❌❌❌ Today, I had the worst nail salon experience for the past 8.5 years in Dubai. I have tried plenty of salons, and this one was one of a kind on the downside ❌!First, while the nail technician was removing my hard gel with a machine that is actually very bad and rough on the nails (and yes, it is faster to work with it because it’s stronger but it destroys your nails!!!) she managed to cut my nail!! It really hurt a lot, and on top of that, I had to cut my nails, and they had to fix it with gel.Secondly, when I started almost crying from the pain and wanted to explain that what she just did really hurt me, she pulled out Google Translate because she didn’t understand anything. NONE of the staff talk English apart from some basic words because she asked if someone could translate for her, and none came to help.Third, the staff does not look welcoming, and I suggest investing in good training and English courses.

Hi,I am writing to express my huge disappointment with the service I received during my today’s visit to the salon. I booked the appointment last week and wanted to remove the gel and make my nails looking clean as I’m travelling tomorrow. Unfortunately, I left with my nails looking worse than when I arrived, and the nail technician refused to clean or fix them.This experience has not only wasted my time but also left me in a position where I now need to visit another salon to correct the issue. I expected a higher standard of service and am truly disappointed by this experience.Given this, I will not be returning to this salon in the future.

Happened to book my Nail extensions and Smart Pedicure appointment at Kiemax Beauty Lounge. To my surprise they booked me in at my convenient time on a weekend, without any tantrums (which i really liked). The lounge was clean, staff was welcoming and super professional. They took a good care of my nails and skin and gave me the mani and pedi which I actually desired. They gave me my choice of colour and french tips, which i appreciate.The place is located only 2 mins walk from Equiti Metro Station, hence very very convenient for a person like me who dont drive.They usually run offers on their Russian style Mani pedi, which are definitely unmissable, so keep am eye on their Instagram page.Thanks Kiemax, I shall see you soon in my next appointment ! ❤️❤️

Aiperi is one of the best nail masters, Ive been going to her since months. I do overlay and it lasts for over a month, imvery impressed. I attached a photo for reference, this is after 1-2 weeks ❤️

This is place is awesome. The atmosphere is so relaxing, never crowded and they are all very friendly. If you go for Russian manicure and pedicure, book an appointment with Shaiza. She has a great attention to detail, actually understands your needs and makes everything to accommodate them. She is great with the smart pedicure (e file) and she does not finish until your feet feel super soft. Her French manicure is so elegant. I will definitely come back.

The absolute best russian manicure ive experienced! i wanted to visit more times to leave a review after trying out other places as i have only visited once for a gel manicure, but i will come back as i am so happy with the work done! the nail tech listened to me and clearly knew what they were doing. this was the best cuticle care ive received, and they pay very close attention to detail. they look out for hygiene, they work fast, and are meticulous at their job. they are also very reasonably priced compared to similar salons. clean place, quiet, and have very professional and well trained staff. absolutely perfect and i will be back for my next appointment!

Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was highly disappointing due to multiple issues. Firstly, the mistime management led to excessive waiting times, making the visit frustrating and uncomfortable. Additionally, the staff displayed inhospitable behavior, lacking warmth and customer service skills. To make matters worse, the manager seemed unaware or unconcerned about the issues, showing irresponsibility in addressing customer complaints. I would not recommend this salon to others until significant improvements are made in terms of time management, hospitality, and managerial accountability.

Used to go here all the time but when i sent my mother, they treated her very poorly and made her feel so bad because of the miscommunication and language barriers. There was no attempts to make it better and i have not gone there since

I copy the message which I sent to the place in What’s app, for potential clients:Today I had worse experience in your “beauty lounge”First of all on the entrance is no one, like in Silent Hill ( no wonder why your place is empty without customers)Secondly- I was waiting there 20 minutes ( with coming 5 minutes before my appointment) and no one came to me, except one lady which was just passing by and asked if I have appointment, I told her yes, and she left to continue her things.Of course after 20 minutes I left this terrible place, and now my colleague ( to who I unfortunately recommended you) told me that today one of your employees called her to confirm her booking tomorrow, and she again checked the price, she told her that offer is finished ( how come, if when she did a booking she confirmed to her price??)Unfortunately the future of your place is very understandable with this kind of workers.

