It’s my favorite salon. I always do pedicure here they are so organized, clean and professional. The ambiance is impeccable. Albina is the best. She does my pedicure so smoothly and time passes by very quick. I highly recommend this salonto anyone in need of beauty and pampering time.

I had Gulayim and it was one of the worst manicures. All nails are all a different size. She clipped extra skin off so I was bleeding. The nails polish was applied unevenly so she had to take it off and re apply it about 3 times. The nail polish spilt onto the skin. She didn’t smoothen it clean the edges properly.

Had such a good experience at Its Beauty Internet City for my manicure with Asemay! I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and she was very good with showing different options of color similar to what I wanted, and swatched them on my nails. She also suggested little changes to my requested design to make it prettier! Suggested to add the pretty glittery French tips, which is different to my normally boring plain nails, pleasantly surprised by it and very happy to try something new. Even with this she swatched different tip colors to see which I liked best ☺️ She was very nice, professional and meticulous.The salon is really nice too with really friendly staff. Love that they play movies while getting my nails done so time flies really fast. Highly recommend 😊

I recently visited ITS BEAUTY and I have to say, it was one of the most amazing nail salon experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon is impeccably clean, with every station meticulously sanitized, which immediately put me at ease.

It’s a beautiful place. The staff were nice. I had my Russian manicure and pedicure here and im totally satisfied with the service. I am always scared every time i have these procedures because nail technicians do cut me every single time! But Leila did a great job. Once I told her that I have a very sensitive hand, she understood and was very careful. So she will be my go to 😅 and booked another schedule for the next month! Less one star because parking is paid which is sad because I could have added this parking fee to the nail technician’s tip 🥲 imagine 10dhs per hour. I spent 4 hrs and that’s 40dhs already. That is very unfortunate 😭

It’s always good to do your nails in a place where they are professional, welcoming and serious. They even gave me coffee as welcoming, then Laila did my nails, they just look amazing! Definitely coming back

I was super excited and inspired by the advertisement of the salon to visit it. Made an appointment in Marina branch. Which has super convenient location and the bad experience for me. The hostess was friendly. Offered me a coffee. Showed the restroom which is also inside of the saloon. Here the good moments are done.While doing the manicure I have asked master to completely cut the length. Once the time to nail polish has come my length was the same and I have asked: will you cut the length? Lady said: oh yes. So no attention to details. Before making and appointment I have mentioned that I need French manicure. So I ll have the professional who can do it. Eventually it is the worst French in my life.Toes. The master have ruined the shape of my nail. It looks very unpleasant now. And on top of it after 3 hours I came back home and found inflammation on one of my toes.I said to the hostess that I wasn’t happy for the job done. However paid 390 aed as I insisted.She promised that the administrator will call me and no one got back which also shows the client care.Thank you and don’t recommend the salon at all

Very disappointed with the service here and practically giving two stars for the ice latte. The ads mention “21 days guarantee” which I’m assuming is gelish but I did a classic manicure and within 2 days it has already chipped - which never happens to me anywhere else. We booked for two and couldn’t even be seated next to each other, I asked for french while making my reservation and was told the colors were not available once I arrived. I asked for another color which wasn’t available again (but it’s in their catalogue) and the third color I chose was extremely dry and probably expired which has now chipped. Definitely first time & last time. (Also having to pay 20 dirhams for parking because your service is too damn slow is also outrageous)

They DESTROYED my nails, they broke in half and I am in extreme pain. I dont recomend this place at all plus, its so expensive, not worth it.

Used to be a great salon, the quality of services has become significantly worse compared to last year…also a lot of good nail masters left. Nail service is still OKAY at least.Do NOT recommend doing hair with Malika. She did a TERRIBLE job with my haircut, cut more than she should’ve had and didn’t even ask elaborated questions on the haircut. When I communicated that this is not what we discussed she had no interest to fix the problem. She couldn’t repeat the same haircut I had but shorter. Also she behaved angry.Don’t visit if you want to have a bad hair day.This is how the ends looked after the haircut.

Tried out a dry mani pedi for the first time at its beauty. It sure was a game changer in terms of cuticle clean up. My nail beds have never been this even before. The cuticles are super neat and symmetrical - pretty perfect!While the technicians did a pretty good job at shaping my nails, it was still not up to my standards. However, they were understanding enough to let me make a few fixes before the final color. And that’s what I appreciate more than perfection any day. The dry mani pedi is on the pricier side but overall service is really good.Love the interior, it’s super clean! I recently went again for my gel nailcolor removal, a service they provide for free. I don’t get gel done too often but I’ll definitely go again for nailcolor application as now they have more variety in normal colors too!

