I can say it’s nice salon to make few things fine at the same time.Location is very convenient — It was a bit mess with the location tag they have sent to me, but I found it.👍It’s free parking there in the same buildingFriendly stuff, I was waiting maybe few minutes only Until girls and place were ready for me. It’s bright and clean space, also comfortable chairs.Girls are really quick with the service and good with the results. Every step — they were checking if all fine, if the shape is the same as I want and etc.Coffee and water were served ✨Happy with manicure and pedicure, could suggest this place for my friend.I don’t know if they do some designs, as I’ve done just gelish with 1 colour, so if you would like to come, better to check before.

I visited this salon hoping for a better experience after previously receiving subpar service. I am a customer for three years. However, when I politely mentioned my concerns about my last visit, I was shocked to be refused service altogether.Instead of addressing my feedback constructively or trying to make things right, the staff chose to dismiss me as a customer entirely. This response felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely out of line for a service-based business.Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy, especially when providing honest feedback meant to help the business improve. I would caution anyone considering this salon—poor service is one thing, but refusing service for voicing concerns is unacceptable.Does this align with what you’d like to say? I had bad experience here today from AGIRO and NARA.AGIRO, The person who did my nails pressed too hard on my left hand, even after I asked for a gentler touch on my right hand. After drilled my nails, I found many ruined nails on my left hand. I also ended up with blood – one while cutting my skin near my nail and the other while removing cuticles. But AGIRO didn’t say sorry or any words to me. What bothered me more was that there were two spots from my previous nail color still on my nail.When I asked about it, AGIRO said it didnt matter and if she remove it I will feel pain, so not trying to remove it. I was disappointed with the response. It seems the salon likes to put double layers of previous nail polish and new polish together.To make things better, I asked if I could have a different person do my nails and talked to the manager.Nara was the technician in chaged of pedicure. She didnt inquire about my preferred nail shape and length; she proceeded without asking. Even when presenting the gel polish color chart, she placed it upper part while I was getting nail service. It felt like she just wanted to rush through the job. Immediately after finishing, she left without any words.Additionally, they only can do nail a color from the chart. they cannot create new colors by mixing two shades. Furthermore, they seemed unsure about shape between a round and square. I hope they take some classes from basic.I hope my feedback helps them improve their service.

Such a clean and welcoming salon. I have been going there for at least two years. The owner is always there which also adds a sense of quality and that the business is taken care of. You can see it in small details like fresh flowers, tasty tea and treats.

This is hands down the BEST nail salon not just in Dubai, but probably in the world.The ladies are extremely professional, their attention to detail is incredible, and they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is absolutely perfect (cuticules, shape, layers,..).The entire first week the manicure looks as if you have just walked out of the salon, and overall it lasts about twice as long as from other studios.I cannot recommend this place enough. I refuse to go anywhere else.Plus they are very polite and always compliment you on the final result 😊

Amazing professional service to say the least. Had the best nails experience , given my brittle , short uneven nails .. which turned into very classy, nice and red.To top this experience up, they showed a compassionate and human face when I suddenly had a death incident in the family right after having a gel red nail polish .. went back to them. They were all so friendly, not judgmental, and offered options to change the color and didn’t even overcharge me. If you are looking for an amazing, quality service and top technicians this is the place to go to.

This was was my first time at this salon. I absolutely lived the way they did my nails. My nail technician Sahira was brilliant. In my entire 12 years in Dubai, my nails have never looked this fabulous. The lighting when I took this pic does not do justice but they actually look amazing.

If youre in search of the best nail salon in Dubai, Luxio is the place to go. After trying out many different salons in the city, I can confidently say that Luxio is THE BEST. Their technicians are incredibly talented and pay close attention to detail, ensuring that every nail is perfect. Ive never had such long-lasting mani/pedi before.

Literally NOBODY can beat these ladies for Russian nails. The owner takes such care in ensuring her business never disappoints. Love her. The service managers are very efficient and helpful. Aside from the skills of the technicians, it’s the little things like phone chargers, and always ensuring they have the latest colours from Luxio that make them the best.

The place is very beautiful, clean with many experienced hands and great products. They accommodate my needs every time. Their work is professional. Cleanness is perfect and they do offer you nice coffee too.

