I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years. The best in Motorcity, they do have other branches. Highly recommend Dolly for hair cut and color. She is a hair magician. It’s been more than 5 years and I have not gone to any other salon than Gladys. The salon is very clean , the staff is professional, kind and I have not had a single bad experience so far . Ms Mobina and Ms Dolly have a plethora of experience . Even my 4 year old loves to visit the salon for her hair cuts 😀 .

Rhea has been doing my hair for years and is extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job every time. The salon has been renovated and looks incredible and clean 😍.

Lily is the own who did my nails I have really short nails because I bite them a lot, I was convinced nothing would look good on my nails especially when I asked for a candy cane design on one of my nails but lily proved me wrong, I love my nails and she is a fast but good and really kind worker, I definitely recommend!! ❤️☺️

Root colour. I didnt want a blow dry so asked to just dry. They refused to use a brush and I left with frizzy unbrushed hair. I had to use my own brush and they said not allowed. Its very rush and go service. Root colour dark . Will not return

I had a terrible experience with them last eid al adha..bad memories..the manicure-pedicure service they did was were painful and bad also it made my nails look horrible..they destroyed the natural layer of my nails due to which my nails became very rough and damaged and start breaking very often..I will never recommend to my friends.

I have been going to this salon for the last 10 years plus. Every time I travel to Dubai I visit this salon. I had Botox hair treatment done by Dolly. She has a steady hand and always do a good job. I also had mani pedi done, this wasn’t upto the mark. It used to be really good but now it’s not the same level. If you don’t tell them they won’t give 100% service. After I left the salon I noticed marks on my nails. I remember the lady didn’t use the filer to shine my nails. Maybe that’s why I could still see the marks. Overall because of my hair services I gave them 4 star.

Hi, I want to bring it to your notice how rude & impolite one of your staff member is. Am a loyal customer who visits every third day for more than 10 years. I have tolerated this attitude a lot of times but can’t tbear this anymore. Riya refuses to work whenever she likes even when free & rest of the staff keeps requesting her. She just does not listen. Am one of those who tips her every third & still she misbehaves. This is extremely unprofessional & unacceptable that you refuse a customer who is your regular client just because you don’t feel like working. Please take action otherwise you will lose many loyal & good customers. I had written an email earlier aswell. Thank you

Been going there for more than a decade now. Some of the old timers there show so much attitude. However when they changed their price for a blow dry 3 times in 6 months, I realised it was time to move on. Increasing the price, claiming my hair was longer , when I had just cut it 2 weeks back after a blow dry with them only, was ridiculous. Absolutely no logic and no loyalty towards old clients.

I always go to Dolly in the motor city branch. She is very patient and thorough and makes sure to listen to what I want. I always leave the salon feeling uplifted and great. Her haircuts are just amazing. Highly recommend.

Dropping a poor rating after multiple attempts to reach out to the management/owner to seek support and deal professionally. Unfortunately, they do not care about their customers at all.Dear ladies, please spare yourself from visiting this salon if youre looking forward to have a stress free time and want to receive quality services.• First of all, upon booking the staff is not aware about the services they provide at the salon they work. Even after repeating twice over the phone and ensuring what and which technician was required they were too pushy to go ahead with other technician and misguided the client with their services.• Secondly, the staff does not know how to deal professionally and have been very mean, disrespectful and uncivilized to the client. The manager herself, Sonu, is horrible. Instead of ensuring for a smooth experience she along with other technicians stopped the services midway and left the client on her own due to the miscommunication from the staff.Forget about a good customer service they dont even know how to act kindly to a person. They completely ruined the entire experience of the client who came in for the first time and definitely do not know how to value their regular customers too.Except for this one technician Erica, who sure deserves to be in a better place and probably a high end salon for how professional and kind she remained throughout the incident. She was the one who took charge and completed the services when the client was left midway.I went through some other reviews for this branch which were so much similar to my experience with the staff, especially Sonu. Its such a shame that the management has barely taken charge to make things better.Im never coming again or recommending this place to anyone !

Usually I have a great experience at Gladys until today. I was booked automatically with Sonu and showed up at my appointment time only to be asked to wait while she did another client during my appointment slot. Then the lady that I got instead was extremely rude to me and I notice every time I am placed with her she has a very foul attitude. I ask her to be careful threading around my eyebrow piercing as it cannot be removed at the moment and if she could just tweeze the couple of hairs that were there around the area. Immediately she says no and I’m told I have to wait for someone else to do it. I explained that the last time I came here I got the area tweezed without any issue. Then she starts speaking to her colleague in another language about me right in front of me which I find extremely rude. After all this, she proceeds to do my eyebrows and she tells me ‘If it hurts, don’t say anything’, which I looked back in complete surprise at how rude that sounded. She then threads my eyebrows just fine without any issue so not sure what all the fuss was about. Unfortunately dont know her name or I would have included it here. If something cannot be done please tell the client politely instead of acting like this and making the client uncomfortable. Won’t be returning!PS. Dont expect them to get back to you with any kind of apology as they dont even reply to their negative reviews.

