They deserve rating in negative not even 0. They have no clue what they are doing They say yes for everything even though they dont know anything. Fooling people on instagram with different name. Didnt even listen to the request they just do what they wanna do all the negative comments are spot on. They are worst in UAE

My wife’s hair nail all done wrong. Will never send her again here. Check toes glitter. Wrong fingers. Look the fingers and shapes and color melted. Look the hair color upside too yellow than it looks in the picture and down dark brown. Totally mess

Not happy with how they manage requests. We asked for a specific haircut and even showed a picture of the hairstyle but the barber did not even look at it. He just cut them how he wanted them. I asked the lady in the reception for a specific filipino barber but she insisted to give someone from another country and assured me that he is the best they have. I am not looking for the best barber all I want is someone who knows how to follow instructions and someone who will cut my hair the way I want it not the way they want. I am not coming back to this place ever even if its for free, even if they pay me to cut my hair. Its a no no for me and never again.

Very bad experience i did full body masage i cannot relax because so very noisey all staff talking esp.kabayan and the masage theraphy she dont know how proper masage and no presure.and the salon is misszy & dirty..

Extremely disappointed with the service. I returned to fix one broken nail just two days after it was done, and despite agreeing to a 25-minute wait, I ended up waiting for over an hour. The staff member then proceeded to eat her meal without acknowledging me.Also disappointed with their unprofessionalism at this salon. One of their staff members gossiped about me to her colleagues when I refused to be accompanied to the salon. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will no longer be returning to this salon.Understaffed salon.Loooooooong waiting time.Unprofessional and rude staff.Terrible customer service.If I could, I would give no star.

I have very bad experiences because of 1 guy his name is aliye I think he is Chinese and his behavior is very bad and rode. But the other staff is good and friendly. I request you to not hire is kind of staff same aliye.

Mr Owen, the chinese guy did my hair and he was soo good like his hands were so fast but was soo gentle. I didnt feel like he was grabbing my hair. Thaankyouu, and also to ate Rowena who assisted me first. Everyone was so helpful and nice.🥰

Harmony is the place for your relaxation. I requested pedicure service and Ms Dorina ( a Filipina) is the one who made it. She is so kind, very delicate and really good.This Saloon is highly recommended 🙏⭐

Good quality and excellent service! Had my first polish gel (best decision ever!) and hair color + keratin ( they repaired my super dry hair due to bleaching). Kudos to Dorina for my nails and Ashing for my hair. 💓

This is my go to salon for all kind of beauty services.They have highly professionals hairstylist and nails experts. The most important thing is the behavior of all the staffs working there and the owner is such a sweet lady.Highly recommend salon.
