Disappointing Experience with Extensions by Us - Luxury Façade, Subpar QualityExtensions by Us in Dubai initially wowed me with its opulent presentation. The valet service, extensive beverage menu, and overall ambiance certainly create the illusion of a high-end experience. However, this princess treatment appears to be a facade masking underlying cost-cutting measures.Ive been wearing extensions for over a decade and have tried various types. While the initial appearance of the hair was impressive, the quality quickly deteriorated. After just one wash, the water ran black, indicating significant color bleeding. This is unacceptable, regardless of the hair color.The most concerning issue was the overwhelming smell of burnt plastic emanating from the extensions. This odor intensified with the application of heat, and the hair began to develop unsightly split ends. Despite raising this concern with the salon, I was dismissed with the unconvincing response that such smells are normal. This is completely unacceptable.Given my experience, I strongly advise against Extensions by Us. The price point does not justify the subpar quality of the hair, the lack of attention to detail, and the unsatisfactory customer service.

Very bad experience, the guys is very rude, and unprofessional.Especially the owner Gabi, he dont care about reputation of his salon, even about people who is working with him.The freelancer Julian just make money like he said with his Golden hands, hair cut not professional. From beginning they will treat you like a Princess, valet parking, VIP room, but at the end they will charge you triple price for simple haircut they ask AED 940.Only manicure and pedicure is good there, the Philipino girls really professional.Location is not suitable in the basement of Two Seasons Hotel. The air condition is not clean humidity smell and anti sanitaria. I will never recommend to anyone visit this salon, especially branch in Internet city.

After visiting numerous salons, I finally found a salon I reckon I’d visit regularly. Cherry did my pedicure, and throughout the service, she was patient and kind. I only spent an hour or so, but I could tell what a hardworking and kind woman she is. I will certainly come back because of the excellent service and positive vibes I got at the salon. 🌸 It’s very close to the DIC metro station, a convenient commute I’d say.

Although the owner/manager tried his best to make me pleased by changing the hair dresser but it was a very bad experience. I was very upset as usually Lebanese hairdressers are the best. It took me 2 hours to do natural wavey I guess the hair dresser panicked as he couldn’t please me and wasn’t able to do his job nicely. They were nice and Malak tried to fix it- but it was too late to fix anything or be able to believed in there talent

The worst experience ever i had it in this Salon, went out crying after been treated badly from the manager or the owner his name Ghabi.I went for roots hair straightening, 1st he asked me to seat outside in the balcony of the salon in 40 degrees hot because the treatment might be strong for the other clients but he provided umbrellas and outdoor AC in front of your face that you might be sick easily, I was shocked and didn’t believe him first time of course I refuse because I am coming to a professional Salon not to street salon but unfortunately looks like street salon better than this.2nd at the end of the procedure I checked my hair looks straight from far but the roots inside still not, I asked the guy who did my hair to call Ghabi, after 10 mins waiting he came and asked me what’s the issue I told him inside still not straight and then here was the shocking part he didn’t even check my hair how it looks like from inside he remove the towel from me and he told me this is it do whatever you want in very rude way in front of all his clients, I was so embarrassed I left crying didn’t know what to say.I never recommend this salon to anyone very bad experience he is thinking as a man can do this to women in Dubai .Shame on you and I hope all women that doing in this salon to be carful as one day might have the same.Not professional at all very very bad energy.I which I can do less than 1 star

They clearly don’t have experience with short hair and they should have said something. I wanted to cut my hair the same style it was already but shorter, told the guy that it was with scissors and he used the machine. It was nothing to do with what I’ve requested and it’s poorly done. He shaved my head and that was it. Bad experience for short hair style.

I had a coloring session yesterday, it was a very beautiful and clean salon, all the staff were very friendly, the service was top notch! They offered a choice of tea, coffee, water and gave me a head massage while washing my hair 😍 In general, I’m delighted! The dyeing itself was top notch, it turned out very beautifully, and the hair was styled beautifully, I definitely recommend it