Unsatisfactory and Unprofessional ServiceAs a frequent customer due to its convenient location, I have consistently encountered unprofessional treatment.Despite repeated requests, I have been unable to meet with a manager due to excuses provided. The hair irons are dirty and outdated, emitting a foul burning odor. Upon requesting they be cleaned before use, I was told This is how it is. I was left to clean them myself using a wet cotton. Prices also vary each visit, with inconsistent VAT additions. Overall, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment as there is no one available to address customer issues.

Dolly is one of the best!I do Brazilian blowout for almost 6 years every 6 months. My hair are very healthy and I am so happy .She do beautiful colouring as well.Thank you Dolly.

I was a customer for many years. The service has decreased along with the quality. The gelish nails used to hold for 4 weeks and now after one week the gel comes off.My daughter only got nail polish and by the time we arrived home it already came off. We only live 10 min away from the Saloon.After confronting the Saloon, they offered us a refund or the amount can be deducted from the next time we come. The next time it was not possible anymore. The lady got rude to us.

I Got gel nails. In less than two days and they are already scratched and look dirty. Not worth the money for sure!My sister did acrylic nails and we went by appointment but apparently not enough time (so why they should give an appointment if the job takes more than 1.5 hours)They didn’t file the nails properly at all we had to refile them properly again at home. Even the thickness of the nails was really bad.The girl was also in a rush to paint them and did a horrible job. We asked the technician to file more and she was like dissappointed so we felt embarrassed and said it was fine.I definelty wouldn’t recommend this salon for any service. They are still expensive for what they offer.I also recommend that staff should start cleaning to close the shop after clients leave. If u close at 9, staff shouldn’t be stacking chairs and washing towels while clients are still inside at 8:30 pm!.

Ive been a customer of Gladys for more than 2 years but unfortunately Ill not be going back. I always do a gelish manicure, but the last time I was there they did it with some cheap materials and as soon as I took the shower my manicure was ruined.Of course I called the saloon back and they were rude and kind of annoyed because I called them. I went back to the salon to get my nails fixed, and guess what? They lasted for few days only.The girl just didnt put enough of attention. Of course, they made me pay again for not doing their job properly.

The place is really dirty and smells really bad cockroaches are everywhere, I left after few minutes couldn’t stay after what I saw. The lady who wanted to do my nails is not even wearing gloves.

The salon that I have been going to for the last 10 years…absolutely amazing service, super efficient staff and very clean and hygienic. While all the staff are excellent but a special mention for Dolly, Sonu, Helen, Joe, Angel, Mubeena! Highly recommended

I did gelish mani pedi with my sister here. It was a very bad experience, mine feet nailpaint was spoiled as soon as we reached home and a day after that my sisters nail paint also got big bubbles in that.Even the nailpaint in our hands is coming out on it’s own even after doing gelish mani pedi.And even an employee at this salon burnt my hand with the machine where we dry the nailpaint and the staff was very rude about that when we complained.When i called to tell about my nailpaint and i said it is spoiled, they shown very bad attitude so I didn’t get the nailpaint fixed.I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I am one of the regulars there almost every month Very poor service the lady called Sonu attended the call this morning when I asked her that I cannot make it for my morning appointment and I would like to come sometime in the afternoon if possible . She told me very bluntly come at 3 pm and if u r not on time she has other appointments and when I reached there at 3 pm she has booked the lady for my service already and told me that you never told me to book it . Such a liar . Please be aware while booking your appointments in this Parlour when it can happen with someone who is regular god bless the new ones. Absolutely unprofessional

Poor quality. Gelish nails are peeling off after few days and when I went after 7days (!) to complain and show them what is happening I had to pay extra for repairing the nails. This is not professional.I m not recommending.

Disgusting Salon. I caught the therapist double dipping when I turned around. They also used a pumice stone on me while waxing to remove ingrowns. I am stilled scarred from this experience. I intend to report them to ministry of health.

I tried to make an appointment for blow dry long hair and they are totally unprepared to give me a price. Has to be a clear price list, not a confused girl who doesnt know how to sell the services.

I went there for the past 3 years, some staff are friendly but the manager is store is not professional in dealing with customers in motorcity branch.

Staff were friendly but my blow dry was rushed (10 min long) and it didnt even last an hour.
