I told reception wash hair only and after that they make it dry and charged me 262.5AED , they said they provide blow service , and really I want to show you how they blow my hair with 262.5AEDOne more thing , when they washed my hair , all my back clothes are wet .

I went for a hair wash and initially planned to blow-dry my hair but changed my mind. When I approached the receptionist, she lacked friendliness and good manners 👎🏼. I told her I only wanted to pay for the wash and didn’t want the blow-dry. I paid 157 AED for the wash only. However, she kept insisting on drying my hair, saying it was complimentary from the salon, and insisted on it.When they finished, she told me I had to pay another 157 AED! She claimed it was for a blow-dry, not just drying. She and another staff member from an Arab background played with their words, which left a very bad impression with this deceptive approach to customers 👎🏼.I will never repeat this experience.

I strongly recommended for all ladies, staff professional and friendly & the owner nice and humble.Salon clean & they used really high good products.

OverpricedCharges 250 for blow dry of short hair and 300 for medium hair !!!!! And says these are the prices every where ! I just checked other salons and it’s no more than 160 with wash. Work was good which you can get anywhere now.paid 577 for regular service.

I an amazing experience at le michel salon, at their beautiful downtown branch! The team listened to exactly what I wanted and done a brilliant job. Michel gave me beautiful icy blonde highlights and my hair feels in amazing condition after the cut and treatment I received.The team and service was 10/10. I would definitely recommend :)

Worst hair experience, I’m staying at the edition hotel. Got my hair done and the waves were gone by the time I got back to my room, went back down to the salon. They tried fixing it but with attitude and it didn’t look good at all!The next day I got a call from them apologizing and offering a free blow dry. The owner met me himself and made sure I leave happy, thanks for the effort made to please consumers

90 USD for a simple wash and blow dry is absolutely insane! There’s absolutely no reason why a service taking no more than 40 minutes is that expensive. A blow out in NYC I pay no more than 40 USD. Save your money and go somewhere else unless you want to get robbed

I made my hair very beautiful for the first time anyone understood my hair and I was creative with it. I made it with a girl called Raneem. The hair is amazing and the girl’s style is crazy 🤍🤍