I never thought I had to write this during my last visit I was treated like I was slave in salon, I was told that I can’t do manicure designs the work which was done has also gave me many cuts on my cuticles, never the less the attitude of some of the girls is very rude and now when I have been tryin book for services no one has reverted in a very long time.( I’m talking literally days) I don’t suggest any one to visit this salon as more then service you want to be treated respectfully and I’m almost 8 months pregnant and have been treated with ignorant attitude. If there was less then 1 start I would give that. NEVER EXPECTED THIS.

I am extremely picky and difficult, so I chose to go with one of their top masters and ended up having the best manicure of my life - everything was perfect, professional, quick, and exactly what I asked for. Also, they were very understanding about me having to reschedule my appointment last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances. Definitely a very happy customer - thank you!

I had the worst experience at this salon. As I booked myself for one specific master and when I came to salon they told me I have another nail technician and they just changed it without informing me. this unpleasant old Caucasian lady (owner) didn’t even bothered that this was unacceptable and if they made changes in my booking they should inform me. She said they change technicians as they please. She also claimed I was recording her and she behaved like crazy and very rude. I don’t recommend to go there as YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PROPER SERVICE. Also salon is very small and doesn’t have nice ambiance.

Perfect Russian nails done by Ella. I have very short nail as I like to bite my nail , but she did an amazing job with my short nail. It was also fast, she finished around 1hour.I was hesitated when I see the mixed reviews, but I personally had a good experience.

8 years in Dubai and trying different saloons, but I never had this amazing manicure. They def won me as a customer for life.Asel did an excellent job and she really understood my nails.What I loved more is that everytime she did something she let me know before she do it and advised me the best.

Avoid. They’re only nice to you when you’re able to make it. Try to miss 1 appointment you get calls asking why and where and how? LolUsed to come here for a year and could not make it on 2/3 occasions due to circumstances and cancelled within the time frame given.Wanted to rebook but was told they cannot book for me unless I attend? How is that even possible? The receptionist is ridiculously rude and expect to be blocked off their Instagram page run by the same receptionist haha. It’s a shame because the owner is absolutely lovely. Having read the bad reviews it’s quite evident and a shame that the receptionist is 90% to blame for them all. It’s also a shame you’ve lost a loyal customer of one year. You should look after your customers in the future because Dubai is full of competitive nail salons. Wish the owner could see the issue here.

The attitude of Anasthasia definitely unprofessional. the last 2 times product didn’t dry.. they offered free repeat but it’s still a waste of another 2 hours .. add that they have damaged my thumb nails due to over buffing and refused to take responsibility and fix it.. blocked my number and refused to give appointment.If I had time to waste on this place I would definitely raise to consumer rights.I am glad I found a place to fix the nails they damaged and happy again.Not recommended , not professional, don’t take responsibility for their work, staff have bad attitude and manners so does the manager .

Yesterday i had a refill and pedicure here, this isn’t my first time coming, however i wont be returning after being disrespected to this extent. I had asked for french on my hands and toes, the technician who did my french on my toes kept messing it up, making one thicker one thinner and uneven, I politely asked her if she can make it even and she blamed it on me saying oh your nail shape is different, this isn’t my first time doing french for my feet so i know it can look even. She just kept blaming it on me eventually she told me herself “i cant do french” so i asked her “if it’s difficult for you to do it, can you please ask someone else to do the french”. She slammed her brush on the table and walked away with a huge attitude, i don’t understand its not like i told her something rude or yelled at her, then the receptionist came i complained to her about this, and she told me to speak quietly while i wasn’t screaming i was just explaining it to her over the loud music, she didn’t apologise for their technician disrespecting me. The lady doing my hands saw the whole thing and told me what she did was wrong. And at the end they told me “oh we dont have enough time to do a scrub, theres another client waiting, we’ll deduct the scrub from your total since your time is over” if i pay for a pedicure i would expect a full pedicure, how is my fault that the technician took extremely long to do french. They gave me an inexperienced pedicure technician that couldn’t manage to complete french, gave me the worst attitude, i was disrespected, and they refused to do the scrubbing. Its my first time in Dubai I’ve been approached with a horrible attitude like this from salon staff.

