Nothing but 5 stars!!! And more. I had a hair appointment at 8pm on a Friday. The treatment took four hours. The ladies took turns in doing the shampoo and application. Reema was the one who stayed to ensure that it was finished. So much pride taken into her profession. Sharing pictures of before and after. The hair ends was my request to not trim, which they respected.

I have been to this salon multiple times for gel manicures and pedicures, and I must say, the quality of the products they use is excellent, especially for the price. Recently, I had a hair wash and blow-dry, and I was truly impressed. The owner personally stepped in to wash my hair when all the hairdressers were busy, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. For just 99 AED, I received a blow-dry that left me fully satisfied with both the results and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this salon, and they did a horrible job on my nails. First, the nail technician took an unreasonably long time doing one hand, then the other. She even cut my skin. After just two days, the gel polish peeled off and started breaking. So I have to shorter my nails by myself. And my nails have become very unhealthy, which has never happened before. I texted the salon to complain, they told me to remove my google review and they will fix my nails but then they didn’t. They also charge for removal every time, even if you had your nails done there previously. Very disappointed with the service.

Girls know how difficult it is to find good hair stylist. I found my fairy in Ilios. Rawan is the best. A reverent attitude to detail, a caring attitude towards hair, a true professional who does her job with love. Im more than satisfied with the result. perfect shade, perfect play of color. I recommend it👌🏼

I had an amazing experience at this ladies salon! The staff are all so lovely, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The massage therapist was fantastic—one of the best Ive had. The nail technician did a wonderful job as well, leaving my nails looking perfect. What really sets this place apart is the affordable prices without compromising on quality. I was in this salon yesterday for a manicure and pedicure.I could not have imagined such a terrible service.The cuticle was cut to a bloody point. In some places it has been left in pieces. I always choose a strong gel for coating. The master applied it and then cut off half of it. I do a strong gel because I have weak nails. Why would I cut it off? She gave me some small lamp, because of which all the gel leaked.The base also lies in pieces and splotches. Already today I have broken 3 nails and they cling to all my clothesPedicureI opted for the hygiene ones.She wiped my skin to the point of bleeding. Ive been in pain for two days.

I had a great experience today at the saloon. I booked for a haircut and blow dry. Rawan did a fantastic job. Im totally in love with my new haircut. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Got a free hair wash and the lady gave me a nice head massage. Overall I loved the service and care provided by the saloon. Will surely visit again.

I had a protein hair treatment. Reema is an incredible hair expert! She worked wonders on my hair, and the results were absolutely stunning. My sister was so impressed with how great it turned out that shes already planning to book an appointment with her!

I have been visiting Ilios for two years and I love Raghda’s work. She is really good at what she does and always wows me with her creativity with my hair. Definitely recommend visiting her for any hair services from color to cut to blow dry and styling. Today I can in for root color and haircut and she did a brilliant job.

I did protein treatment for my hair..it was beautifully done by Reema.. she checked with me at every stage whether I was comfortable.. and also gave good after care instructions for the treatment to last longer.. i would really recommend this salon to all of my friends.

I am so disappointed with my recent experience. Friends and family were shocked at my haircut which is uneven and I will now need to go to another salon to have it rectified. I have been going to Ilios Salon for a couple of years and was very happy with the previous stylist who knew how to cut my short western style. I was told that she has left the salon. The new hairdresser does not know how to trim the layers on my short style. I would very much like to know where the previous hairstylist has gone. I cant remember her name. She was from Syria, I think, and her name began with an R.

I went for a keratin treatment to this salon and I should say their service is good. Mallika the turkey girl is very sweet and very talented and did with conscious mind. The speed which she ironed the hair after applying the checmical, I got scared at first and it was painful but she explained why she did that way. Thank you

The lashes ( Eliose) are still standing, although I have Asian eyes, and most of the time, they are gone within 2 weeks. Nada did my nails gel extensions within 1.5 hrs which is incredible timing with such a thin layer that you can barely understand these are extensions, and they look so natural. Finally, Sema my body was so tense, and she did the best massage I ever had in DUBAI and I highly recommend this service to everyone. BIG BIG THANKS LADIES 🥰🥰🥰

