My honest review is that mani-pedi service is EXCELLENT.However, doing a faical cleaning was a huge mistake. I receive 45 min treatment consisting of wiping face with wet towel. Scrub - followed by light massage and 30 min clay mask. My skin felt dry dull, and red all over.The management didnt bother to call back and answer my 3 repetive calls.

I have my hair done by Margaret who does a stunning blo dry at Gladys studio city. She understands and personalises how the hair suits the face. In my 20 years in Dubai, Margaret has been my goto hairdresser due to her skill and talent in this field. She makes one feel looked after and always puts passion, her heart and soul into her craft to delight her clients

I have been coming to this salon since it opened up few years ago, and I have always been a very satisfied customer!!! Menu is doing an amazing job with my manicure, Jocelyn is a fantastic pedicurist and Maggie takes care of my face - highly recommend a visit and a booking with these lovely ladies!

The facial was fantastic! The therapist -Deepthy was attentive, explained each step, and ensured I was comfortable throughout.The manicure and pedicure were equally satisfying. The nail technicians jocelyn was skilled, taking great care in shaping my nails, trimming cuticles, and applying polish. My hands and feet felt smooth and pampered by the end♥️

Great service from Sima as usual. Had to follow her in Studio City after the Al Barsha branch closed down. It’s always a pleasant experience with her. Thank you Sima

I have been going to Gladys ever since I am came to Dubai. Always consistent with the quality of service. Studio city branch is specially nice; very good interiors as well. Ask for Meenu who did my pedicure. She is very professional and friendly and suggested the best treatment for my feet. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

Just left Gladys salon and I’ve had the worst experience so thought I would share. I came to get my nails done and that’s usually a relaxing time for me to disconnect. However, Gladys made this time very frustrating and completely the opposite for me. I went in to get a color change and they had prices for everything. Literally everything! Including cutting and filing my nails!!! And removing regular nail polish and guess what even for the slippers!! So much so that I wasted 40 Dhs because my nails got ruined. Waisted time and money. Never ever coming back and I don’t suggest you go there either

Improve your appointment systemThe staff is very good. Deepti is the best in threading eyebrows. I would request to please have a proper appointment booking system. I had to wait 45 minutes today for a root touch-up, and I had an appointment a day before. If you have an appointment policy, then please ask all customers to respect it and give priority to people who got an appointment. They may have somewhere important to go, and it wastes their time.

I had stopped going to Gladys salon because it was over priced . And now when I went after two years, the girls not only charged me more but they were in a bad mood too. I think there is something really wrong from the management side and the girls look really frustrated, also my daughters hair the girl who was doing a hair wash and blow dry she was too harsh on my daughters hair.. she used over heating and was doing it very badly. Worst service ever!

It was my first time coming to this salon and will definitely come again . Menu took care of my nails and she was great . She’s very detailed and takes her time to do an excellent job . Highly recommend her .

I got my nails done there, all the staff was so nice but 5 days after my GEL SHELLAC nailpolish that they were like if you want it to stay you pay for shellac the nail polish changed colors 5 days i normally do my nails for 3 weeks and that never happens and when i called them she was like mam i can’t do anything you can come show us she didnt offer any help or even apologize my nails were marshmallow pink now they are a disgusting color thats other than the fact that my acrylics were thick and uneven.

I got my facial and massage done from Margaret. Had the best experience ever. She listened to any query or concern I had. She gave time and did not rush at all. Made me thoroughly relaxed and satisfied. Highly recommend her.For hair I always go to Roda for color, haircut and blow dry. Trust her completely with her honest opinion, for best results. Highly recommend her.

I Tried out Pedicure Services with Nora. Her Service and skills are just outstanding.  She is kind, courteous and professional. She always go an extra mile to make my toenails look good. I would also like to recommend Roda, for my hair all of my friends complimented me of how my hair looks exceptional after my appointment with her. My interactions with the staffs is good, they are polite and easy to talk to.

Im a regular client to Gladys salon in studio city. I always enjoy having my nails and hair done. The staff are so welcoming and warm. I enjoyed having my nails and eyebrows done by beautiful Anisha and Nora. They both are super friendly to talk to and have a good time while getting your services done. Roda was sweet and gentle with my hair, excellent and super professional.

Seriously unprofessional, especially Deepthy. She should not be threading clients. I have cuts from the thread and secondly I have never had this experience from my regular place. Deepthy please dont thread clients anymore okay? You are thorough on the threading process and also you INJURE the customer.

Ive been coming here since they opened in 2019. Super convenient location. Ive had a range of services, eyebrow threading, upper lip waxing, mani, pedi, bikini and underarm wax. Nikki is amazing! Always has been and I always book my services with her! Shes literally saved my nails throughout the years. I keep coming back!