However, I have consistently faced challenges with the appointment management process, which I believe could use some improvement.Each time I visit, I encounter issues that disrupt my experience. Often, I find myself needing to move between different areas to accommodate other clients during my appointment, which can sometimes damage my nail polish and requires additional repairs. Additionally, Ive experienced delays when I arrive on time for my scheduled appointment, only to find that the technician I booked with is still occupied.On multiple occasions, Ive had appointments seemingly disappear from the system, leading to confusion and frustration. Ive attempted to speak with a manager to address these issues but have been unable to connect with anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the dresser during my visit. Her body language was rude and unwelcoming—she kept rolling her eyes and looked visibly grumpy when I asked simple questions. This level of attitude was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable. I ultimately decided to leave and decline their services. Customer service is a cornerstone of any salon, and this experience was far from professional or respectful. I hope the management takes steps to address such behavior to ensure better treatment of their clients

My first time here was a great experience. I came to do a gel manicure and ended up trying ombré. My appointment was with Anna and apart from the manicure looking fantastic, the overall service including the way she cleaned and handled my nails was first class. I’ll definitely be back!

Nail specialists were really nice and work was done great, but the studio itself not perfect. Very uncomfortable chairs for pedicure (they aren’t meant to be for the pedicure I think, because usually it is more comfortable), almost every gel color wasn’t available (guys just buy more gel, it is really sad when you choose the fifth color already and it’s still not available).

I recently visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure before work, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was wearing a black suit, and during the removal of my old polish, the process created an excessive amount of white dust. The salon does not appear to use an extractor or any measures to control the dust, which flew everywhere. To make matters worse, the specialist didn’t even offer to cover my clothes before starting the removal process.As a result, my suit was covered in white dust and essentially ruined. I had an important meeting scheduled right after, but I was forced to go home and change, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This lack of care, attention to cleanliness, and basic customer consideration is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting. I would not recommend this salon unless significant improvements are made to their equipment, practices, and customer service.This addition emphasizes the lack of responsibility on the part of the specialist.

Good place in the center of Dubai, very easy to find and good access from metro. I think they also provide a parking. The service there was good, I had Russian technique manicure and pedicure. I was satisfied with the result. Only one thing they need to improve if I book the time I dont expect any delays like 30 minutes. I would like to have service on time.

The design is perfect, drinks are very good, based on Luxio and Davines brands, very close to the metro, clean and has amazing WCs (yes, this is also important). My sister and I had a lash lift with Ms Anastasia. She and the rest of the staff were polite, respectful and accommodating.I have to say, the lash lift was subpar at best. I had minimal curl the day of treatment, and barely any curl by the next day. The dark tint was pretty though. I don’t recommend the lash lift in this salon, but perhaps their other services may be better.

I had a wonderful experience at its beauty getting a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow correction. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the ambiance was relaxing. It’s a beautiful and clean space in business bay but I won’t be coming back.I usually go to a different salon but because they didn’t have availability last minute, I decided to try something new, but still keeping the Russia technique which I’m used to.The staff is not very friendly and even though they do have the technique, which is usually very good, I was not impressed. It has been 10 days and I have 1 nail broken, 1 nail wanting to unglue (since day 2) and 1 toe hurting.It was 100aed more expensive compared to what I usually pay and after only 10 days (usually I do my nails every 3/4 weeks) I’ll have to book a new appointment with a salon.Their branch in business bay is also located in an area where there’s very few public parking spots, so you’ll have to park in a private basement park, which is paid and triple the fee of public parking.Very disappointing.

Hoping for the best!The master had no clue what she was doing, administrator was doing her best to avoid the table I was sitting at.2:30 hours later she pulled out the nail polish and prepared to cover it!I was honestly thinking it is taking ages and the result will be ok.The nails were pointing upwards with no hold at all at the cuticle.Told them to take everything off immediately.Wasted 3 hours and was late for my meeting with crushed nails!!!Terrible!!!!!!!

While booking my appointment I have encountered with very poor marketing, constantly pushing additional services and offering free ones that in fact are paid. Zero personal approach. In the salon there was some waiting time and the brow architecture service lasted way too long (and quite uncomfortable on the high chair among very dirty shelves). Apart from that the service was fine.Manicure and pedicure were very efficient and professional.An average salon with poor hygiene and a very bad call center.

I will give a very objective review, girls.👎🏼Today, at the DIFC branch I visited, they took 30 minutes late for my appointment which was set for 2 PM. I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but this was the first fault.👍🏽The receptionist was very sweet and attentive.My nail specialist was Tabassum. She is an Azerbaijani girl, very sweet and skilled, but her hands were incredibly slow.👎🏼A Russian lady attended to my haircuts. She didn’t speak English and had a very aggressive attitude. I was not satisfied with the hair she cut and styled.👎🏼While cutting my hair, another worker showed me to her colleagues and they laughed (they thought I didn’t see). (My hair is long and black, and as she cut it, the front part came to me like a Samara). This really pissed me off. When I reported it to the receptionist, of course, the worker denied it.👎🏼Overall, the staff was definitely unhappy, never smiling, and the atmosphere was chaotic. I am usually a very positive person, but my energy was completely drained here, and I left extremely upset. And I only paid 600 dirhams for this environment. Believe it or not. This review is for the DIFC branch specifically. Good luck, girls..I hope this captures the essence of your feedback!

