Wissam is great!! I have to admit I was abit unsure whether I would be happy with my hair as I am a hairdresser myself and my expectations are high being a salon owner but honestly I have had the best shampoo and head massage ever! The best I’ve had! I have a full head of tape in hair extensions and my hair is very thick. I came away with a lovely blow dry using lovely brissle brushes, perfect for my hair extensions and a beautiful bouncy curl! I could have never have achieved this on my own so thank you so much. If you get the chance to come here I definitely recommend it 👌🏼

I asked for layered haircut and blow dry I got it done by Wissam I showed him a picture of how I want it he did it really nicely and exactly the same as the photo shown. Good customer service definitely recommend.

I had a hairstyle with Wisam and was not happy at all. He cared more about his mobile phone as with the hairstyle. In my eyes he has no passion at all for hair he only wants to sell expensive treatment products. Its a pity for this nice hotel because the hairsalon is outsource and does not belong to the Radisson. I made a complain but no reaction from the manager of the salon. Ladies if you want a professional nice looking hairstyle dont go there its the money not worth it. There are good salons nearby.

Its a beautiful location for a salon, on the top floor with views of sea and burj al arab. However, the price tag is insane. Its extremely extremely overpriced for an ok service. And I thought hairdressers in Switzerland or London were expensive! This was 10 times more!
