I went in for a hair-restructuring treatment using the K18 product, which works by repairing damaged hair at a molecular level, restoring strength, softness, and elasticity. After just one session, my hair feels so much shinier, fuller, and healthier—truly a game-changer!The entire experience was made even more special by the wonderful team. Faten was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring the treatment was perfect for my hair’s needs. Before starting, they pamper you with a cup of tea, a sweet treat, and the most relaxing massage. Gina, the sweetest, gave me a heavenly head, shoulder, and back massage that made the whole visit feel like a luxury spa day.If you’re looking for exceptional care and real results, I can’t recommend Hair Signature Salon enough! I’m already looking forward to my next visit for color!! 😍

It was my first time going to Signature salon. I had my hair highlighted and cut by the very talented Natalie. She put me at ease and honestly I’m so so happy with my hair. It looks fabulous. She also talked me through the products that I should be using for my hair which they sell at the salon. I will definitely be going back to see Natalie at the salon. Very very happy Client. I am so happy I could literally cry!! I came for a consultation with the beautiful Fiona yesterday and she felt my pain with the hair disaster I had just had elsewhere. She really took time to establish what I wanted to achieve and matched the perfect hair colour for some extensions. She was able to fit me in the next day, today, and I am beyond amazed at how she managed to not only fix my hair but get it looking the best it’s ever looked! I recently visited Hair Signature in Dubai, and my experience was very disappointing. I went in for a simple trim, asking to cut only 2cm off the ends of my hair. When it came time to pay, I was shocked to be charged 224 AED for what was essentially a basic trim. The stylist insisted that this was a “haircut” with an original price of 400 AED, claiming I was receiving a “discount.” This price feels completely unreasonable for such a minor service, and I felt misled and overcharged. I expected transparent and fair pricing, but instead, I left feeling taken advantage of. I would not recommend for a trim in this salon.

I come to the salon to get my hair cut by Selma. I’ve followed Selma from her time at Sisters Salon and have been going to her now for 3 years. She’s an excellent stylist. She doesn’t push you beyond your comfort zone while at the same time encourages you to explore options. She’s very reliable and honest about your hair needs. I remember a couple of years ago when I wasn’t feeling great about my hair, she looked at me hair and told me I didn’t need a hair cut that day! She’s very honest and diligent in her job. I’ve enjoyed healthy hair thanks to her for a few years! Selma is the absolute best when it comes to my hair 💞

I absolutely love Laura! She’s the best ever. As someone with naturally dark hair, I’m always super worried about bleaching it and going blonde but Laura quelled all of my concerns by amazing service and tweaking the shades to suit me and what I needed. Not going anywhere else ever again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I found a lovely, very customer friendly environment! The salon is full of very talented and very dedicated hairdressers and technicians. You can find whatever services you are looking for- taking care of you from head to toe. They use very high quality products and keep up with the latest developments in the industry. But most of all I love the way this salon and it’s management opened their arms to Selma! It became very fast very obvious that she found a new home for herself here! Selma is one of the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! She is fantastic at her job, she is always up to date, and always listens. She’s created the very best of my looks! One of the best experiences overall in a market that is overflowing with spas and salons at every corner.I followed the hairstylist Selma to this salon from her previous job and location because my family, friends, and myself trust her to do a beautiful job every time. It’s clear she cares about her clients and is passionate about her work.I’ve also done manicures and pedicures and eyebrow threading (trimming) with Joy and Jacqui who always work with care so I don’t get any injuries or rashes. They’re also quick without sacrificing attention to detail.As for the ambience, the salon is very clean, the music is not too loud, and they have the best complimentary coffee or tea.The salon is also not super crowded and loud making it a relaxing experience as opposed to some of the big names and multi branches in Dubai.

