I have amazing experience from Gloss and Glam beauty lounge. The stylist saima gave me the exact look i wanted ,the hair colour was exact from the picture I showed her.love the whole experience and my new look.

Ive been visiting the salon since an year now. Love the overall experience with them. Very good customer service. All the staffs are so friendly. Saima,Anju,Anjali, Anu and Arlene (for highlights) so good.Front office staff is so friendly. Very clean ambience.Loved the experience with them.Happy customer 😍

I had a terrible experience at this salon with Saima. The stylist completely ruined my daughters haircut. Despite explaining what we wanted, she cut the hair far too short and clearly lacked the skills necessary for the job. It’s shocking that someone with such poor technique has been hired. My daughter is heartbroken over her haircut, and this was a very upsetting experience for both of us. I hope the salon addresses this issue and ensures their staff is properly trained in the future.

I went to this salon ,the staff is really friendly from receptionist to professional workers .I went for waxing ,Sunita is very good in waxing ,she make sure everything is done nicely and precisely. The salon is neat and clean ,ambience is great .I had mani ,padi and shoulder massage done by Ganga. She is also very good in giving her services.Highly recommending anyone who wants good service and in good amount.

I had an amazing experience at Gloss and Glam Salon! Anjali gave me a fantastic hot oil hair massage and waxing session – she was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Kamala did a wonderful job with the pedicure, and Paratika’s manicure was equally impressive. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit so much more enjoyable.One of the best parts is that the salon is conveniently close to my home and offers great services at an economical price. I highly recommend Gloss and Glam Salon – it’s a must-try for anyone looking for quality pampering.

I got to visit Gloss & Glam Ras Al Khor branch today to get my eyebrows & pedicure done. I must say I am very picky when it comes to threading and was marveled by the service provided by Anjali.. she was extremely caring and accommodative to all needs.. Service was done flawlessly.. I had availed their Diwali offer which was running for today and was very much worth it..Look forward to visiting Gloss & glam :)

I am a regular customer at gloss and glam my experience has been great from the very beginning. The quality if services here is excellent a point I recommended my sisters to the same parlour. The staff are professional and very kindly.

Yesterday I was at the saloon for waxing but sorry to say staff (Miss Kamla & Bett) didn’t respect my privacy they both entered my room without waiting for my session to get over. Kamla knocked and instantly opened the door asking for sudocream from Sunita and later on Bett did the same knocked on the door and entered the room asking Sunita to book her for the next appointment.Like seriously where are your manners? Am a regular and don’t expect such kind of treatment.

I had my hair cut done from Anu at Gloss and Glam Ras Al Khor Branch.She has done a wonderful job with the layer cut.Now my hair looks thicker and bouncy.

I recently underwent my second keratin treatment, and I couldnt be more satisfied. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The treatment, which lasted about 4 hours, was conducted with proper care. Immediately after the treatment, my hair felt significantly smoother and more manageable. I would highly recommend to anyone in search of a reliable keratin treatment.

I went in for a basic cleanup, but Anu was incredibly helpful and took great care with my oily skin. The staff is friendly, and such a calm interior. I’ll definitely keep going back.

Hair straightening procedure was being done on one customer and the entire room was foggy and filled with the vapours and smell of that procedure. I could see 2 of the staff/employees stand out in the heat of the afternoon only because of this smell. I had walked in for a haircut but as soon as I entered the room I began coughing and told them this was uncomfortable. Instead of recieving an apology from Betty, I was just informed the procedure just began and I could come later. This was not informed in a concerned or kind manner. Bad experience, was very disappointed today and hope this procedure can be done in a more safe manner not only for customers but also for the Employees working there. Else please use better quality products to straighten hair.

The ambience is pleasant, and the service is excellent at a reasonable price. Unlike some salons that may compromise quality during promotions, this place ensures top-notch service regardless.

Very good service. anjali did facial and spa for me and her massage was really superb. highly recommend for facial and do it with anjali. Ambience also excellent. Did hair colouring from g&g and it’s not recommended. Paid 400 dhs for colouring and the colour is washed off in a single hair wash. Then what’s the point in paying this much money. Disappointed. Not recommended their hair colour service.

Neat parlour with friendly staff. What I loved most was the facial. Calm music and soothing light and experienced staff. They are not reluctant to give you free beauty tips for your skin and hair. Reasonable rates too. Save their number to get updates of offers. U can check the offers on their status too.

Saimas hair cutting services are excellent and Anjalis is best for facial, hot oil message , body message etc. She is really good at what services she does. I opted for a pedicure. Anjali is excellent in her job. The way she removed the cuticles and shaped my toenails was too good. An added massage for the feet was so comfortable. Thank you G&G for such a clean beauty saloon.

Very bad experience... trulydissatisfied customer..... wentthere for doing my eyebrowsand the lady named Anjalimade my eyebrowspathetic...dispite my clearinstructions to not make it thin,she made it thin as well as theshape of both the eyebrowswere completely different. thesame incident happened to 2 ofmy other friends as well. Andthe rate too....its not worthwhat they provide. They chargeway more than normal parlors. I dont know about their other services but I would never recommend g&g to anyone whos looking to shape their eyebrows.
