I absolutely love this salon. Im from the US and Ive gotten the best sets of acrylic nails Ive ever had here!All of these ladies are incredibly talented and really take their time to make sure your nails are perfect, and theyre more affordable than anything Ive seen in Dubai. Hannah did this red set on me today and Im obsessed. Im going to miss this place!

I’ve been coming to lush for over a year now and can’t imagine going elsewhere, they are all such beautiful, professional and friendly women!!! Joanne really is wonderful and is so attentive to all clients. Yvonne and the rest of the girls are amazing and my nails always look fab! Love youuuu 🩷

I have been so many salons in Dubai and comparing the service I get from Lush is really the best and well organized.but I want to mention how rude the receptionist as well.her name is JOAN.she is totally unprofessional and rude the way how she communicate with the clients.its been 2 years since I became client of Lush and I noticed her behavior is really bad and uncomfortable.I already reported her through Instagram before I am giving the review to improve her way of acting and communicating with the clients.but nothing changed. I stop going there just because of her trash manner.

I’ve been visiting this salon almost one year now, but unfortunately I will no longer be able to get my nails done at this salon due to the rude manager Joan. Despite the excellent quality and professionalism of the rest of the staff. Very sorry

I have been visiting Joan and her team for around 2 years now. My nails have never been better or stronger and all the other treatments are fabulous too.What makes the experience unique is the atmosphere, they are the most welcoming and friendly girls and I look forward to the fun and relaxed environment every time I visit

Lush Nails is the best salon, hands down! Joan has been doing my nails for over 2 years and I adore her and every other technician in Lush. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and treat you as if you are family. Any salon service you need, Lush will give you the best experience.

I love coming to this saloon on my weekend early in the morning , or late afternoonsI find it relaxing .I do my manicure and pedicure here, i always go for gelish for my feet and rubber base for my hands.I recommend Hannah when it comes to nail art and she can absolutely fix my broken nail to make it seem like it was never broken!Yvonne does a great job with pedicure, she can scrub those dead skins away!The rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming! ❤️

I got my acrylic extensions and regular polish pedicure, exactly 3 weeks ago and my nails still looking flawless! I never had regular polish last this long, still not a single crack. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was so friendly and they worked so fast! Lovely place and I will definitely will be coming back. This is a picture when it got done and 3 weeks after

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH JOANNE OVER THE PHONE!!!!!this is addressed to the owners of Lush Nail Salon.I was recommended by a friend of mine who is a regular client of Yvonne that does her nail extension, I had got the contact details to call to book an appointment requesting Yvonne.Joanne had picked up the phone with no professional communication at all!!I had requested Yvonne for an appointment and Joanne had mention she is fully booked but other nail techs are available, so I asked are all Yvonne’s clients request, joanne said no. So I suggested to move the none requested clients to other techs to fit me in, which me coming from a beauty background is acceptable if you don’t want to lose a client and the booking, Joanne refused, on top of that she had the audacity to call me her dear as though we have been friends for many years. Its insulting and disrespectful that a manager feels she is the owner of the salon to turn down clients for her convenience.. as much as your nail tech work is amazing the customer care you give to you client is the lasting impression and sadly your business will lose a lot clients due to poor professionalism from your management. Thank you but I will not put my foot into your salon or recommend any further clients to you!

My favourite salon in not just JVC but the whole of Dubai! I have been going to them ever since they opened and will not dream of going anywhere else. Its the cutest little salon, designed and decorated so well.They were the first salon I found that did SNS in Dubai (I used to have this done in the UK). The prices are soo good and competitive. And the best thing about Lush is the staff! The ladies there are all soo lovely, they help make a trip to the salon such a calming and enjoyable time. Not to mention they always go out of their way to make my dream nails a reality!

Average salon near home, that’s their one benefit.Not friendly receptionists, will never offer you coffee or tea, which is strange, compared to other salons. Service is fast, but sometimes I’m leaving from there with cut to blood toes and nails.Big choice of gel colors.

Amazing! I moved to JVC a couple of months ago and I had been going to a different spa to do my services but I needed to find one that’s closer in order to fit my schedule. I looked them up online and I honestly don’t regret my first appointment there today. Exceeded my expectations, will definitely be back to do other services. The ladies are all very professional and exquisite, very efficient, the salon is well maintained, up to standard and prices very fair considering the quality of service.I am very satisfied with my gel pedicure and extensions. Much appreciation.Thankssss!!!

My favorite salon in Dubai!I go there regularly for mani, pedi, gelish color, and even eyebrow threading.Salon is super clean & all the technicians are super professional & efficient. Its never crowded & the entire experience is super relaxing. Perfect for pampering and getting some “you” time :)Prices are good considering the service they offer.Thank you ladies & keep it up!❤️

Went there and asked for French but all the colours they had were very transparent . The lady was very nice but the supervisor or owner came and started to stress her out. Like ‘ you meed to hurry up because you have soon another client’ when the whole saloon was empty. The girl started to shake and put me a nail varnish but it got bublles on my nails so she had to clean it again. I said after she cleaned just leave it its fine i just wanted to get out of there asap not bcz of the girl who did my nails but because of the owner or supervisor that was there an african american who was so rude and disrespectful towards me the client and towards the employee as she made her feel so pressure that was shaking( I cannot stand someone shaking in front of me it breaks my heart). She gave me a discount which did not feel like a discount and said cone again we’re a family here naaah your for sure not my family ! ( The supervisor or owner whatever she was ) I would never hire a person like her to work for me if she’s a supervisor and if she’s the owner … that’s even more sad ..

