Great nails by Julia, but the woman at the desk (I dont know her name) ripped me off badly. I asked how much the nails would cost me, and she said 160 aed.When they were done, she asked me for 300 aed and charged me for a full set even though my nails were fully intact prior. She kept making excuses why its now 300 aed now and not 160 aed. She kept saying because its an extension. I said its not. Its a refill, and if anything, all my nails were shortened.Everyone working there seemed so embarrassed by her actions as it was so obvious she was ripping me off. And she left it to the very end to tell me the new price. She showed me a paper showing prices for a full set, not refill. This is not my first time having my nails done, and apart from that, we had agreed on 160AED.The only experience in Dubai made me very unhappy. I was having such a great time, but being ripped off made me feel so bad.I hope the staff are treated well.

I called before going to ask if they were able to do something I want r and they said yes and then when I came in the place was extremely dirty and unhygienic and they didn’t even have the color I requested and I pod me to do something else I ended up leaving and didn’t get anything done due to how unhygienic it is

Two Vietnamese ladies who have done my nails and lashes were so mean to me after i asked them to correct some lashes. Bcoz there was a glue in my eye and it was painful. I shared my thoughts politely as a customer but they took it very personally. They started talking each other in Vietnamese and the older lady ignored what i said and smirked at me. the reception was kind but i will never visit here again.

I can only talk about the pedicure of Ramsia! I am extremely difficult as a customer when it comes to pedicures, I’ve tried so many places in Dubai for pedi BUT RAMSIA DOES ONE OF THE BEST PEDICURES I EVER HAD. She is fast,clean and very professional! This lady is very talented!
