The Biggest SCAM Ever!This salon is an absolute disgrace. Their Instagram photos are stolen from other salons—nothing you see online is what you get in real life. I went in for a simple haircut, and they managed to mess it up so badly they cut it in the opposite direction!If any girls are thinking about visiting this salon, feel free to reply to this review—I’ll be happy to save you the nightmare I went through. For the FOURTH time my nails have chipped within 1-3 days of visiting, I’ve told them multiple times and all they ever say is come back to fix it or “sorry” I spend money to get my nails done for it to be ruined the next day. I’m now travelling for a wedding with chipped and broken nails ONE day after getting them done. Will never come back here and do not recommend.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE 😤😤😤😤I went to get my nails done , firstly they were extremely slow thn after 2 hours they realised they are fresher n they can’t do .Can someone believe I sat there for 3 hours n got just plain nails man .The receptionist/ owner & the staff is extremely unprofessional n rude . When they got to know they can’t do they said it’s not even possible man come on .How people are just trusting this …I would highly not recommend them ever …Pls be cautiousSee what I wanted what they did…They did one French nail in 45 min man 😤😤😤😤😤

I went here to get my hair coloured . They use very cheap and disgusting product, I said brown colour but they dyed it golden. The staff is rude and the products are crappy they ruined my hair .. I am very disappointed please don’t wear your money

My friend recommended this place to me during my holiday in Dubai and the service was amazing and the prices are quite reasonable. I had a message with Raquel which was excellent, she’s experienced and has a lovely positive energy. My mani and padi were also great, and efficient! The Moroccan bath was a bit speedy, but the lady got the job done and I left feeling pampered. Definitely going back again before the end of my trip :-)

Honest experience. It was fabulous to get skin treatment from Lamer. I took proskin30 dermalogica facial. Hands down it was the best decision I made between hydrafacial and proskin. The staff Lynn is very knowledgeable professional. She will give you advice according to the needs of your own skin. The method, the services are excellent. Loved my experience. The worst service of administrator.Very unprofessional, I would say liar as she confirmed services but on the day of treatment said that it’s not possible to have it anymore( I honestly don’t want to go into details of the conflict), but definitely I was shocked from this administrator and her behaviour, way of talking and not ability of solving the issues and finding solution if there is a problem in the booking ets. She didn’t even try to do something and cheated us saying that we gonna get the treatments as requested however at the end we received services not what we have been confirmed for. Very bad experience of service and conversation. Will never come back.Despite the fact that Moroccan bath therapist was good.

Moroccan bath was not upto my expectations, was left disappointed. The scrub felt rushed, the lady doing it was least interested. I have had better moroccan baths at other salons nearby.

La Mer is my go to salon for eyebrow lamination, lash lift and facials and I am obsessed!!! It’s so cheap and such good quality. Highly recommend, it’s the best I’ve had in Dubai and now all of my friends go here too!

They are professional i did morrocan bath and full body message with very good prices due to there anniversary and they were so generous they did my hair dry for free cause it was my birthday I also took packages for more message and morrocan bath

Rashida is was one of the most unprofessional and rudest hairdressers I’ve ever came across in my life. I went for the Brazilian blowout and this woman she was literally pulling my hair out of my scalp I was in extreme pain and regardless several times of me mentioning to be gentle she just disregarded me. When washing my hair she used very cold water and didn’t care to ask about the temperature if it’s okay. She never apologise nor speaks with manners! Her energy is so negative and spiteful. When this was brought up to her manager instead of being sorry she was smiling while I was almost in tears because of the pain. This is being pure evil, I will never forgive her. (My head is still hurting after a whole day) I used to love this place mainly for my nails and I’ve been a regular customer for over a year now. I live in downtown and used to visit almost every 10 days but after this I don’t think I will be visiting again this is really unacceptable. It takes one rotten apple to ruin everything else. The 3* stars are for the other girls because they are all lovely.

I booked a back + head massage , the room didnt have a nice ambiance or feel, no relaxing music ,no candles as advertised & you could hear all the chatter & music from outside the room, the lady who massaged me was just winging it , this did not seem to be her Proffesion, she didnt introduce herself or ask me how I prefer the massage pressure to be she had no techniques & her hands were rough and scratchy, i felt uncomfortable during the entire session. I needed a relaxing head massage because of my headache but it was not satisfying. More over I did not feel welcomed after coming back here for a year, There is no consistency at all? Lamer? What happened???

I visited them after seeing some insta offer for moroccan bath and waxing1. Place is clean and nice2. One of the best Moroccan bathCons1. They over book - i had to wait for 1 hour for my scheduled waxing and still dint get it done.2. Gel nail art was not upto the standard3. Second day again for the rescheduled appointment for waxing they overbooked they made me sit in a chair and did my waxing - a full leg waxing in a chair you can image what must have happened.4. They don’t offer you saloon cloths for waxing5. REUSING Towel : when i asked for a towel they gave me a towel which was already used by someone else and was wet... not a hygiene practice i would want to go back to.Over all had a bad experience , not the worst place but not sure if I would want to go there again apart from the morrocan bath.

Today I went for Moroccan bath very first time in Lamer Salon. It was a great experience. Jamila assisted me in all the services.Nice ambiance, Royal infrastructure and they welcomed with tea or coffee.

Such a horrible place! No professionalism at all, that’s the very first and last time I’ve been going there. The service and attitude you get is not even worth a single penny. Very sad that those places without norms and ethics still exist in such a beautiful city like Dubai. The owner who’s calling herself the manager of the salon is unfortunately not aware how to run a business. She doesn’t have any ethics and norms regarding the offered services. They’re promoting false advertisements on social media and co. Once you sit in the salon you end up paying double and find yourself arguing with the staff and owner who are trying to rip you off for a utter manicure and pedicure. All their posts on Instagram do not belong to them, it’s simply from other profiles and copied from the web, which is absolutely against copyrights!! Be careful and avoid this salon if you don’t wanna end up getting a headache!! In Addition the entire Google reviews are written by the staff, FYI.

Having just moved to dubai, i was in search of a proper ladies salon and then came across La mer ladies salon on google and this was the best decision to come here...Got a footologix treatment pedicure by Mylin, she is so gentle and patient, i really had dry cracked feet which she turned into petal smooth, i am. Very happy and super satisfied with their services and thats why i am writing this review while getting my second footologix treatment😊Thank you mylin and to the whole staff just as friendly and considerate. The receptionist really was so rude - even after making an appointment a month in advance - she asked me to move my schedule on the day of the service - which I accommodated- after that when I show up I’m made to wait another 20 min and the she tells me my services will need to be rescheduled- how is this acceptable?

Lynn was amazing doing my facial, she has the know how on every products - I am delighted. Fatima has done my hair stunningly!I would highly recommend the place and definitely will be one of my favorite spot to go to. :-)
