The staff was attentive, skilled, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.One of the things I loved most was the affordable pricing—they offer top-notch services without breaking the bank. In addition to nails, the salon also provides a variety of other beauty services like hair extensions all delivered with the same level of care and professionalism. The team here really knows how to make you feel pampered. I most commend, this place smells amazing and clean!

This was my second time visiting the Itsu Salon. I thoroughly enjoyed their services and with their affordable pricing and friendly staff, there was no reason for me not to return. I had a manicure done here and it was a great experience. My nails were prepped so well and the result was perfect! I am super happy with my new nails and will be returning again.

They also have parking just next to shop which makes it more convenient. I would love to go back and try their other service.

Lovely salon with a lot of high quality services at an affordable price. The decoration is so girly and it’s also very clean which is very important for a salon💓💞 the staff was so nice and welcoming. I have done a manicure and also cut my hair.💇🏻‍♀️ They offer a lot of other services like also lashes, facials pedicure, hair treatments, hair coloring, extensions, waxing, massage, microblading at very good prices and offer some promotions as well 💆🏻‍♀️so will do other services another time. But so far with the manicure and hair cut it was perfect so I highly recommend them! 💅Big thanks to Emilie that did my nails and to Diana that did my hair like I wanted 🙏🏻

TERRIBLE QUALITY!!!!I tried the blue colour gel nail and padi, the color BLEACHED. Gel color fades away and the root of the nail was becoming white. Did padi in same color, you can see the difference between hand and toe. They said light colors are fading by themselves. I havnt seen gel color fades, the product quality is so poor, and they even knew thier color was fading away!Then I got french done on their offer. They were just doing the color, but it took 1.5 hour. No cuticle cutting, no filling of nail, nothing else, just removing color and out color. 2 customer next to me was finished meanwhile. I chose most typical pink color for base, and it turned red-ish. A girl sitting next to was also saying, aw.. its not the same color. The palate and actual color looked totally different.The surface of nail was rough, some place thick, some thin. you can see the line trails of the brush as well. Biggest issue was the edge. You can see the pic/vid, its, speechless.I couldnt believe the quality of this job.. I wouldnt mention name of the artist, but she needs practice. I saw her struggle, I appreciate the effort, but I just want my nail done in normal quality.Ah, plus, at previous session, the reception overcharged me AED 52, I had to go back and correct it. Check your bills, girls.

Quick and nice services, salon located in jvc . I did combo mani and pedi with French nail art. All it took to finish about 1hr and it was pretty fast, my technicians were Vietnamese, they gave me pallets of nail polish 💅🏻. I selected beautiful nude for both hands and feet, prices are good as well and I was satisfied with their services.

I was serching nails and hair salons in JVC long time, it was my first visit to itsu nails beauty saloon , I was totally impressed by the hospitality provided by staff. I went to Itsu Nails Beauty Salon and I had a haircut done! It was exactly the way I wanted it to be!!The place is very nicely decorated, fully in pink with some sakura trees. It’s very calm and peaceful. Staff is also very kind and attentive to details.I had a hair wash which was extremely relaxing, one of the best I ever had so far. I was assisted by Diana which was very sweet and managed to cut the hair the way I wanted, just by showing her the picture. She also managed to do the fringe like in the photo I showed. Recently I visited Itsu nails Beauty salon for a simple hair service with a haircut and I’m so glad I found this salon. Located in JVC, their services are top notch! I got my hair done by a staff named Palyar who did an amazing job with utmost care, perfection and I can’t wait to be back here to avail other services. The salon is so pretty with perfect pink aesthetics, separate mail corner to get your nails, separate area for facial, manicure, pedicure and what not. I absolutely loved my experience here and can totally recommend this salon to everyone.

This is my 2nd round of doing mani pedi with them.The 1st round was good and the gel nails came out beautifully, although there were some bleeding on the cuticles of my toes which I was able to ignore.But my 2nd round was worse. I did mani pedi with no gel. Got larger cuts on my toe cuticles and a cut on my finger cuticle as seen in the pictures. When they sprayed the alcohol sanitiser, they were stinging badly! The technician did put some antiviral cream on the toe to manage the cut as the blood was not stopping. But this level of cuts should be avoided in the 1st place.

I went for a hair appointment today in Jumeirah village circle, started by washing my hair with a very gentle care, then a very professional hair stylist applied a heat protection and started blow drying, he did some flat ironing with a minimal heat and the final result was amazing.They have a very affordable price and a very welcoming staff members, anyone in Dubai should check them out.

Highly don’t recommend. Waste if time and money. I had gelish manicure and after a week completely fell down because the lady applied it in very thick layers. I called and they said they can offer free service up to 3 days only, but then they said I can come to fix it. When I arrived they said they can offer free service only up to 7 days and they said that might be something wrong with my neils and this is why the manicure doesn’t last. Don’t recommend! The pictures are right after manicure and after 8 days.

Absolutely horrible experience twice getting eyelash extensions. First time the tech glued my eyes shut and had to rip them open, second time the glue was going into my eyes during the treatment which made me cry constantly and my eyes were SO SORE. My eyes were so sore and red afterwards and my nose was completely blocked after the crying. I was complaining to the supervisor and she told me it is completely normal and the glue is spicy and refused to sympathise with me and only offered 10% discount which I really dont feel was enough for the painful and super uncomfortable experience I had to go though. She said if I dont pay to pay they will have to remove the eyelashes!! Supervisor did not have any customer service skills or empathy whatsoever. I hope Itsu nails improves the quality of their lash products as the both experiences were extremely torturous and definitely not normal like the supervisor said.