The worst eyebrow lamination experience I have ever had . She did so bad very rude ridiculous very rushing . Her name is Melika and she is very rude attitude. I will never come there . Really clean and amazing saloon.i just did a massage she’s gorgeous she really understood how much pressure i want and did an amazing job.and for the pedicure i had a very bad service with another saloon they broke my nail and i had alot of pain, the lady at ilios saloon janet she helped me alot she cure the broken nail and clean my toe very carefully and just did an amazing work. totally will come back and become a regular customer for sure❤️

The worst experience I’ve had so far, the staff are in their own world they don’t even cooperate with you, super not professional. I had to wait 25 minutes just for them to see who’s assigned to do my manicure ! Eventually I had to leave cause the lady who started doing my pedicure kept disappearing roaming around. So if you want to waste your time and lose temper this is the place for you lol.

If I can give this salon zero stars I would. I dont know where to begin but ill start with DO NOT go here unless you want to be treated like trash (no exaggeration).And I am expecting no vague, unprofessional responses to this review as I have decided to write this only after having multiple conversations with the staff and found only disrespect in response.I made a group appointment as that is an option on the website for me and my sister at around 4 p.m. We decided they would start with my sister and then with me. While my sister was in the middle of the foiling process which took around 4 hours, I was expecting them to start with my hair but instead they found it appropriate to book not one, not two but THREE other clients at the same time as our appointment and completely neglect that I am sitting there and waiting for my turn before any of them walked in. I dont understand how they took other appointments at the same time to begin with.When I decided to address the situation with the staff I found that the response was pure disrespect and no acknowledgment for the mistake they have made, no apologies but PURE DISRESPECT. I told them I dont want my hair done and they agreed and brushed it off like they did not care for my dissatisfaction or their reputation.For the rest of my sisters appointment, all I got was looks and eyebrow raising and gossiping between each other which is not appropriate at all.The hairstylist working on my sisters hair decided to COMPLETELY ignore my existence for the rest of her appointment and continued to show so much disrespect.I will not begin to talk about the end-result of the hair because yes I acknowledge that it did not look bad but the damage and hair fall during the styling was INSANE. But for the sake of this review, I am going to choose to ignore this and focus only on the disrespect.For the staff, if youre reading this, this is not acceptable and I will be sure to post this on all my platforms and let all my friends and family know NEVER to visit this place again. Trust me you are losing a lot of customers because of this.

The most amazing service from nail Tech Nada who was so fast and professional !And to my dear Cecille, best relaxation massage , attention to detail . She took me into another universe with her great massage skills ! The way her service is 10/10 please acknowledge your amazing staff .

I did the hair protein and its rubish ! Took them 4 hours to finish my hair and after all this my hair is still curly !!! Half of it is straight and half is curly. Dont ever try their hair protein you will waste your money for nothing it’s rubbish as if i didnt do protein at all. The lady is unprofessional at all and doesn’t know what she is doing.

I had an absolutely amazing 90 minute massage here today. I felt so blissed out and relieved that I fell into a sweet sleep during the massage. My whole body and mind has calmed down for many hours after. I also got a lovely gel manicure which looks amazing. I did lash lift and brow lamination love it but keep in mind that after the first wash the glue will be removed therefore the brow will not be as expected but the lashes stay the same

