I love my nails sooo much!! First time trying russian manicure and I don’t think I will ever go back to regular manicure. The nail tech is so gentle on my nails, thank you Valeria for the amazing service. Definitely will go back to It’s beauty for my next set.

Im pretty impressed!! I really liked my nails after it was done! I have been looking for a very long time now something like this, and I found it. Adelya did a great job! I told her I will look for her next time I came back. New client satisfied! For that, I leave 5 ⭐️! Too bad, I can’t get my pedi the same day, but I was told I can have it one day after. Anf Im okay with it. 🙂

After 6 days most of my nails started to peel. When I was leaving they told me they offer 21 day guarantee but when I asked for that they said it’s only 21 days if you already have another appointment booked. If not it’s 5 days (surprisingly one day less than when I informed them I want a refund). Of course I wouldn’t book another appointment immediately after the test one when I didn’t know if they do them well. They don’t so that was my first and last time. 190AED for 6 days? If I paint them myself with a Rimmel Polish they stay as long. 2 stars because the ladies working there were very nice.

Today was my refill time and i come back home i undrestand the gell she put only one time very weak its only two houres i come back but my nail not showing nice and i will not go back any more to this salon i have other salon for refill and design really fast and strong and nice. Why i change to this salon i dont no. I dont like at all the work of today. I paid 520 only 100 Aed extra for second line of french but anywhere not like this price. Sorry but its last time .

I am visiting Dubai for a work conference and needed my nails filled and repaired. Valeria did amazing work repairing my nails that were in bad shape and gave me my first sculpted gel manicure. Karina also cleaned and tinted my brows at the same time with beautiful results. I highly recommend this salon and these two talented women. I will be returning on my next visit!

The photos are just after a week of getting my nails done there. The specialist was clueless and couldn’t even do a basic French. I had to request for another specialist to take over but I was not satisfied with the overall result. I still paid a little bit over 300 aed which I consider too much for this service. Upon payment the receptionist informed me that I can only fix any damage to my nails until my next appointment for free. Since I was not satisfied with the service and didn’t wanna commit to another appointment she then told me that without a booking I can only fix any damage to the nails within the next 5 days only.I don’t know how everyone is so satisfied on the reviews but if you’re not lucky enough to get your nails done by a good specialist be prepared for disappointment.

I had a bad experience with this salon. My nails broke after 5-6 days. Even they charge me extra for “hard gel” I could pay less and have same quality, so if you expect really nice Russian manicure or pedicure don’t go to this salon

I had a nail art done here. Dilya is an absolutely fantastic nail artist and she can do any design you ask her. The salon itself is very aesthetic and staff are very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend the business bay branch.

It was my first time at this salon for my nails. I really wanted to get some beetlejuice inspired nails and my friend recommended this place. I am so happy I came because Dinara the lovely lady who did my nails, did exact copy of the picture I got for inspiration. I cant wait to be back here because the service is amazing. Coffee on arrival and nice calm mood.I also for the first time did brow lamination which I got an offer for at the salon. The lovely lady Karina did my brows and I love them! Lovely staff and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at this salon! The manicure master, Begaim, was fantastic and even helped me pick the perfect nail color. While I was getting my nails done, the sweetest administrator, Diana, told me about a promotion for a haircut and haircare with Davines products. The hairstylist, Elena, was amazing—so professional and attentive.On the downside, I’d give the Iris Building 1 star. I parked my car inside, but it took me over an hour to leave. Not sure if it was due to the time (around 3:30pm on a Monday) or the parking system, so just be aware it might take longer than expected to exit.

Top service! From the entrance until leaving. The professionals know how to do their job, all of them, l felt very relaxed and taken care off. I’ve been always happy every time! Thank you Meerim for the manicure, unfortunately I forgot the pedicure lady’s name, but very happy with her as well!

It’s an overrated salon. I’ve been living in Dubai over 5 years and I’ve visited 15+ salons. Usually Russian salons gave me great experience. But this one is JUST OK.Technician made my skin very painful three times when she removed my previous coat, very likely she was not precise enough to just keeping the drill on the nail, and she used very high speed and big drill head, compared to the other salons, was she in hurry? Not to mention that she couldn’t even remove all the previous coat (red), which is shown on the picture.I paid extra 25aed for a nail repair which literally meant nothing it cracked again the next day.Overall either the skill of the technician or the products are not meeting expectations, there are few weak points appeared just on less than a week after the manicure.Another thing was, the technician covered the suction while she was removing the coat… so what was the point of switching on the suction? The ash was all around.I waited 50 mins and still no one was even asking me do I want some water, I had to ask to have a drink…staffs were not attentive.

My nail master Lilly was amazing. She knows very well her job. I really liked the manicure she did for me. I highly recommend her. Overall salon is very clean, calm and very welcoming. If you need a salon with Russian speaking staff with excellent service it’s definitely your go to place 💅🏻✨

The nail salon is very nice, the pedicure was perfectly made and the end result was pretty of my manicure BUT the nail technician ended up cutting three of my fingers with the nail file… which shouldn’t happen at all at a professional salon, when filing down the nail shape….. Also, they charged me extra for nail architecture when they said it was included… also, if you choose to do 4 hands they will not accommodate you. You will have to lean and twist to fit on one table (other places have a table for each hand and the technician stands up and changes place when she works with the other hand). I just hope this feedback is taken positively for improvement.