So disappointed. Did the gel manicure which claims to have 21 guarantee. My manicure started to chip after 10 days, after which I tried to call them and WhatsApp them multiple times. They have been avoiding my calls and messages ever since. Very bad quality and way overpriced for what you get.

Wonderful, well-maintained and clean interior. Did the Davines hair treatment with trim and blow dry and was very satisfied. My hair stylist Diana was super sweet, professional and helpful in sharing many advises. Definitely recommend and will surely come back! :)

I was charged a ridiculous amount just to correct one nail, I cannot believe that you would charge 40 aed just for one nail which should be included in the original price. And if you do charge additionally, make sure to inform your customers before.

Did manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was good. Manicure - was a disaster. I had 2 cracks on my nails and I asked the technician - will it be ok just with Gelish, or we need to do a hard gel as well. “Yes is will be ok just with gelish”. After 2 days from my appointment cracks started to show again. I went to redo 2 nails, this time with hard gel - but it did not help, because after a week gelish started to just peel from my nail. I understand that they have an option, that within 21 day they can redo the nails. But I also don’t have time to go to the salon every other day to redo 1-2 nails that are falling apart.

I literally never write reviews but Leila did such an amazing job with my nail extensions that I definitely recommend this salon for people with brittle nails. She took her time and made my nails feel so pampered and cared for (which they definitely require). No rings of fire that leave your nails damaged for months after. I’m so happy with my nails. Highly recommend.

This is really high service salon. I do only there my hair, mani and pedi. The staff is professional, polite. Administrator is attentive and helpful. Coffee/tea is always offered. I’m the client almost during one year. This is the “good will” feedback, I really come back there because of the good service, comfy salon and reasonable price/quality balance.

I recently visited this salon for a hair dye, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made excellent suggestions based on my hair type and color preferences. The final result - exactly what I hoped for. They don’t deserve a star. I have went to It’s Beauty Salon 3x.First time, four of my fingers bled and 2 toes bled. And less then 24 hours, one of the gellish was removed and the other 3 are into the brink of chipping off too. They asked me to come back to redo the nails and after the appointment, they requested for payment. It was not properly communicated that it was a redo. And I had to wait for so long for them to fix and coordinate with each other. The third time I have tried them for a lash removal. They moved my appointment but it is alright. I waited 20 minutes only to find out I was not booked and I was talking to someone else, they said maybe different branch. They even tried to put it on me as they’ve told me maybe I was using / booing other number’s branch. But I havent been to any of their other branches, only this DIFC branch. The blonde receptionist told me it was my fault for not ensuring which branch I am messaging, but I have never been to any other branch. She is only after saying it is not her fault because I was not talking to her. She is the same receptionist who asked for payment during my redo. Saying she didn’t know because it was her first day. She let me in and asked me to wait after I told my name and the tome of my appointment, she again asked me to wait when they realized I am not for nails but for lashes, but they only have brows expert and still asked me to wait even if she doesn’t have answers or ways to resolve their unprofessionalism, lack of proper coordination. They are all lame excuses. Will never go back. A lot of salon is better, same or lower price. With smart recetiptionist.

The whole service is not worth a penny! The salon vibes is so off and not welcoming and it won’t make you feel like you’re pampering yourself while service is done. I had russian manicure gel polish service thrice in the previous months. The first service was just fine the only downside is during cleaning a part of my finger got wounded (small one). Second time got worse, they confirmed in message my appointment for ombre gel nail but when I arrive they just informed me they can’t do it so I ended up doing basic one with 1 small design which they said design was “complimentary”, the nails look bulky. The Third and last appointment, my appointment was at 8pm, I came around 8:13 and I apologized for being late but when I arrived staff made me feel like they needed to extend timings just because of me. I did basic color russian gel manicure to make it faster, just agreed not to remove cuticle and not repair some of the nails which required repair cause technician said she can do but they are closing soon although it says they close at 10pm. It has been barely 2 weeks, paid for AED 230 (definitely NOT worth it) for a very basic gel polish which started to be removed and my nails damaged (I don’t even bite my nails for that to happen). Better do with other salons not here.

The studio is located at the Al barsha which is really near my home .Studio is beautiful, and staff is very professional and kind . The girl who did my eyebrow is very good at trimming. And the lady who did the pedicure is also very patient and careful.

The finish is very nice but the gel is getting cracked and broken after a week, I used to get my nails done by professionals, and it never cracked from the top like that before!
