I got my hair done with treatment in JJ Beauty Salon, and i can tell that staff and the owner are amazing, add up how they handle their service to customer, it is jaw dropping and sooo cool. Ive done my hair with them... common service, not wow, but at least not damaged my hair, as happened in another saloon.The nail technician was really good.Ive got some discounts, and the staff was pretty nice.

By far the worst pedicure experience in my life!I booked an appointment through Fresha with a girl that did my manicure before, because I was happy with the result. When I arrived another employee was starting my pedicure so I mentioned that I booked with a different person.The girl came visibly upset by having to do the service for reasons that are unknown to me.She proceeded with the pedicure in a very aggressive and careless way as if she was in a hurry and wanted to finish in 5 min.I asked if she was in a hurry and she just replied rude: “I am clipping your nails”.She was so aggressive and causing me so much pain and I was telling her that. She didn’t care.When she was forcing the tool on the side of my nail I told her that I think its an ingrown nail, she looked at me and replied with an attitude : “No, it’s dead skin! There is a difference!”She was acting like a butcher!I had many pedicures in other salons and none of them were painful. Terrible experience. Never going back to this salon.

I used to always do my Keratine and nails before they changed the owner everyone was friendly and professional I went back for my Keratine again to be surprised that the staff and owner has changed I was informed about the price prior my appointment I have a bob haircut. The lady who did my hair was very professional and skillful the owner on the other hand came to me saying that my hair is not short and that I should be charged more when I was almost done. She was very rude and intimidating. It’s a shame to have to change salons because of the owner when the other stuff are good.

Well.. there are many things wonderful to say about them.. first and the most important for me is that they are very friendly, understanding and very profesional. The products they use have 100% perfect results. And the services provided to the hair i can say that is amazing!!! I love my hair!! I love my nails !! I love JJ Beauty Salon !!!😍😍

I started going because of a groupon deal for eyelash extensions and now use regularly. Great natural looking eyelash extensions with a long lasting glue which usually lasts me for about a month! The prices are very decent and the customer service is brilliant. Highly recommend.

I did a gel manicure and it started breaking in 3 days, gel not gelish! The staff are very rude and unprofessional no one talks to you when you enter the salon and when I asked to speak to someone I was told we are busy in a very rude manner after I persuaded her to get up to talk to me I told her my nails started breaking after 3 days and I couldn’t come earlier because they close on weekends and I was busy during the week days, she took a picture of of my nails and started chatting with what I’m assuming is the owner and I was told oh you should’ve shown us in 3 days mind you I never said they had to fix it for free I know it’s been 10 days but atleast apologize and tell me in a nice way that I would have to pay since I didn’t come earlier. Very bad customer service I won’t be going there again

I had a great time at the salon. The girls are incredibly nice, they do very good work. My nails are perfect. I recommend this salon

I did my hair straightened but the owner or the manger there was the most horrible person someone can meet, she was yelling and screaming at the workers and the costumers themselves!! even at me for only not requiring a hair wash . I don’t recommend this place at all but I really appreciate who works there except the manger/ wonder cause it’s obvious they go through a lot with her attitude

I had a booking for pedicure at 11am today, twice confirmed through Fresha, and when i went for it, there was no one in the Salon. I waited for 5mins, send them message as well, and no one replied.They replied at 12:44pm, and the answer was very unprofessional. Attaching photos of the same.Will never use their services again.

My hair went through the most beautiful transformation! Diana has lots of patience,she is extremely knowledgeable in her field and my hair turned out like a work of art! Incredible job!

Very professional beauticians. They do advice you if its good or not for you and they wont do it if they know its gonna cause harm on you. Did my eyelash extension here and they told me they cant put 3d as my eyelashes are short either wise its not gonna last since Ive very short and thin lashes. Will come back for sure.

I had 1.5 hrs massage with Rosy. It was really really good massage. Everything is clean. They have relaxing music and candles as well and they gave me tea with honey at the end. Really nice! I reccomend it!

The location was good. Its definitely not 5 star service, but the lady was kind and they gave me a bottle of water, when I asked for it

I really enjoyed my pampering session: aromatherapy massage and did a hair treatment for my dry hair. They really brought it back to life.
