I went today for the microblading and I was attended by Thel which made a wonderful work with my brows, they look so natural and the technic was very fast. She is a professional absolutely! I recommend her and this salon. 🩷😁

So I used their service after buying a Groupon voucher for AED 79 for a haircut. After arriving they asked me for an additional AED 100 saying that voucher is only for straight cut or trim even though nothing was stated on the voucher or deal. I had even called them earlier upon booking an appointment but no one mentioned anything. The experience I had was really unpleasant. I paid total AED 179 for a haircut. Unethical. The haircut came out fine, so I gave 2 stars. I will never visit again.

Sam and his team were wonderful, I loved the service I received. It was very good value for a full head of highlights, toner, a trim and style (soft, loose curls). It really feels like a VIP experience when you are there - the decor is luxurious and the staff are generous when offering you tea/coffee/water throughout. The cherry on top was the team taking pictures with their ring light afterwards and posting it to their social media. Great work from everyone at Villa Saif!

Really pleased with the warm attention from the staff at the salon, from their WhatsApp messages to make an appointment to the greeting as I arrived, they were always very kind and so nice to me. Made me feel like home! Michael washed my hair very gently and made some nice small talk, then William cut my hair very very well, and blow dried it with volume and chic style. I was ready for my conference looking fabulous. I would recommend to come and pamper yourself if you’re around.

I had a wonderful experience in Villa Saif Beauty center. I went for microblading to have my eyebrows fix and Elham did magic to my eyebrows. It looked so natural. Not only that, the service was also good. She is amazing. The salon itself look so chic, fab, beautiful and clean. The location is also perfect. Very easy to find. The first time I visit the Villa Saif..about microblading ..Nice team receive Me particularly Theil for my brow its 2 hours ago ..the job was good but for the moment I cannot give my opinion I am waiting for the result in 15 days ..and about the price it is correct.

I’m from Australia and had my hair washed and styled twice with mousa and he was amazing , highly recommend I loved my hair . Will definitely keep coming back when I come back to Dubai .

I did my hair color here and it lasted for less thn 2 weeks. The hairdresser told me it will last for a long long time and when I asked how long, he said till its cut, the color will remain. One atleast expects color to last for 4-6 months if not more, but 2 weeks is unacceptable.

It was terrible experience, Im regretting that I used their services. Very disappointed.... After their job I have more DAMAGED hairs (they are dry and I warned then about that, asked to be very very careful and gentle with my hairs edges), WRONG hair color (I showed them shiny blond color, but they did very very dark brown-ash color), and as a bonus, I got sick there because of freezing AC. After all, when I saw the result and complained, they just said -“if we did what you want, your hair would become more damaged than now”.So I have to be very thankful that I have less damaged hair than it could have been?! They charged me for full package price + VAT and offered me come again after 10 days and fix the color for free, but I will never go there again.P.S my appointment was in 5 pm and I did reach at 5pm sharp, but they started the work at 5:40 PM only.UPDATE : ( answering to your comment below ) I talked to your administrator after the procedure, and he said that in 10 days the color will become brighter, which, of course, is absurd, because a brown color cannot turn into the blond. And I also informed him that your masters damaged my hair, and I was forced to cut my hair by more than 3 cm.So it WAS YOU WHO DAMAGED my hair and color, so if you said you can return the money, do it!

I came to villa saif beauty center today to get a hair treatment for my hair. The salon is located in Voco hotel at sheikh zaid road, it’s very clean, modern and equipped with the latest equipments. I had visited for manicure and Pedicure, however there was no neatness in the work. The shape which I had requested was not done.. The polish was not applied properly. After complaining to the manager she said its fine u come next time..

The worst salon ever . Went for manicure and pedicure yesterday and my whole toe nail is swollen . These guys don’t even have the curtesy to give back the money and they tell the customer is normal . Ive booked a package which includes full head of highlights, treatment, hair cut and blow dry. Usually a hairdresser needs for these at least 3 hours. I was in and out in under 90 minutes!!Ive had only 15 foils of highlights on my head - usually Im getting between 60-70 foils!The hairdresser didnt want to spend more time for doing my highlights properly. Aside from that he was very crude!!

Being a super sensitive person about my hair it’s a challenge for me to sit on a hair cut chair as I don’t trust anyone with my hair! The staff may call themselves professional but they are not and dont understand the meaning of long layers…my hair were already U shape style and the stylist literally followed the same pattern and then the whole salon claims its long layers. As if i never took laters in my life…BAD EXPERIENCE!!

If you see the comment before mine the girl said it all and they have the audacity to respond saying wrong review and arguing instead of saying we apologise and try for once to react professionally and apologise lol there is no salon in dubai that answers and react this rudely and publicly too ! That just goes to say how rude they are and how they genuinely don’t care about their customer’s loyalty neither satisfaction they’re only after money and believe me that not how a business is ran . Overall would never recommend this salon everyone is agressive and literally want to fight you if you say anything What kind of owner hires people like that ? except the Tunisian at the reception and the girls nisrine everyone else is just out of place.

Worst experience, inspite of explaining many times what procedures I want for my hair, they damaged it ,took all the money in advance and after that they don’t care! They started arguments and screaming if I request for refund.I am still following up but there is no response.They behave so rude specially the guy who is at reception .All chats and records available with me as well!You guys call the customer make them wait and then ask to pay for the service that was promised to take care of what you made blunder before, with a disrespectful behavior, and you are talking about free service?I would deny even if you give free service as it ruined my day, my hair and my trust on you guys!!

Villa Saif Salon - nice and easy location, has valet parking which is important not to struggle for public parking.I had hair color twice with Mohammad who did fantastic job 🌟 Fast (which is very important for me) and perfect.

A friend went to get her hair straighten at this saloon. This guy at the saloon actually damaged her hair. After few days when she went back, they didn’t offer any refund and just said you can take any other service, which they eventually didn’t give. The staff there were very rude with her. I wouldn’t suggest such a saloon to anyone.