Staff is rude. Price are really expensive. Quality is not great. I did my manicure one time, the girl made me bleed. The one who did my hair style, I didn’t like how she did (curly blowdry). Like very old fashion how she did. And today I went to do a toner for my hair, they didn’t even ask me what kind of results do I want, so I asked the girl why she didn’t ask any questions then she became upset and didn’t want to do it for me anymore. I told her that I was in a hurry and I need to do everything quick, but she refuses and told me to wait for another staff to do it for me. Really rude and not helpful. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. And their prices are above average. Poor value for money. I will never comeback.

Great salon- Deepthi threaded my eyebrows to perfection honestly so hard to find good threading ladies she was amazing!Emi and Nora were both so so good for my manicure and pedicure really impressed. Thanks ladies! Will defiantly be visiting again.

I usually go to Gladys Studio city for Manicure pedicure..Today i thought trying facial. i have experienced worst facial in Dubai today. The professional who did facial doesnt know how to do facial. I would suggest never ever try facial you will end up wasting your money.

I have found my go-to salon. I like my hairstylist, Roda, shes a dedicated hairdresser who knows hairstyling and hairdressing. I have no regrets about her works so far. If you are looking for an expert in Hairstyling then i can testify that the results were 100% excellent work. She really did exceeded my expectation. I would recommend her.

Very poor hair service this time...their rates are quite high for everything and most of the staffs are rude...only few like Margaret and few other girls are nice.. but when you start liking some staffs services and you go to the salon again you wont find the same staff next time. They keep changing and you see new faces everytime.Completely dissatisfied...i was almost a regular customer but genuinely will not recommend anyone now... Not value for money at all.Their owners should monitor their staffs behaviour towards their customers..

I have been a regular customer at Gladys in Studio city but my last 2 experiences have made me really unhappy.Manicure Pedicure done right but the nail colour didnt last for even 4 days and I went back after to let them know but the lady at the reception didnt care at all.Yesterday I went for my eyebrow and upper lips and the beautician messed up my left eyebrow (she trimmed my eyebrow hair way too much and there was a huge cut). I went to pay and they did not even give me any compensation but charged me the complete amount without a sorry!THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.

I go to Diptiy for eyebrow threading, she is so precise and tries to make the experience as painless as possible. Compared to other salons in Dubai, they are very reasonable for threading.

I had only gone for a manicure n pedicure and the expectation was a nail paint which normally is complimentary. I was not being made aware that it was a gelish nailpaint applied to me. Unfortunately I had never applied gel paint ever earlier since Muslim prayers cannot happen with that application. When I was trying to remove it, it didnt come off and then my friend mentioned that it could be a gelish application hence it isnt coming off. When I called them to say why this was applied and to remove it, they hung the phone on me stating that ull have to pay to remove it and also v will check who did it and get back to u. Its been 2nd day that noone got back to me and I had to pay to remove it. Seriously pathetic service and not recommended at all.

Worst salon experience in dubai. Firstly, The stylist didn’t know how to mix the water and so washed my hair with cold water and conditioned it with boiling hot water. All this while dropping the hose to soak my top. Then, She touched the hot hairdryer twice on my ears and nearly burnt them. Extremely inexperienced and very slow, took over an hour to complete my blowdry. Avoid at all costs!!

Been here a few times and never have I been disappointed. I always get the best service and all the staff, especially Nikki and Sadia. So friendly and always leaving feeling happy and relaxed. Definitely would recommend it

Most disgusting staff and service, unprofessional and foul mouthed creatures work at this establishment. The staff talk to the customers as if they’re doing them a favor but without the customers payments they wouldn’t even get their salaries I hope they remember that. They also need to learn some English before serving clients they have no educated people who can even speak a sentence without stuttering or sounding stupid, and since it’s Dubai English is very important. I hope the owner reads the other comments of people trashing this place because it is DISGUSTING THE WAY THEY BEHAVE 🤢.

Omg this is a horrible salon, I wish I had read the reviews first before going there. I just got threading done, and it went extremely wrong, the plucking of hair was extremely painful, breaking hair from middle, uneven shape and they didnt even feel sorry about that.

Worst salon in dubai, extremely rude staff, they are poor trained, lied to us about the price on the phone so that we come and then changed their words when we arrived. Very bad experience i dont recommend anyone to go there, waste of time, money and energy. When we asked for the management to report our concerns they said we have NO Management!!!

I did a Brazilian blowout and it was terrible. I’ve been doing the Brazilian blowout for my hair for many years but it was the first time I try it in this place. When I asked for a refund, the manager said we will refund you but from the employee’s pocket! How horrible is this? Of course I left without my refund and will never ever step in that place again.

Poor service and please ask them clear questions about the entire process of service that you are wanting to do because they will not explain prior and later on they will tell you that you never asked the process.

Thanks to the staff! Everyone works harmoniously and professionally! Pedicure manicure and root coloring are done in approximately 1 hour. I went to different masters and was satisfied! There are some minor errors, but overall its good. Good luck girls!