This is my go-to nail salon, and I would never change. I love Shaiza and Peri, but mostly Peri for how she does the pedi. Ive been to a lot of salons, but no one does it like Peri. She is the best! 🌸

I have no complaints about the masters. The girls do their job very well and efficiently. And its only because of these girls that I choose to go to this salon. I only have questions about the service itself. Why is there no way to get banal tea and the internet in a beauty salon, where prices are rising, quite often? Sometimes you have to wait for the master for 15-20 minutes (rarely, but it happens), plus some procedures are long because of which you can sit for an hour and a half or two in the salon and really freeze from the air conditioner and that you sit still, but you get warm only with your own warmth. Please pay attention to this. I like the salon, but if you raise the prices for services, also increase your service.

Super happy with their nail work! I am going every month for hard gel (really hard gel), the variety of colors is huge and the girls can do any design I find online! And of course the nails last forever! Special thanks to Shaiza and Peri, they always take care of me and their work is incomparable!!!

I have been here 2 times now and both the times the staff were very rude. They didnt know how to speak English and would roll their eyes at you if you request anything from them.I dont know why they have so much attitude??Right from the start when I reached the salon, they accused me of being 20 mins late when in actuality I had reached there 20 minutes earlier than my appointment time.When I pointed out that I was actually early they didnt even have the decency to apologize for their mistake.I left the salon feeling like trash with no fault of my own.The first time I went, my nail extension broke on the second day???The service is ok but I dont know if I would go again as I didnt like the behavior of the staff.

This place is extremely unprofessional. Staff would roll their eyes when you come first time because you couldn’t find a place and came 15 min late.I have been going to beauty salons for over 10 years and never have I ever met an attitude that made me leave. I see a lot of comments about staff attitude, so I guess I am not the only one.Beside that, the administration doesn’t care either, when I highlighted the case there was no “sorry”, no solution, no rescheduling.I have wasted 2 h of my life for driving and hoping for a nice treatment, instead I started my day feeling like a trash.

Found a very affordable and quality wise Russian salon 2 months ago. Shaiza, the nail master is extremely professional and dedicated to her work. The only concern I have now and bothers me is the pedicure area. I highly recommend to use a disposable plastic in their foot tub as it’s getting rusty. I observed some of the equipments are too. I hope the management can maintain the cleanliness and hygienic environment.

Came for a SMAS Lifiting and face cleaning. The lady started to clean my blackheads without opening the pores with a metal item, the pain was absolutely terrible, after she finished she didn’t put any mask. My face was red and swollen for 3 days, after the redness went down I realised 90% of blackheads are still there so she basically just scratched my face for nothing!! Also few days later she posted on instagram that for face cleaning first step is to open pores and last is to do a mask of which I only realised she didn’t do any of them at the treatment!!I also wanted to do the smas lifitng same day, to find out after that for my age it will not do any difference as the lady failed to tell me. She just went on with the procedure. Absolutely terrible service - do not recommend!!

Update :The lady at the reception was super lovely and Ina the specialist was initially rigid but then she warmed up and gave me a super nice peeling treatment and face massage so looking forward to results. I will come back !I have edited my scoring for 4 as I have faith in this clinic.*******Super strange experience! Booked an appointment and a lady messaged me today asking for confirmation for a peel so I said yes. I also asked her to send me mani pedi price list and she said she doesn’t have the info 🤣. I was like who do I ask then if you aren’t the salon then who are you ?She says she is the salon but she doesn’t know cosmetology 😆😆😆. Never knew mani pedi was cosmetology. Never mind, I then asked who I can give me this info and I am blatantly ignored too.Poor service over WhatsApp. I am now regretting the appointment but let’s see how that will go …

I went for nail extensions with gelish and Russian smart pedicure and really enjoyed y experience. They have Russian masters who are really good at what they do. The owner Manasvi is very passionate about the space and the craft. (They have good Masala tea as well to enjoy while your are doing your nails)They also do facials and face lifting. Will try that sometime. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely go back.

