Amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating to what I wanted especially being new here in Dubai and not knowing which beauty & hair salon to go to. I get face threading and waxing. And today I also opted for a curly blow dry which was amazing! Will definitely be back for all my hair & beauty needs! Location is also perfect for me as it’s a short walk from my apartment! I had a lovely experience at the Salon.Beautiful Nouran was absolutely wonderful, so lovely and talented.If youre looking for someone who’s not only talented but also genuinely cares about the experience, Nouran is the one!

Unprofessional and unreliable. Had an appointment in advance, for an important event but hairdresser never turned up nor notified me to cancel. Instead, left me waiting until I queried what was going on. 3 other staff in the salon didn’t think to tell me that the hairdresser decided not to work so they kept me waiting until I ran out of time. They rang my booked hairdresser and he instructed them to tell me to wait another hour or so. Which I didn’t have. I lost time as I could have booked at another place but it was too late and non of the 3 staff at the salon apparently could do basic hair services (wash and blow dry as a minimum).This salon states they will charge customers for no-shows but they take no responsibility for not turning up to their own appointments. So don’t give them your credit card details which they ask in advance!

The reason why Im writing this review is the disrespect that i get from the lady who is in the reception,So Im a man. i cant enter ladies salon , so i was trying to book an appointment for my wife, i knocked on the door, and the lady in the reception she saw me and she said with her fingers 1 minutes Im on the phone I said ok , and Im waiting outside in this hot weather,So she came out , not to ask me what i want, she come to smoke and laugh loudly with her friends or whoever was on the phone, and Im almost 15 minutes waiting!!Then i left, and she didnt careThis is very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Nourane was excellent hairdresser, She gave me a thorough consultation and made my hair black.I really like it and Apparently they are offering a 50% discount until the end of July, so I was able to dye my hair at a very reasonable price.I would like to ask Nourane again next time.

Very good new salon. Polite staff. Did mani pedi. Very attentive and quick technician Neyla (hope I spell it right). Will be back for hair colouring and facial this week.

Well.. what can I say! I am obsessed with manicure&pedicure service! Few months I am loyal to same salon, their service, stuff, everyone so sweet and friendly. Loving it, every visit full of positive emotions and excitement after I am gettin my perfect set done. Love it! Обожаю🫶

I am happy and satisfied with my hairdresser Tatsuya he really made sure to achieve the hair and look that I like. He made my hair manageable with his haircutting technique. I highly recommend him. I love the also all the products they use. The salon is so fancy and smells good too. Definitely coming back.

My mother and I stumbled across this salon and we ABSOLUTELY love it!Firstly, we had a warm welcome from Asia, and she offered water and coffee 🌸 and while I was waiting for my mom getting her blow out, Asia had suggested ideas of hairstyles. Super helpfulSecondly, Noor trimmed my hair and gave shape to my curls and then had my hair blown out (which I never done) I have worn it all day and it looks amazing. I had a horrible cut before by a rando and Noor was able to shape my hair to my face. She changed my whole outlook of styling my hair, truly.I don’t live in Dubai, but if I can, I would book a ticket personally for Noor. Well done 🙏🏼feeling blessed

Horrific ownership. I was in the store on Thursday 18th April (the week of the worst rainfall Dubai has ever suffered) and witnessed the owner letting go a member of staff because she arrived to work late, this was despite the poor girl travelling for 5 hours in terrible conditions.He seemed to want to make a show of this dismissal & claimed “I’m making a point and showing everyone who works here, is replaceable”.It goes against every employment law in the UAE where the employer has a responsibility to look out for the welfare of its employees.The attitude of the owner was mind-blowing and grossly out of touch with reality so I intervened and questioned his reasoning and his response was “We are all losing money here, I have a G Wagon & have to get it repaired now because of the floods” …. Speechless.If you are a potential client or someone looking for work, I’d avoid this place at all costs and I hope the ex staff member takes this further.

This salon has changed me.Before, I was having a big and tired face. A lot of people say I look tired and my face is getting bigger. But after I tried the small face massage, my face became better. I look younger and it became smaller in 3months. I used to have long hair before to hide my face, but now that it is small, i cut my hair to short 🥰 now i am happy and more confident with my face! I really recommend this salon!!

I had a very disappointing experience today at this salon. I came for a wavy blow but what I got was nothing short of a disaster. My hair is thin and extremely easy to handle. I ended up with a tangled mess. Even my husband, who rarely notices was negatively surprised by the results. I can do my hair better at home with a simple hair dryer. I wasted time and money.

I was satisfied with Tatsuya’s hair cut so I re-visited newly opened salon in Marina with my kids. New salon is well located and open air feeling with natural lighting. Tatsuya’s hair cut skill is superb, I didn’t have to say anything – it was “omakase” style but it ended up perfect…we all liked it. Thank you.

A very clean salon with a white and gold base.I went to get a stepbone cut, a Japanese patented technology.Tatsuya-san was very satisfied with the polite service and haircut.All the staff members welcomed me warmly, and I was so happy that I couldnt help but get excited.LolI would love to visit again!

I have been a customer in Japan for a long time.My hair used to be very curly and difficult to manage, but I was surprised at first by Mr.Kitagawas unique way of using the scissors, but now that I leave it to him, I have no problems at all.

AVOID - booked an appointment and upon arrival I was told the lady providing the service had already left for the day. Waited 15 minutes in reception to eventually be told I need to book another appointment for the next day instead.Wont be returning and a waste of my time.

Girls will agree that it is not easy to find a salon in Dubai where you will be satisfied with the result🙌🏼 Wanna say the biggest thanks to the whole team♥️

The main problem they don’t have a parking. I just visited this place twice, to meet my cosmetologist. For sure never go back again 😅

I like Tatsuyas personality and have him cut it. He listens to me carefully and arranges it wonderfully. After the cut, Im always praised by the people around me.

You can get high-tech Japanese service in Dubai.I have a lot of hair, but I had my hair cut down without changing the length. Im glad it became very light.

I got my nails done to Anzu-san!She is so friendly and of course her skill is high quality!! I’ll definitely go again^_^Since I am a Japanese manicurist, I was able to get my work done at a very low price from a Japanese perspective. I had my hair lengthened and it looked so beautiful and natural! I will go again!

I had a facial and bust care.About a week after I had the facial, I met up with a friend and felt rejuvenated. I have changed so much that people ask me what I did.When it came to bust care, I was excited because I could see and feel that my breasts had grown by about 2 cups.The results are good, the customer service is very good, and its a beautiful salon, so I would like to continue going there.Thank you very much.