I have been driving past Lush Nail Salon for the past 5 months and keep promising to booking. Well, finally I did and I was not disappointed at all. The staff were very professional but had a good balance of being friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure and both were done to a high level and quality. The nail color range was large and really had every color to suit your mood.... also they have a range of vegan products which is fab. I also had my eyelashes done. The lady was very consultative on the product range and also advised on length. I have always had a longer length but they would drop out quickly. She was able to outline why this happened and also technically explained why that length and weight would not work on my lashes- I walked out the salon looking like a goddess! The lashes are the best ive had over the past 5 years.... I will defo be going back and making this my regular salon. They have great monthly promotions, so I highly recommend that you follow them on facebook and Instagram. Its refreshing to have such a positive encounter and I walked out the salon really relaxed and happy.

I have done my LVL lashes here the results were fantastic!I have used the waxing services and theyre using an amazing wax which doesnt hurt.Acrylics were amazing especially as Id bitten my nails they did a fab job making it work saying nothing is impossible (my nails were a disaster before they worked their magic)This is my 3rd visit at the salon and the staff are so friendly, kind and professional.I highly recommend you come here to use their services ♡

Very overpriced and terrible quality acrylic nails. My nails started splitting just two days after service. When one nail broke a few days after service, I reached out to see if I could come in and have it fixed. I was told no one was available to fix one nail and I can come back another time (although there were multiple technicians).Would never return here again for services. With so many other nail salon options in JVC, do yourself a huge favor and choose another one.

Lush Nails is using some no-name brand for their nail polish. The product is very thin and watery and applies horribly. Because of that poor quality it was applied on my toes in 4 layers. Additionally, this facility does not have any drying station/equipment that other salons haveAs a result, the product never fully dried. I had my toes painted at 2:30 pm, was very careful with them all day, went to sleep and woke up with smeared toe nails.I had to drive back to the salon, had my nails repainted again and asked them what will happen if the polish smears again.The answer was come back we will reapply!I told that I will need a refund if this happens yet again and the pedicurist, who is apparently also a manager (!) became combative & rude. She told me refund is not possible, but if I insist she will give me 20 aed out of her own pocket.Guess what? My polish was smeared next morning...All in all disgusting experiences with bad product, sub-par equipment, not client oriented manager. There are hundreds of better places in Dubai to paint your nails.Owner, contact me so we can discuss!EDITED TO UPDATE: the owner has contacted me. She offered no apology or any ways to remedy the situation. She talked over me loudly, continously interrupted me and only gave me the list of excuses. I suggest her and her pedicurist/manager take some customer relations courses together.

It is always a treat to come to Lush. Eleanor and Leny are great, and the service, kindness, and grace of Joan is just unbeatable. They all really make this place feel like a big family. Thank you so much - cant wait to come back soon.

I’ve just had the worst nail experience in my 18 years of being in Dubai. From the technicians filing my nails way to short without asking then saying is it ok, o said it’s too late she said I will do extensions! First joke!!!2nd she tries to tell Me the product I’ve chosen is bad and choose another - to which I said you can’t do the colours I want in the other product.the technician clearly didn’t know how to apply the product which is probably why they say it’s a bad product - go online and research the real way to do it it’s out there for all to see.I was told it would take an hour 1 hour 15 mins not even half way through.An absolute joke from start to finish… let’s not forgot to mention them telling me that they don’t buy the products from the local supplier (which is illegal) via shouting across the room at me.One positive was I got offered water after 45mins

AMAZING NAIL ESTHETICIANS! best service and quality. My nails grew double size in 2 months thanks to their rubber overlay treatment. Best I ever had. Also very attentive to details remove coticules very well.

My favorite nail spa in Dubai. The ladies - especially Elenor the manager and Joanne - are so friendly, the service is impeccable and their products are good. This has been my go to nail bar since moving to JVC :)

Interior is very nice and clean however the ladies are not good at what they do. They have colored my light brown eyebrows to black, despite of me asking to do it lighter color than my own. I have blond hair and I left the place with pitch black eye brows. Because they couldnt even fix it. The lady who does nails, leaves all dead skin on saying when putting oil, it will disappear. they need to hire expert ppl.

I had SNS and a pedicure today at Lush Nails and I’ll definitely be going back. The people working were lovely and have done a great job with my nails. The salon also has a really nice vibe. I would definitely recommend x

Most staff apart from the manager are unfriendly and appear lacklustre. They are constantly getting new staff so are always training people and services are not of a great quality, even though they charge premium prices. I would recommend avoiding at all costs, you never know what you’re going to get.

Absolutely wonderful mani + pedi at this beautifully decorated nail salon. The ladies are so friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable, lots of trendy colours to choose from and very clean and chic interior. 10/10 experience!

A gem in JVC! Adorable ladies nail salon! Lush nails is on point, decorated in blush pinks, greys and rose gold accents. They use high quality products (lolalee and sns dip powder) and have great staff!

Great service, lovely ladies, an amazing selection of polish colours to choose from. The salon is pretty cool, without overwhelming you with pink and tinny pop music, so thumbs up from me

Terrible in time management! They don’t keep a buffer between one client and another so if you have any urgent 10 mins delay they’d just cancel your whole service. It’s not a salon that you’d rely on to be your go-to place because they don’t care if you’re a regular client or a new one.
