The atmosphere was peaceful then Brenda she has so much love to give she did the magic braids she made sure I wasnt disappointed let me not even talk of her poise , such amazing lady then Mr Mike he was diligent in his cuts he spend adequate time on me . There are quite a few relatively expensive hair studios in Dubai which claim to be premium in their quality of service but arent; Kingrich Hair Studio is one of the only true exceptions to this. Whether youre going for dreadlocks , braids or even a fade; Kingrich delivers in all departments to your liking. The crown on top is the fact that when you walk in , youre treated like royalty from:free coffee & tea to sometimes being able to play your own music to vibe while getting a trim . The team here is super from Sam who helped us when we arrived to the very lovely and super fast Nancy. I came here with my partner for dreadlocks crotchet retouch , in a record 2 hours she was done with my retouch + washing. Extremely neat and professional young guys, I really appreciate your services and will definitely be a regular here.

Best service in town - everyone should try this salon!

Booked an appointment for a haircut, and as I already paid a taxi to get there, 5 mins before I arrived I chose to call to confirm that they confirmed my appointment. This is when the lady who picked up the phone casually tells me their barber isnt at work, he didnt come today. No point in having an automated system that sends me messages to confirm that Im still going to the salon, yet you cant be bothered to inform those who booked that the service they seek isnt available. Could have saved my money instead of taking a taxi in freaking Dubai!!!!! And as told by this lady, they cant access the system unless Sam is at work. Tell me how this makes sense from a business stand point?? 10/10 dont bother, would not recommend getting disappointed by careless people. ***Disclaimer, dealing with Sam on the phone and through the booking process is what gave me confidence to actually make the booking, he seems to be the only one who knows what hes doing at this place. And Sam if you do get to read this, yall gotta do better like seriously?!***

Sam was really nice I give him a 10 🌟But the lady who did my hair cannot remember her name Nancy if am not wrong. Just messed up my whole day. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment which was at 10. She arrived at 10:35 very non chalant and not even apologizing for coming in 40 minutes after a client. I made my booking on Thursday for Saturday so I expected things to be on time as I had left my baby at home. She was very unfriendly and unbothered even when I asked for suggestions on what to do from a professional point. The hair wasnt prepared. So I had to wait another 30-40 minutes. I tried to speak/ask her a question regarding size prior to starting and she completely ignored me twice. I just sat there and came home not happy and just wanted to remove the hair because they were to big not like I wanted or expected (very spaced out). Wouldnt go back as I expected better and friendlier hair dresser as most are besides driving for 45 minutes to get there. I have driven to Abu Dhabi to get. Hair cut and I did not mind because the drive was worth it as I got good service just that the salon closed. I would have given better rating because Sam is just a wonderful person and made that wait not seem so long but the hair dresser gosh zero customer service.☺️☺️☺️☺️

The worst experience I ever got in a saloon. Came there on the eve of my wedding to do a wig installation, this guy messed up my day, hussshhh, I didn’t want to create any drama cuz de next day was my special day n besides it was getting late, being new in Dubai I didn’t know where else to go do this hair, n I was also exhausted from de journey, I had to persevere n get those horrible services from that dark talk guy who spoke as though he was a lady or wanted to become🙄🙄🙄 one.The way he installed de wig heinnn, OMG🫣, wen I complained he got angry, abandoned me there n went straight to the next customereaving me sitting there on my own for almost 45mins, the fair girl came n tried to make things up but there was very little or no technical know-how, Dey almost spoiled my day, she ended up asking me to pay 250aed instead of the 300 we agreed on because she herself saw she didn’t do a good job n that Dey treated me very poorly.My make-up artist had to restructure my hair the next day before I cud get my self esteem restored. I can write on n on n on but lemme end here. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Although the skill of hair dressing is good, customer service is not. Drove to this salon twice and was told that they overbooked or did not have time to complete the service that I booked a week in advance. Poor Poor customer service.

Listen... You need to take care of your gorgeous African hair and King rich is your plug in Dubai. The place is clean, well lit... I feel so comfortable here. The staff is friendly and they know how to care for my hair.
