Horrrible experience! Extremely rude staff! Aika did my nails and she was just awful! She kept my nails dirty and my cuticles weren’t trimmed. She made them all different lengths and so wide! It broke in less than a week! I was so polite and kind to her and she was talking to me in the most rude way when I told her it looks bad! She was yelling at me in front of my sister and the other clients and didn’t even apologize we actually said thank u when we left and they didn’t even reply! I sent a message on WhatsApp and the owner only bothered to call once and was very condescending and unapologetic. Horrible work and attitude and customer service don’t recommend this experience to anyone. Dirty, rude and bad work. Look at the photos and compare

Havent been to Tahmina beauty lounge, only visited this place when they rebranded into Flaka as my friend was highly recommending itIm very very very happy with nail service - my manicure has never lasted so long ever as when I have done it here in Flaka. Prices might be a bit higher then other places, true, but you have to pay for good quality!

Takhmin Beauty Lounge’s team was very exceptional, since they change the owner they said that they will keep the prices as well as the team, what a misleading thing to say when the whole team changes as well as the prices they are higher, and of course when you see the level of the nail technician 0 expertise and they expect you to be the one telling them how to do a gelish manicure. Flaka Beauty lounge is definitely very mediocre and misleading. It’s the same place, not the same team, not the same prices as well as not the same service.

I wish I could put 0 stars.Not professional master , usually of master don’t know how to do , they just simply do , instead of making mistakes and trying to fix then and still fail.I ask for Metalic chrome that in the end did have nothing common with chromeBrw I We started at 6 and finished at 9,30.Even for extension is too longI gave 470 dirham and I’m not happy with result , waste of time and the price .STAY AWAY FRKM THIS SALONE !

I have been going to tahkmin for years now they had changed the owner as the team as well. 3 stars only because the quality went down a bit but the prices went up. Still the all new staffs are super nice and friendly.

As a loyal customer who goes there all the time and recommends to my friends and family. I was so disappointed with the level of service. Will never go there again.
