The doctor confirmed that the use of these substandard products was detrimental to my eye health.Unacceptable Customer Service: To make matters worse, the owner of the salon fled when confronted about these issues, and none of the staff, including Fatima, offered an apology or took responsibility for their mistakes.I strongly advise against using this salon based on my experience. The hospitality is by far the best I’ve had in a spa, I got tea, dates and chocolate and they even asked me if I wanted tea to-go when I was done. She bit the skin until it bled, removing the cuticles. It took longer than usual to make the French one.It was painful to remove the old coating.The hostess at the reception was also not helpful at all, but only pretended to be sympathetic.I really dont recommend it, bad experience.