After I wrote my feedback below, this salon instead of trying to solve the issue they told me that I am picky and didn’t want me to book again so I would like to say thank you for that because I found a much better and more professional salon where I can really relax with more comfortable & friendly environment and much higher quality in the end these are my nails and I have the right to ask and comment how they should look like:”I would like to share my experience at luxio nail salon, the technician Shaiira who did my manicure didn’t take my comments into consideration regarding the shape I wanted and somehow she was in a hurry maybe because she didn’t try to fix them properly. So I don’t recommend any customer to book with her in the future if you care about your nails”

Cons- machine pedicure doesnt do much to the feet, skin still feels hard the next day, foot scrub wasnt used.- I dont find it right to threaten customers by reminding them if they cancel next time they will deduct money. i dont think such fraud is allowed in UAE if its reported to the police.- Receptionist should be more welcoming and SMILE :)- limited to one colour palette, on their IG page you can find chrome colours etc.Pros- staff ask if customer was satisfied with the services and if there are comments .- quick service and do a well job

Usually i come and the ladies doing my nails they are very nice but there is something i should mention the lady on the ReC her name is anastasia really attacking not professional last she got upset that i ask her the question again today i called i request her to give the phone to the other lady on REC because really i dont want to deal with her Her answer was Impossible to talk to the honer even i told her i did not request to talk to the honer honestly its not a good image really she alwaysmaking me feels bad🤬

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I have been to luxio salon several times my colleague introduced me to this gorgeous salon and i was like wow..the best thing ever. .after a couple of sessions i begun to feel really uncomfortable as the beautician were constantly giggling while speaking in their own language being the african nationality who happens to probably be the one frequently visiting this salon..i decided to let it slip.the last i visited luxio i was told that my toe nails has got disease and therefore they couldnt go ahead with the nail polish..ALAS!!I wasshocked since i havedone my pedicure here several times and i have never heard of this..moving forward after my session i was handed over the credits card machine n toldto pay 650 both for hands n nails..n that was it..no thank you no bye...haaahaa and i was like hi n bye to meself but you wont see me again.i work in hospitality industry and i remember each time recommending this salon to atleast 7 ladies per day.its such a beautiful place but the receptionist is atotal let down n bcoz of that am taking my clients with me elsewhere

Extremely disappointed! I got a full set of extensions for 450My nails chipped from the next day!I shared photos with them and then I came few days later for them to repair they charged me again! And they didn’t inform me, they told me after I finished!!

Unprofessional attitude of staff and receptionist who is the owner .This shop needsSerious looking into their work, caused damage to my nails and I didn’t report it thinking they are professional and will take responsibility and fix it, instead they blocked my number and refused to give app..even the times before the product didn’t dry.They have serious issues that they need to work on, someone must report them, I sure wish I did !

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Worst salon I dealt with. I used their services few times and after I said once that glitter fell off from the nails 2nd day, they argued thats not their fault and every next time I requested to book, they said they are fully booked even I didnt specify when I need booking. Friend of mine is booked same day what clearly showed they are intentionally avoiding clients who they made issues to and client asked for it to be repaired.

But recently the administrator, a blonde Russian girl from Kazakhstan, behaved incorrectly, I would even say inappropriately. Do you know what the admins reaction was? After listening to my 300 apologies, she simply hung up. As I understand it, she was upset - but I’m not a random client, I brought my entire team to them and was a kind of advertisement, recommending only them. She just hung up and won’t answer anything even for the sake of decency. I myself work in the reservations department, this is the first time I’ve seen someone hang up the phone so rudely without saying a word. And there are quite a few such stories, half of my colleagues no longer go to the salon only because of her, her incompetent attitude towards clients who pay a lot of money for extensions, manicures and pedicures. I would write a comment on Instagram, but the admin girl runs Instagram and it’s unlikely that the salon owners will see it. Disgusting administrator! When I visited them for the first time, they painted my nails with a very thick layer, they turned out like bubble nails. Also, master Anastasia could not cover her nails properly, so she freaked out and screamed at her colleagues. In general, the atmosphere is not pleasant. But still, I decided to come again and this time the admin signed me up for some incomprehensible time, although they agreed on something completely different and when I arrived to them, she also started yelling at me!