Been visiting hair signature for a while now and honestly I cant fault them, my experience is always consistent! The girls are so lovely and SO good at what they do! Fiona does my colour which always comes out the perfect blonde! Natalie does my Make up for events every week and it always looks beautiful and Laura does my extension fitting! They offer such a wide variety of services i don’t need to go anywhere else for my beauty treatments! Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing experience at Hair Signature with Selma and the team. Selma blended perfect color shade on the spot to offset the red pigment of my hair, applied toner on ends and did a great haircut which is low maintenance but looks very nice. Would recommend this salon to anyone. Plus point is the easy access, available parking and calm atmosphere in the salon.

I always love my hair appointments with Angela! Lovely conversation and awesome hair wash, cut and styling. They always offer you a drink. One time, I had a nail polish change while getting my hair done. Highly recommend!

I adore this salon and all of the girls who work here. Emily always provides a great service which is professional. She always offers a thorough consultation before every service just to discuss exactly what you want. I have very short, coloured hair and was slightly anxious about having my hair done in Dubai for the first time - but she is a pro and it has never looked better! I discovered this salon because I followed Selma. She is amazing.The salon has nice vibes and atmosphere you will feel home. The service is impeccable.

The nail technician is a nice girl, I like her but she needs a training on nail shaping and extension.The only thing i liked in your salon is the quality and brand Lola Lee of your gellish manicure but the quality of the work is quite poor. You charge the same as the Russian salons but do not provide the same quality service which is not fair. Train your nail technicians well if you dont want to loose your customers. Me, im never coming back to you again :) Good luck!

When I lived in Dubai I had the pleasure of visiting Hair Signature Salon on a regular basis and had Laura look after me each time. I wanted to transition from dark to light again and also add some length with extensions. Laura knew exactly how to create the perfect look for me and was the best at helping me maintain gorgeous hair without causing any damage. Top class and so professional. I would highly recommend Hair Signature Salon and in particular Laura for all your hair care needs 💇🏻‍♀️I also had gel mani and pedis done here and the girls were amazing!

Love the great choice of nail polishes, by Lola and Lee. The pedicure is amazing, and feet always immaculately tended too. The little foot massage at the end is an extra bonus too

I had went in for a balayage. After 3 hours of bleach and toner, the colour came out completely wrong. So the hair dresser had to redo it all over again. I was at the salon for almost 6 hours so they could correct the colour. I wasn’t offered a discount, in fact was told next time I should book it as a colour corrector appointment since it took more work them. But the initial consultation I wasn’t told anything about booking a colour correcting appointment. None the less. I was very under and patient with the stylists and even tipped in the end. About a week and a half later, after only one wash, I noticed my colour was starting to change and get brassy abnormally fast so I contacted the salon asked to have the manager call me back since she wasn’t available to explain to her that I had paid too much money to have this colour not look the same less than 2 weeks later. I didn’t get a call back. I called again and explained the situation to another girl on the line and she said she’ll have the manager call back. I finally got a WhatsApp message from her then a phone call like 4 days later. I explained to her how my hair colour had drastically gone brassy in such a short time and I wasn’t happy at all. Maybe it was the fact that had processed my hair with so much chemicals in such a short period of time. She explained to me that because it was over one week I would have to repay to have the colour fixed. Mind you it took her days to contact me back but that wasn’t accounted for. At this point I just wanted to have my colour fixed since I had already spent so much money on it. Long story short, I was told she would get someone to book me in so I can go get it fixed. This was 3 weeks ago. I never heard back from them. I had to end up going somewhere else and paying them to fix my hair colour since Hair Signature chose to ignore me and not care since they already had taken my money. I wasn’t upset at the stylist for not getting it right the first time but I am upset at the manager for not showing any importance to a paying customer that I had already been so understanding and accommodating to their mistake the first time. I would never go back.

Such a weird place, i went there yesterday and asked for half back and stomach wax and after am done I was surprised that they told me 160 aed, i asked what whyyyy? Then maybe they saw that I am a person who asks and not stupid so they said oh sorry for the mistake it’s 85, i was still surprised because i do was this area usually and i never paid more than maximum 60 aed before discount, do not recommend the place at all, it was my first and my last time
