city is the closest area for my beauty treatments. I have been to all most all the saloons in that area but I found Feya saloon is the best by far. Great service, nice staff and pleasant ambiance. Recommend to all.

Good and convenient beauty salon, the hair dresser made good job by colouring roots, and selecting right colour for matching with my rest length hairs. And the dresser was very care and friendly. Will come again soon for hair oil masks.

I dropped in for detanning facial and mani-pedi. The service was excellent. My aesthetician Jyothi made me really comfortable and suggested a facial that would best suit my skin. The girls who did the mani-pedi were also super friendly. I would definitely revisit.

I have been visiting this salon since last 2 years for keratin smoothening treatment.. I strongly recommend Jothi for this treatment. I always had very good experience with her and my hair looks friz free and mangeable even upto 6 months after the treatment..

Disappointed.. Had very bad experience with philipino hairdresser.. She cut right side very short and left she kept almost the same length as it was.. Behind she made unproportional rough layers.. Went to another salon to correct everything.. When another hairdresser saw my resent haircut she was shocked and told me without joke to go back to that salon and slap the hairdresser who made this horrible haircut for me.. I paid money and gave tips to that lady for nothing.. 👎👎👎👎👎

I did a hair protein with a lady called Rodaina and just after first wash may hair back the same as before and with a lot of hair loss when I back to hair she was very upset now I lost most of my hair and my hair is very curly and dry . Never go there.Their hair straightening service is very bad, my hair is falling out a lot, and the straightening is also bad, as if they did not do anything

The download salon is wonderful, one of the best experiences I have had among the beauty salons. The place is spacious and clean, and the staff are all wonderful, especially Radina, the hairdresser.