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere by the receptionist whose genuine smile instantly put me at ease.The massage itself was nothing short of amazing. The therapist was highly skilled and attentive, ensuring that every knot and tension in my muscles was addressed with care. Her technique was both soothing and effective, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the session.The ambiance of the spa also contributed greatly to the overall experience. However, one observation i made during my visit was while the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, some staff seemed a bit reserved and not as cheerful and smiling. Worst service i got on my first visit this Monday such a painful experience Raghda was very rude in combing my hair and lost so much due her irresponsible behaviour. I got highlights done for the first and got to face this trouble even though i informed her before hand that me hairs a thin b gentle on them she was pulling my hair so much during the wash and after also i was informing her its paining can u do it slowly but then also she was being so rough and didnt stopped even after that did the same thing during blowdry and haircut it took me total 4+ hrs just for highlights and pedicure 😵 and with traffic it was 5,6 hrs for salon .. and while doing my hair she attended another client and washed her hair left me sitting and then tied towel did haircut and said u can go for pedicure mean while so she do the other clients hair.. she came after me and they attended her first and completed her work and for pedicure also not much effective i didnt felt satisfied with it either then she did my blowdry making me sit with wet hair the person comes to salon for relaxing and getting pampered with good care and gentle treatment she made it hell and stress ful for me till now when i touch my hair or comb i can feel the pain of pulling them...🥺 i payed the full price it was not a free service and she behaved so badly and not many workers available here i dont know how it got so much rating saw that and went horrible experience will never visit again... No doubt the highlights looked nice on me but the pain i had to go through was more could have just left it made ruckus their but i tolerated that only to finish and reach home asap as i also have so much more to do..😶couldnt enjoy my time and nicely done hairs also and in the end being sweet and asking me for making waves to look more perfect for which i refused again more hairloss i cant handle and not have free tym staying at salon for hrs with worthless and painful service...

Really disappointing experience on Sunday. I went with my friend for 4pm and we both had an awful experience. The lady who did my nails was nice, but the lady who did my Pedi was appalling. She just had no interest in what she was doing. She didnt paint my toes she just got up and started tidying the salon. The other three employees said NOTHING. Eventually, one of them said something and she came back and said, You want polish? Their appearance was tatty. One lady was in a crisp uniform, one was in Lycra like she just came from the gym and one was wearing baggy track pants that were too long and the hems were dragging. The polish started chipping almost immediately. Just save your time and your money.

I visited on Saturday 20th July, as a walk-in customer for a straight trim. The receptionist was friendly and she proceeded to the salon to cut my hair. She seemed knowledgeable when discussing how much I wanted cut off. However, once I got home and showed my partner, we realised what a mess the cut was. I felt embarrassed that I actually walked through the grocery store afterward. Im so disappointed and upset with the result. I wish she had double-checked her work instead of rushing through the process. I now question whether they are actually qualified.??Edited: The owner contacted me as I messaged them on insta and she did try to get me to come back to fix it and even offered a voucher. I appreciate her trying to make things right. I didn’t accept it but she was nice.

I’m totally disappointed about this salon! I used to be there customer for 3 months, and every month I found different Eyelash extension specialist. The last one - MALIKA made for me eyelashes just 1 week ago, now almost all eyelash is fall off! I left Dubai for vacation, so now I need to search new master in another country!!!P.S I can’t say anything bad about other services like hair care or massage, but this lady put me really in trouble!

Service over all is good, I like the nail technicians their. however I did not like the rudeness of the receptionist when I went for Mani-Pedi on June 8th. Because of her behavior I was expecting an apologetic call from the management later-on as almost every body from the staff did witness the rudeness incident but nothing happened! a total ignorance despite the fact that I have been their client for the past 2 years. I promised myself not to go back ever.

I had a Moroccan bath with HAKIMA, the best I have ever had in Dubai, I swear so clean, so relaxing, I want to thank Hakima so much for her care patience and very good work, definitely I will comeback inchaellah, and I will also give my recommendation to my people for This place, even customers who come to our hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a very bad experience in this place. I was made to wait 45 minutes to get my hair done and even when it was my turn, my haircut was very rushed and my concerns weren’t addressed by the hairdresser. My hair after the haircut was far from what I wanted and the ends were very choppy. After getting my haircut, I went to pay and instead of making me pay the 99 dhs as agreed beforehand when I had called, they made me pay 125 dhs after negotiating down the price from 150. Never coming back to this place again.

Nice salon with relaxing atmosphere. The technician that did my lashes is very good, she was able to make the natural lashes extension in less than an hour, which I found very convenient. I recommend this salon.