I’m not about their nails they must be good. But booking wise and prepared for bookings that is something that they aren’t . For more than two weeks I’ve contacted them to book for me manicure and pedicure.. and I’ve asked what the locations so I can compare the distance . So I chose the business bay brunch and said ok business bay is better for me can you book. So I thought it was all booked . But when I went there it wasn’t they didn’t even know my name . So the person or robot that was talking to me had might not be able to understand . So I’m unhappy with that because I had an important event to attend and had to rush somewhere for nails. However the nails I don’t know ! But very unprofessional.

The service is amazing i did gel extensions and The technician is Bema she was so professional and i am happy with the results. The beauty salon vibe is so good and I will definitely come again. I would only recommend a complimentary 15 minute massage since the service took 2 hours which is a bit tiring of sitting for long time.

FRAUD!!!! FRAUD!!!!! FRAUD!!!!Salon run by crocks, the lady name fatima is the evil lady who will try to fool u by upgrading u with the price but not with the service, I went for keratin which was of 248 and they said go for nano which is 350 aed and what they used is a cheapest product. They didnt wash my hair to open the cuticle they straight away put the product and the lady was horrible she almost broken 30 % of my hair in the process and said wash at home after 2 days when I washed today my hair is same as before not even 20% straight or smooth and they guarantee me 12 months what the hell?? When I asked for owner number to share my concern she said I wil not give u do whatever u want. She is a real evil, dont waste ur money guys they arr FRAUD.

Worst experience in my life. I had 4 hands service mani&pedi. First I was literally bleeding from 4 fingers, and nail master put the blame on me, finished her job and left. Then the brow master offered her services, and it was the worst, eye brows was not just different it was so ugly, but THANK GOD, we were able to remove the dye before it was too late. Guess what? The brow lady blamed the shape of my brows for that. I wanted just to get out and forget that the place exists. I paid for all the services, and had to suffer with my fingers putting patches and etc. A week later my pedicure started to peel off, then I went sideways. I got a refund not for all services as requested, but better than nothing. Avoid at all costs. There are so many good salons in Dubai

Well, the overall experience has been pretty bad.I’ve been going to several salons in Dubai for over 6 years and for the price it’s just meh.First time in this salon at DIFC as appeared in my feed as a 50% discount, Russian manicured, etc. Decided to do mani-pedi and mentioned that i wanted french. Total mentioned was 340dhs for both with discount.I arrived today, and had two ladies doing it. The results are good but the pain in my finger nails is unbearable. I’m full of wounds, she filed too much and i left bleeding in my corners. I asked for a french manicure and showed a pic for the colour, well completely ignored it and applied a random pink color.Then they mentioned that my nails were “too long” so it will have to be hard gel and charged me 70dhs more. They applied in my toes without me even knowing, I’ve never do hard gel in my toes, so another 70dhs as surprise at the end.The nails are just fine (except for the wounds, hurt so much). But here comes the surprise, they charged me 530dhs - like what? You sell a promo for first time clients saying it’s 50% and then end it up charging me almost twice of what I was told it will be?I always go to Nails Lab, best of the very best and it’s far way less money than this, great costumer service, they even give you amazing coffee and something to eat.Service pretty poor for so much money. It was funny to see that they were more engaged with the series on their TV than the costumer itself.Will not come back and not recommend.

I love how easy it is to communicate and book with them via WhatsApp or Call. I have gone a couple times now for my favorite service of Poly Gel or Hard over lay gel manicure with French tips and I’m in love daily! I receive compliments all the time and my nails last forever. The hardcover lay allows my natural nails to be there without any tips and my nails are healthy and strong. I haven’t broke or chipped any like other salons! I’m so happy and you need to visit them soon without hesitation!! Also they have amazing lattes with non dairy options for u you drink for free while u get your services 🙌🏽🙌🏽❤️❤️ see the attached picture this is 3.5 weeks ago! So worth every penny! My specialist was called Nurzaada and she did an exceptional job. My nails are very thin and they break easily, this place has very good specialists who know how to make my nails look beautiful, but also they last for a very long time.

Very good quality of the services , would definitely come back . The only thing is that my manicure took more than 2 hours but I guess it depends on the master .

Ah loved everything! Great experience.The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing to look at and very instagrammable. Did hard gel with normal polish for pedicure. Dinara did my manicure and she was superb with her detail in shaping my nail. Diana did my pedicure and she was lovely also and loved how she cleaned my feet.

Excellent salon, high-quality service and a cozy atmosphere. Today I was at the eyebrow correction and coloring service from master Victoria, it turned out very well. Victoria created the perfect shape, exactly got into the shade and charged with a positive mood. I highly recommend it!

My nails were broken during Christmas one week after installation .. I booked again to fix but remember the carpak fees are higher than a fixed nail so I had to cancel. I noticed they had 50% off all services and i noticed IT WAS NOT APPLIED !! ! rather go on level 30 where they really can take care of youll!!! DONT BELIVE ON PROPAGANDA !!! THEY ASK YOU TO REVIEW THEN THIS HAPPEND!!NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Cheaper to level 30 !!
