Very professional salon with experts technicians in nails and other services like eyelashes and eyebrows. The salon is located on the 8th floor of iris bay tower. If you’re driving there is a visitors payed parking in the building, just write on the gps iris bay tower.

I was excited to get my done here but they don’t have most of the colors they advertise on their Instagram. My other issue is the manicurist kept filing really hard over my cuticles more than my actual nail which really hurt. Overall quite disappointed.

The salon lacks punctuality. I had an appointment and waited for a very long time. Plus came in for a manicure and a massage which they ignored because they were late. Other than that the staff were friendly and drink was the foamiest latte in my life. Regarding the work, the gel was so far from my cuticle it looks like I’m on my second week of the manicure 2 days in also the cuticle isn’t so tidy. But the gel application itself is smooth and flawless

This place ive been coming 3 times now and i guess ill be staying here, every single time nails very on point, just as i requested. Quite upsetting experience. I did a full pedicure and in 5 days I came and asked to change the coverage from regular to gel cover.5 days after the pedicure!!And salon charged FULL PRICE full complex pedicure just to change the cover. Not very client oriented behavior.

I waited an hour because in front of me there was a dissatisfied client who was having his manicure redone. What they did to me was bad. They said that they would give a discount, but in the end the price of the manicure increased upon payment, instead of 150 it became 200 dirhams. The only positive thing is the nice girl at the reception.

When removing it, the technician first shaved the nails until they turned purple, to which she said that “everything is fine, it’s from the pressure,” then she didn’t level the plate, everything was lumpy. The coating was all stained, to which they asked me: “What should I do now?” In the end, I sat and filed them myself, because the master could not prevent them from getting caught on clothes. They also don’t know how to do smart pedicures here, the polish is stained and all runny. I immediately showed all this to the administrator, paid for the visit in full, although I need to redo everything in another salon, they promised to contact me, but they didn’t even write. I dont recommend it
