I can’t find any words to describe how satisfied and happy I am with the result of my hair! They do justice on my “uneven bleach hair” 😂 The stuffs are really attentive and friendly. They will assist you willingly. I’ve got my hair done with their offer this month and was not disappointed as they are giving good quality of their products and services. Special thanks to my hairdresser Mamdoh who did a really great job with my hair and to his patience for dealing with me 😂. Also to Ate’s who assisted me thru out the process. This salon is really recommendable! Will surely do my hair done to them again

I loved the service provided by these guys!! They were professional, warm and friendly! Sallam especially did a brilliant job at suggesting the Hair color and at giving it the Balayage treatment as well as the Keratin treatment!! Id definitely recommend them for their excellent service and personal touch to the services they provide!! Kudos to this team for loving what they do ❤️

Unbelievable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!This venue offers free hair cut for models in Beautypass app. I reserved it and it took one credit (as a deposit) from my app wallet. In the app, there is said that my reservation was complete, I only needed to call their number to arrange a certain time (they have there that it’ll be between 3-6pm). First time, no one picked up. I wrote on their whatsapp (that is mentioned in their instagram bio for appointments), no answer. Then I called second time (2 hours before the start of my reservation btw). A man picked up, he was very very rude, telling me that they don’t offer anything on Beautypass anymore. I asked what shall I do, since the offer in the app is still active (I mean shouldn’t they inform the app?) AND I lost my one and only deposit coin. He was not willing to help me AT ALL, even though it’s clearly their mistake. And after I told him that I want to solve this problem and get my coin back HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!Literally unbelievable. Never happened to me before. They offer stuff that is totally fake and make no effort to help you solve a problem that they caused you. Now, I cannot even reserve another salon because they took my deposit coin.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! TERRIBLE STAFF!! AWFUL DEMEANOR!!

Had amazing experience in this salon as they did excellent keratin treatment alongwith color n cut. The owner is so kind & friendly and the hair stylists are very much professional. Omar did wonderful job and Huzz also did superb hair cut alongwith them two filipina girls are doing their best. I highly recommend this salon for their amazing hair services.

Embarrassingly untalented staff of all men who colored my hair 3 times color to get any result, and in the end damaged/injured my skin with bristles, splotched my hairline with color with no color change after 4 hours. Do NOT recommend, they’re a one trick pony with only bleaching hair skill. Don’t fall for the 500 AED offer, save your hair/skin/time please.

I visited the salon today to do my hair. 500 AED offer was what took me there. They did a fantastic job. I got charged with AED 680 in the end somehow but still I believe it was worth it... Good experience and I will come back again. Thanks

All I can say is being in this salon was the worst experience ever !! The salon is pretty clean and good location and the owner his such a sweet guy but he should hire professional hairdresser !!! Iv visit them yesterday first of all my appointement was at 11am I show up the salon still closed the hairdresser show up 20/30 min late to open I said it’s fine ! Then we were supposed to do a protein treatement the guy he just burn my scalp and Iv asked him what’s the composent of this product he have no idea and he dosent speak a word in English like his having ZERO knolwedge !!! I asked him to wash it out as my scalp was red and burning ! Then he was discussing with me the root color and extension !! The guy he have no idea what’s his doing or wich color suit the client !! I don’t know from where the owner found him honestly !!! At this point I told him that’s it I wanna go !! It’s clearly he has no idea !! It was such a bad day as I had a flight to catch at night and I wasted my time and after leaving their salon I had to look for another salon to fixe my hair !!!!! A nightmare the owner offerd me to deal with another haidresser but i declined as all of them seems to unprofessional !!

The best salon in Dubai, i got exactly the highlights and style i wanted without talking nor explaining nor arguing...i used to travel back home to do my hair NOT ANYMORE 🙌🏼 they were amazing, kind and very polite.I am already recommending it to everyone i know here
