Very disappointed.I wanted a facial massage, but I had only negative experiences. The treatment room was dirty and neglected. It was also so small that there was no space to put my belongings (I only had glasses, a phone, necklaces, and a shirt).The therapist took my glasses and pushed them into the drawer, which was already overly packed and could scratch them.If she treats my valuable belongings this way, I don’t want to be touched and treated by that person. I didn’t want to continue. And I left.Oh yes, and she didn’t even have the decency to have a basic human interaction with me, so I had to chase her to tell me her name.If she doesn’t want to work, she shouldn’t. I’m not too fond of that energy and treatment. I’m not a thing; I’m a human person.

I went to Glitz salon today and had an amazing experience with the girls there. They took their time to my manicure and had a wonderful blow dry too. Def recommend this salon as prices are very reasonable too

I asked the staff for the price of a haircut trim, but they didn’t know the prices. I expected it to be in the minimum range, like at other salons, so I decided to proceed. When I went to pay, they informed me that it was 105 AED. I never expected that price for just a hair trim.The staff asked me if I wanted to wash my hair, but I refused, telling her it wasn’t necessary. I just wanted to proceed with the trim, and then she blow-dried my hair. I thought that was normal after a haircut, as most salons do that.When I received the bill, it was 105 AED for just a 2-inch haircut trim. I checked their website, and it stated that a haircut costs 45 AED, so I don’t understand why they charged so much. That was when I realized they also charged for the blow-dry. If I had known they would charge that much for it, I would have refused the service. I didn’t even ask for it, as I assumed it was part of the haircut trim service.They should inform customers properly and be transparent about their pricing. A haircut trim for just 2 inches is not worth that price.

I have my keratin done today in Glitz..Even if it was late hours Rucha did her best and make me soo comfortable with the results..Soo glad to see the final outlook turned out the best..Thank you soo much Rucha for your efforts.

Rucha did my hair and honestly I never let anyone cut my hair but I’m so happy I let her ive never seen my this thick before and she’s so friendly and I just had a really good experience so so happy

Fabulous. As always. Clean, hygienic, and brilliant impeccable staff. An amazing Hair spa with Sania think I snoozed off for a bit, in tandem a done to perfection manicure with Chris and a blow your mind Pedicure with Marilou, fixed my ingrown and the foot massage fixed a nagging foot nerve as well. Walked out the door with a perfect blow-dry by Charlotte. Cannot forget the expedited service to fix my appointment in the 1st place, done with Sri and the nice warm cuppa tea prepped by Rowena. A happy soul ready to seize the rest of the day. Thank Team Glitz. You never dissapoint the time spend here.

Tried haircut. They charge a lot but the results of haircut was not worth the price i paid.Asked for flicks but the way it was done was bad. Now it looks like the flicks are seperate part of my hair🥺

Very disappointed with their way of managing clients. They never honr their commitments for the given appointment. Will never recommend their services.
