I am not commenting here about the service, but the owner is a very arrogant frustrated lady who dont value or respect her customers. Had bad experience twice and neither visiting anymore nor recommending it in terms of both quality of service and customer experience.My review above is clearly warranted by their reply below. This is a good saloon and what makes it most comfortable is that all the girls are very friendly and soft spoken. Good place to relax and get your treatments done. They do everything with a lot of patience and love. Facial from Saru and pedicure from any one of the ladies there is a must try. Henna color is also very good.

Have been a regular customer, really like their services, they did a very good job for my highlights, hair cut which last long and gave volume. Staff is helpful and listen to the customer preferences, they are upfront in their rates unlike other salons which I have experienced where after services staff charges u extra amounts later. Their hygiene levels are very good, experienced the same during covid and post covid. They are extra careful.

Kyra is a very efficiently managed salon. The staff are very competent, courteous and patient. They have an effective appointment system which ensures they give you enough time and attention, and the service is not rushed. I leave feeling pampered and well looked after. I have been visiting this beauty parlour for over 3 years and I can tell their services are the best! The entire staff is kind, polite, friendly and very professional. The main thing is the parlour is clean at all times. They have a wide range of services but their packages is my favourite thing. Very cost efficient and fast services. I highly recommend this parlour to all the ladies.

Kyra has been my “ go to parlour” for years now. After having a few bad experiences in parlour services in karama and Al barsha, I finally found some relief in Kyra. The staff are very friendly, polite and actually know what they are doing. The rates are reasonable and the salon is clean. I trust them completely for any service that I choose to do there. A big lol thumbs up 👍🏼 to them!

I have been a regular customer with Kyra salon for the services they offer. The staff is highly skilled and experienced and have in-depth understanding of the customer requirements.I highly recommend the salon for the regular beauty services.And Shobha is outstanding with facial, threading and body massage. A Must Try !!!!

I have been a regular customer for 4 years. I go every month. I am writing this review because 2 of the girls messed up my hair and feet during services. 1 girl whose name is Shobha cut my hair so short that I was embarassed to go out of the home for 3 days. And another girl( not Saru ) was so harsh during my pedicure that she caused injury to my foot. I have told both Shobha and the other girl but never received any apology from either of them. Inspite of that I continued to go to their salon because Saru was good. Their salon is very adamant about package deadlines and refused to honour my package as if they are such a high end salon and will lose so much business. They dont even accept card payments which is an inconvenience in itself. Anyone who decides to go here should go with the risk that any time they may mess up your service.

I had a bad experience with the owner who doesn’t value customer’s time. I have been going there for almost 3 years. I will never go back there again.I wouldn’t recommend their hair color ombre and keratin treatments. That’s been my experience. But mani pedi they do a reasonably good job.

Very pathetic customer service and incooperating staff. Booked an appointment for henna, upon asking 3 times did not show the designs they had, finally I showed the design I wanted for which they were asking 75dhs for backside of 1 hand. When I spoke to the owner at the time of making an appointment, was given 100dhs per hand quote. The 50dh design was a simple “bel” on 1 side (i.e. design on 1 finger and little on palm).After asking to speak to the owner, they simply refused which was upright wrong! Finally, after saying that I will write a review, the staff member went to another room and said i will call the owner and after a minute returned to say that owner is not answering the phone. Additionally, the salon was completely empty, i guess that speaks for the hospitality they show to clients.Will never go to this place again nor recommend anyone!

The place is beautiful and inviting. Its extremely clean and hygenic. Its quite and serene. The perfect place to relax. The girls there did a great job. They were very courteous. They adhered to the rules set by the government eg sanitizing stuff used, using disposables an so on. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial. Overall I actually had the most relaxing day. I felt great and rejuvenated.

Staff is Excellent and Service too. Packages are customised to needs of Clients requirements. Festive offers are lucrative.

Bad experience with communicating with them .Unkind and unprofessional way of talking to the customers who calls them to have an appointment for their services.Never recommend.