Found them by coincidence, had a manicure and pedicure by Cecilla she did an amazing job, and she was very nice.I had a hair treatment as well, they checked my hair first and recommended the treatment. I’m so glad I found this place😊

Horrible experience. I was told to come at 1:45 for my haircut and blow dry however they made me wait more than 30 mins for my haircut. Moreover, there was only one hairdresser in the salon who was running between all the clients.The service was absolutely disastrous, the hairdresser used a used dirty bib from another client on me and the scissors used was also not sanitized. The hairdresser also didn’t understand English and did not understand what I wanted done to my hair.She rushed through my haircut, I asked for layers at the back which wasn’t done and when I asked her to do it she said it was already done. She also reused the same bib and scissors on my friend who also was getting her hair done.The price quoted over the phone was 99 aed for cut and blow dry. After the haircut was done the hairdresser told me that the deal was for only trim and not haircut. This was not communicated over the phone and I was charged 150 aed for my haircut. Even though I was clearly told that CUT and blow dry was 99 aed and not TRIM and blow dry.Will never come to this salon again.

As a Moroccan, I can say that my Moroccan bath with Hayat was amazing she’s lovely and masters her job, she made me feel home and I loved it ❤️As per my manicure and pedicure experience with Madina, the multi-talented artist, crafter of perfection, who was able to work her magic to make me feel beautiful both on the inside as well as the outside, a master of color and creativity, a low-key therapist ! Matter of fact, I am coming back tomorrow to do my eyelash extensions with her. I defo recommend ❤️

My stylist was Ragdha and she did an amazing job transforming it from a regular blackish brown to a beautiful ash colour. She added volume and depth. It was the first time I saw a salon using really cheap, regular polish colors like Flormar, which wear off quickly. Other than that, Laila was good.

My booking was intentionally canceled without informing me and I found out only when I got there. I got my services done but I was late, rushed and inconvenienced as my kids had to wait under the sun because I was late for their pick up. I paid the full amount because at the time I didn’t think of arguing. Later when I sent complaint to the management to ask for some compensation, I was told that concerned staff had some amount deducted from her salary as a punishment! Not only he deducts from the working staff but doesn’t even compensate the client! This is a very cheap and unethical way of doing business and it is not the kind of business I give my money too.I will point out that the services you get are good.

The saloun is very clean and its different environment I had the best massage ever at their saloun, the lady there took care of my shoulders pain patiently. Her name is Celice. Their prices are very reasonable, all staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Could not be a worse Hair salon!! It’s closer to a circus. They keep you waiting for hours then start you and leave you half way to take other customers to make sure customers cannot leave.. a typical unprofessional, seeking only money with no quality place..

I have messed with my hair doing it alone here and there by myself and changing colors and ruined it! I want to leave my feedback about the Gylia hairdresser shes Russian speaker, for many years I have been looking for a professional to whom I can entrust my hair, its not just that I had a terrible experience toning blonde, there was no one to trust!!!! The task was to tone my hair and my roots, and that the color would be perfect not white but natural, the task is not easy, I was very worried, I love when everything is perfect!!!!!!! There was no work for three hours, the master was interested in my opinion, understood my concern, treated my hair carefully and professionally, which is very important to me!!!!!! The result delighted me!!!!!!! The perfect blonde !!!!! I found my master, Gulya Master is the best, knows his job, works carefully and really efficiently and will listen to your wishes!!!!!! I found my hairdresser, now only to Gula!!!!!! And next day 45 minutes before my appointment they called me and told your appointment is not confirmed and we can’t do the service you bookedI am very frustrated. The moroccan bath is really good and I am a regular customer who has purchased a package. However, I have had an unpleasant experience today where I was sitting for 30mins and no one attended to me for my appointment until I approached the front desk asking what is going on and then was informed it would take a further 10mins for my service. I am not happy as I am unsure if there was a double booking or what but it is not acceptable. I was offered a free blowdry today when I am already late. I use to recommend this salon to friends but now I am not so sure...

I had a wonderful experience! Salon is new and is very cozy. Staff are quite and professional. I did root color with Raghda (loved the color so much) and pedicure with Iliosa (she did not hurt me at all like my previous experiences in other salons) and hand nail shaping with Rasha. They were all excellent and I’m planning to come again with my daughters to try other services.

AMAZING! the salon itself is beautiful, clean and professional. Raghda was my hairstylist and did a beautiful job on coloring (and also balayage) styling and washing and cutting. She is very professional and has a beautiful technique with coloring and cutting. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and kind. By far this is one of the best salons I’ve visited in Dubai. 10/10 recommend.
