One of the best saloon I have visited so far. Very friendly staff and extremely dedicated. I visited their newly opened saloon in Al Nadha 2. The place was spacious and clean. I went for a full body relaxation massage. The price seems to be reasonable and Ms.Renisha did an amazing job. Its worth the money and well satisfying :)

I got my hair cut and highlights done by Ms Manita. Really appreciate the work done and the hopitality received is mind blowing.staffs are friendly.will suggest this salon to all my acquaintance

Visited Lush Saloon after seeing this page in instagram, to color my hair. The staff there were very co-operative and made me comfortable. Kamwal attended me to hair my color. I did not want to bleach my hair, so I was a bit tensed beacause usually when I color my hair without bleach in other salons, it didn’t work. But even without using bleach, they colored as per my expectations and I am very happy with their service. I would recommend anyone this salon

I did protein treatment there. They said to wash hair after one day. And i did it as they recommended with sulfate free shampoo. My hair went from straight to wavy after the wash. And i went back there. So they did it again for me. And they said,it may bcz of shampoo i used. But again each time when i wash, the hair is looking more wavy. Not at all impressed.

This place is really good and worth the price!!They treat their customers really well.Highly recommend.

Me and my sister had done pedicure at lush salon and it was a really sweet experience! The staffs were so caring and gentle; Iram was the staff who had done pedi on me and she was so kind and did my pedi really well. I highly recommend this salon and to mention the facilities provided in the salon are highly commendable when compared to other salons.

Asked them basic details of products that they use for their protein treatment and they kept changing topic without answering the question. So I kept asking again and finally they said sorry, we cant tell you!!! Told me to first visit, unbelievable.Why would I waste my time and visit for a treatment they dont even want to tell me about? Why would anyone even trust a saloon that cant even give information about their treatments?!

It was my first time visiting Lush Saloon and I am really happy with my hair. I done keratin treatment, hair cut, manicure pedicure, eyebrows threading and face polishing and waxing.I am so impressed with the service at affordable prices. The all staffs are so professional, polite and very attentive. The staffs understood my need and handled everything very carefully ❤️ and they did a great job.The saloon itself a huge and well maintained. The best saloon that I have visited in Dubai.I highly recommend my friends and family to go there and do beauty and hair services.

Worse salon experience ever in my life.1. Facial - shehnaz gold 200aed but finished in 30 mins (only because the steam was skipped on my request) I dont think steam is given for half an hour. She kept on hurting my ear (kinda new ear peircing and the staff was informed in advance)2. Nails ---only the nepali girl who did my pedicure was good. Only One staff in the salon who knows her work. Pedicure good. One star that I gave is only for pedicure.Manicure - I asked for gelish nail paint but two of my nails were broken whr I wanted extensions,was refused and they put glue which I know wont stay for more than 2-3 days but anyways i just wanted to finish. Nail paint bubbles were forming and the girl was trying to avoid had to ask her to correct the nail paint which she cudn.I asked for a baby pink nail paint color which is very basic but they didnt have.The manicure girl looked hard working but very unhappy. Looked liked she was being bullied by the other girls and she kept making mistakes.3. Asked for hot oil massage and had informed the girl about my new ear piercing(at the time of facial ALSO) and asked her to not touch my ears but she kept on forgetting throughout the whole facial process as well.While she was tying my hair only even before the head massage started ,the girl hurt my ears thrice and every time she said oh its keeps slipping my mind. When I told her cancel the massage,she said ok no problem and walked away no apologies what so ever.4. Face threading - once done,they didnt have anything to apply on my face. I had to ask for some serum or face cream,the girls started looking around and came back with rose water.Ok fine no problem. I asked again for a face cream,she came back with a sunscreen. Ok fine I just didnt want to go out without applying anything on my face. She applied the cheap sunscreen,I looked in the mirror my face is white casted. I asked again for a face oil or serum as I cannot go out like this.i have meeting to attend. Another lady came back with a cleansing lotion. Seriously....And when questioned,she informed me that this amazing brands cleansing milk can be used as a face lotion as well its 2 in 1. I had lost all my patience till then didnt want to argue so applied which made my sunscreen white casted face worse.Had to wash my face in the toilet. And again refusal for a face cream apparently they dont have any.Had to leave the salon without putting anything on my face.5. Total payment over 500 aed for the worse salon services ever and still refused to give me credit card receipt. The lady at counter told me the machine only prints one copy and they have to keep it. Its 2024 and v use cards every whr and shes giving my this illiterate excuse to not give me receipt.6. No wifi in the salon - when asked for password,I was informed that the owner doesnt want to put wifi in the salon and I understand why because the owner knows that her staff will only be busy using the free wifi and not work even this much.7. Data - this place only covers 2g to 3g max, ( g doesnt work in all area in the salon.8. No toilet papersFinally - never again.I wrote the comments mainly for the owner of the salon as I shows a lot of money has been spent on the equipments but the services specifically customer service is minus.

I did hydrafacial from lush..ms.arathi did it for me. one of their staff. She was very friendly and she did it very well.i could see a great change on my face.and also a glow and my face has become soft and shiny.She did the facial massages so good.

The owner Jeena is truly impressive where she gets involved in every customers requirement personally. Rarely we see such saloons where owners gets personally involved.Now I am their regular customer for all services. I simply loved their massage, facial, hair treatments. My first experience was good, but I’d booked a facial and when I reached they said they were too busy with Eid appointments, reluctantly they agreed and inspite of telling them they did a hurried job, requested for removal of nail polish and again they said not possible and quite rudely, I walked out, very unprofessional

Overall its good. But Everytime waxing , I have worst experience. Suffered a lot when once my skin has peeled off. Was painful for a week. This rating is one and only for waxing.. For others all I would definitely give 4 star. Especially hair styling and eyebrows are too good.

I recently visited LUSH salon for hair cut, treatment and highlights. Was very skeptical at the beginning as I am a person who always get anything related to my hair done only from India. Did keratin treatment which didnt last for more than a month. Even after paying the premium amount they asked for..Later I Went for hair cut, the lady chopped more than half of my hair... kept on cutting more than what i asked her to cut.I dont know where to make a reply on your reply, i did not demand a free wash. I was surprised to get charged 95aed for a silly haircut.. and keratin lasts for 4 5 months atleast. Its not even 6 months for my keratin. Please do your calculations.

Budget friendly saloon. Paid Parking is available infront of Saloon. Cafeteria, Grocery shop, Perumal flower shop is walkable distance from saloon.

I tried blow dry and facial. Facial was fine. But blow dry was good at once they did and it got same like old hair within 1 hr. I had a function in evening and didnt came out well. Im not satisfied

Hygienic salon probably, but not understanding customers demands. The hair color they did for me wasnt what i asked for. Despite fixing it for second time it wasnt the same. So spend ur money wisely.