Unfriendly and rude receptionist, very bad service, fake advertising ( The owner promised a free removal after an extension, when i came back to remove it, she asked me to pay 40 AED for it which i did, after leaving the salon i realized that they charged me 110 AED instead ) you guys need to learn honesty. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. Same thing happened to a friend.. Too bad i referred the salon to so many friends in my first visit to support and also because i liked the ladys work, but i wish they can read my review now and be aware and careful.To the owner of the salon : If you wish to run a successful business, please be do not cheat and be honest with your clients.Since im not allowed to reply im editing my previous one :And you dare keep lying ? i forwarded to you the voice note where you are saying the removal is FREE but you keep lying ? what a shame. I m no longer gonna take of my time and respond.. i did my extension and i came back after 3 weeks to remove it which is normal its an extention im nt gonna remove it the next day.. attached are screenshots and a picture of my nails which i didnt talk about it, please tell me if it does look like a had a manicure ? it took her not more than 5 minutes to remove it and you literally damaged my nails, the removal which you forcefully charged 110 aed is not worth 1 aed for it.

I have been coming to Kiemax Beauty lounge for the past 6 months and I couldn’t be happier. The best hard gel manicure to in town. Best price as well. The owner and the staff are very friendly and very professional 🥰

I will surely say to ALL ladies that get consultion from a dermatologist before going to any SALOON and getting these treatment like SMAS FACE LIFTING done. If its a clinic well and good there are professional doctors they know how to treat your skin or take a risk and get your skin damaged.. I went there for the same but the consultant started pricking my pimples with her nails while she wore a glove. She said I need a cleanup first so I thought it would be normal with a bit of steam as my blackheads were very hard. She just applied a gel and started pressing my cheeks and forehead with the tool. It is not the way my face works but better she stopped as I was not comfortable. Whats the use my face was burning till then and also have a scratch marks as she was scratching her nails on my face before using the tools.Yes I understand my face is having lots of open pores thats why we do facial often so that we keep our face clean. But please my friends dont take risk these kind of treatment better done at clinics under some gentle supervision.

Was booked at 11.30 for smas and had me waiting for over an hour. only 12.40pm someone, walked in to do my service, without even saying hello or sorry to keep you waiting. Quiet rude!The front desk person said she cant call the techician as she didnt speak english, but techinian did. I Did not like the,service and disregard for other peoples time. Not even a glass of water was offered.Unless i go in and asked for the delay noone will come out and say anything. The worst part about 2 o 3 smas lifting accounts on instagram with different names are the same people operating in the same place. We realise when talking to the other ladies waiting. We all came from different IG accounts. Quiet dodgy that part!

Being in dubai for more then 14 years I can truly say kiemax beauty lounge is the best!The staff are extremely kind and professional. The salon is clean and only 2 minutes from a metro station.They often run offers on treatmentsAnd the best thing is that your extensions last more then 3 months !!!! Which is very rare!I recommend kiemax beauty lounge to everyone! Definitely worth 5+ star !

More than just a nail salon.Ultrasound Ultherapy is provided too. Unfriendly but maybe better if you speak their language. Not happy with the service and procedure performed therefore writing this review for awareness.

The beauty salon is beyond gorgeous.The service is excellent and not much of hard selling.The staff is very friendly and they did an amazing job on my hard gel mani pedi .THEY CARE and take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. Highly Recommended

They beed to work on hospitality since no body was there to welcome or even ask if I need water or something, they made their coffee and set to drink it!Also they took wrong service as I asked for nail’s extension and they registered it as Gel Padi!

They are rude people. The Russian lady sitting there has an attitude and cant talk to customers. They will guide you wrong and not give u correct details. They are cheats and not qualified. Dont go there.