My fav beauty salon! Im so lucky this place is just so near my building and the work they’re doing is just amazing! I had lashes, eyebrow treading and mani/ pedi done here and was very happy with the results! (My hand is a bit dirty after painting) but you can see the nails art! Super duper cute🩷🩷🎀 and the lashes, ive gotten compliments allll the time. The whole process was quick and very professional too! Gotta love the work from the staffs. Honestly, I wouldnt recommend Itsu Nails. The vibe in the salon is just off, and the staff isn’t very friendly. They are absolutely not reliable with appointments, Ive ended up waiting several times, once I even had to leave the salon as they could not attend! There are way better salons in JVC -definitely not worth to go!

Potentially the worst manicure I’ve ever received. Took the technician over 2hrs 30mins, she left gel all over my skin, which took weeks to get off. They are the thickest BIAB nails I’ve ever seen, shape is all wrong, bubbles under the varnish and when I showed the team there they did nothing to rectify it. I was offered 15% off my next time to fix the issue. Would avoid at all cost.

Since Laila left the mamagememt of this salon went down.The new receptionist doesnt really know how to communicate with guest. I was a regular customer, usually do combo with builder. Instead calculate price by pedi mani combo plus builder, she calculated as mani with builder and charge me pedi seperately, which is more expensive. She told me I didnt mention I want combo, and the price went up. I was a regular customer, always do my nails here, and if the price changed you supposed to inform and confirm with client. Honestly I dont see the difference of the service, only the way she calculated the price is higher. Which make me feel I was tricked.Nancy is very good. Nicely done my nails, into details.However, I wont come back again. I suggest u inquire about the price and confirm the service u want in detail before you take the service otherwise they will charge u more.

Felt really disappointed. I come to the salon usually for nails and waxing which is always amazing (especially Ruby’s designs!) On one occasion I was approached by the hairdresser and front of house and asked if I would like to try doing my hair extensions there for a discounted price for the first time and agreed. When I came for my appointment, the hairdresser did not remember the discounted price that was agreed and looked confused… I also didn’t get my hair clip back that I had given when handing over my extensions for processing. I don’t know the name of the hairdresser as she never told me and also never smiled at me once… I felt very unwanted the entire time. I spent close to 4.5 hours in the salon for dying and fixing my extensions (which usually takes 2-2.5 hours in total in my usual hairdressers), by that time I was done and the extensions were not even finished. I didn’t appreciate that the hairdresser did not listen to my preferences as to how I wanted the extensions fixed or the size of the bonds. Instead she just told me this was the “professional way”. She disregarded everything I said. The extensions were absolutely not how I wanted them to be, until now they feel like a total waste of money. By the time I was done (the hair wasn’t finished) but I had enough and wanted to go home as I was leaving the front of house staff were laughing at a hair clip I had put in as the hairdresser had no time left to finish or style my hair. I felt so embarrassed by how I looked afterwards. I can’t wait to take this extensions out and go back to my usual salon.

The staff, especially Mia, Ruby, Gaya and Laila always go out of their way to make me feel welcome and make sure I leave with the perfect nails. There is no consistency in the experience of nail technicians here. The first time I came it was a good experience which is why I returned and the 2nd time was horrible. First of all, the nail technicians didnt speak English so theyll do whatever they want. I had to speak to 4 different people to explain that the nail technician didnt know how to put nail polish. They have empty old nail polish bottles which the technicians are using and they keep struggling with it. Ultimately they made me change color (so different hand and feet colours) and pick something else and guess what, even that bottle was old!If youre running a nail salon the least you got to do is have fully stocked nail polish bottles.Poor quality!

She lacks any knowledge of customer service or even basic communication skills.I hope the Management acknowledges this.However the quality of the rest of services is really goods

Like everybody I was lured in by the reasonable prices. But had a horrible experience.The technicians were more focused on speaking to each other rather than doing my nails properly. They hurt me while removing my cuticles and made me bleed! Still the day after and I’m in pain.Also, they don’t know how to apply basic pedicure. The nail polish quality was so poor that it got damaged immediately after I left the salon for not drying quickly.Never again !

Yesterday was a horrible day beauty salon in my life. Too many times I was upset about Manager Leila. Too many times I felt dissatisfied with her attitude and unkind and disrespectful words. I have been a regular client of the saloon since the first day it opened .. I choose this saloon for all my beauty services. I often come here to get my hair done, my nails done, my eyelashes done, and even massage! Because the saloon close to my house, drive 3 minutes!!✅1: During the previous times I come the beauty salon, Manager Liela always Not allowed me talk to the saloon staff, its really unreasonable .I seat do Nail see her too cruel and did bad things to the staff make for me, no give time to go to the toilet, no give time to eat and drink water!! I saw the staff crying at the saloon!Meanwhile, I saw Miss Liela constantly going out Smoking, Smoking while talking to client!!✅2 :I had Massage here twice, but when I booked the Massage again, she said the staff did not have a license so they should receive the Massage again, why did they bring in staff without a license the previous two times beautifying for me!! So frustrated that I sent my request to Government to resolve!!!✅3: she doesnt have a professional demeanor working for a beauty salon for ladies, her body and mouth smell too much of cigarettes, her way of speaking is not good causing trouble to customers!!I paid more than 3000dhs for beauty treatment at the salon, both by Card and cash...but I did not receive satisfaction, and was not respected. I will never come back here, and many customers near my home have recommended it. recommend to saloon !! And saloon owners should remember that in doing business, customers are the ones who pay your salary for your saloon. Without customers, the saloon would have no work!!!!!
