I had a buccal facial massage. It was very painful and u pleasant. The inside of my gums were bleeding by the time I was home. Woke up the next day with tears and ulcers in my mouth because she was so rough. I would not go back.

I booked for facial with Machka after several enquires.They suggested heavenly facial, but its not worth for the money you pay, no results,not satisfied with the facial. Facial was below average may be the products they use is costlier but the procedure is not worth for the money. Over rated and Over priced.May be tou see results after 3,4 sessionsBut single session is very expensive and no results.

It was my first time visit to the salon to avail the hair treatment offers and the result is def a 5 star. Suhair is so informative with hair and is able to advise the right treatment after assessing the hair. She explained well the differences and suggested the best that suits my hair and the result was truly amazing. While the normal pricing is slightly pricey for me, it is still recommended given the staff are well trained and knowledgeable. The salon has various facilities and the staff are super friendly.

I had the slimming massage treatment (home service) and it was amazing although the treatment was painful, Mary the therapist was absolutely amazing. She is honestly one of the best therapist I have come across on the beauty industry.

I did the lymphatic drainage massage with Ms. Fatima and it was just amazing!! Looking forward to how it impacts in the coming days.But I’m here to talk about the bad head massage I had today, for 30 mins for 150 dhs without any oils or hair wash. The lady did it for 20-25 mins and it didn’t feel like a massage. Just very disappointed that I had to leave a review if it helps someone.

Joined the Hypoxi programme with a fair bit of skepticism, after being recommended by a UK Size 6 gym buddy, who had shed 2 dress sizes in a few weeks. 9 sessions later, gotta admit Laurice is a magician with her combination of slimming massage and Hypoxi Vacunaut therapy. Muffin top is almost invisible already and I still have 3 classes to go! convenient, especially for those of us who cant budge the pounds from certain parts of our anatomy!! She is so knowledgeable about lymphatic drainage and how to reap the benefits. Plus, she has extensive experience having been practicing for over 20 years. As a post-re-constructive breast surgery, cancer patient, I felt very safe and cared for in her hands. I would highly recommend her!

I love facials and have been getting them for years in multiple different countries. The specialty facials that Sara offers are the best I have ever received. After a lymphatic drainage facial with Sara I can see immediate improvement including decreased edema, improved skin texture and hydration. I love getting facials from Sara not only because of the good effects but because she has such a positive attitude towards her clients. Reading the above review is entirely not applicable to my experience with Machka and with Sarah specifically after more than 6 years with different services at Machka and 36 lymphatic drainage massage sessions, says it all, as I wouldnt have been so loyal if it wasn’t for the amazing service by Sarah specifically and the amazing effects of lymphatic drainage!!! It’s very harsh to rate so negatively and with such detail from 1 session when probably a complaint to the manager that day would have solved the issues! I have left my name (as all the reviewers should :) I am certainly not an influencer and got a consistently continuous great service! Sarah always took the time to understand my needs, my body condition and shared so many advices about how to improve my health and add healthy habits! Thank you Sarah!! ♥️

Ever since entering my second trimester, I have been coming to Mary for the prenatal massages twice a week. I look forward to them each time, because Mary takes such good care of me. I know that even my baby loves her, as he always kicks and moves throughout the massage. I have seen an improvement in my cellulite and a slimming effect in my legs and arms. Honestly, I came to know the salon because of marj- I follow her everywhere she goes!! Always making me feel x10 prettier with her perfect application of lashes.Lashes feel so light on the eye, and long lasting which is crucial to me since my lifestyle includes lots of water activities.Now, if Marj is unavailable, I never get my lashes done anywhere elseAlso, the salon reception is in sync with schedules of the technicians which was reflected through how flexible/agile they are in appointments. Ive been coming to this place that offers a wide variety of services for years now. But by far, the best thing I now return to regularly is my eyelash extension refills and new sets with Precious. Shes just so careful and good at what she does. My lashes stay healthy throughout and the extensions last!

I did my hair color and blowdry with Sarah Salahat the hairstylist and Im extremely happy with the results! Would definitely recommend paying her a visit. Ive been going to Machka to do hair botox for the last couple of years. Soheir is the one who recommended it for my hair type. The patience and the professionalism of Soheir is really something else. Her honesty in not recommending another more expensive form of hair treatment, especially when I told her I have no idea which one should I go with is amazing. She always takes the time to do a great job, even if it exceeds the usual time slot for that treatment. Ive been recommending her to so many of my friends, especially when they saw how wonderful I look.

My experience in Machka:I started 104,3 kg on 1st March and I am now 101,6 kg total 2,7 kg in 2 weeks.My diet is very clean and I am consistent.I got 2 therapists Amina and Sara and they did an amazing job on my body with the slimming massage which I highly recommend combined with Hypoxix if you want effective results.Laurice will be your coach and will follow you !! And she is a great support !! Suhair has been doing my hair for a few years now and she’s by far the best hair stylist I’ve experienced. She never fails to do a perfect job as well as being very friendly while doing so!NOTE: hair washing stations need to be fixed. Very painful for the neck even for a few minutes. Raised the issue many times with staff but nothing has changed!!!

I came to know the facility because my friend referred me. And started my journey last October 3. With less than a month (October 3-31) I cannot believe that I literally lost 8kg of my birth weight which was like 9months ago. I signed up for the Hypoxi and Vacunuat with Laurice and was surprised by the results. In just 11 sessions I managed to lose 8kgs and a total circumference of 76.3cm. I had my nails done with Albina. I have honestly never had such a meticulously done Manicure. She used so many different things on my nails, and initially I was skeptical but she is a perfectionist. I usually dont go to fancy salons for nails but thats going to change. I got a chrome and light blue finish and its probably the best manicure Ive received until now. Sarah Salahat did my hair and she was very professional and did a great job! Ill come back!

I’ve tried a lot of anti cellulite and slimming massages, but this place anti cellulite massage is on another level. They use Madero therapy which contains a lot of wooden tools that are PAINFUL (like seriously painful) but you leave with at-least few inches down and noticeably different kind of skin.

Grace and Laurice have been so amazing Ive literally gone from a round mms balloon to an hour glass shape within two months of using hypoxi training and slimming massage, but for height Ill be wearing small vacuum suit by now. This is saying a lot because 1st session I wore an XL vacuum suit and now i wear a medium that is too big for me. Grace has got magical iron hands that is sure to break d worst kind of cellulite. A very successful experience with Machka, very professional staff and well organized. Hypoxi, slimming message, and great guidance and support from Laurice helped me loose 9.5 kg and 73.2 cm in one month. I decided to continue the adventure for another month.

I have very mixed feelings about this place, the place is unique in the services they provide which makes it stand out ( eg: body shaping, hypoxy etc..) . Been there already twice and i have to admit the lady who did my hair extensions was very nice and thorough with her work; however, I believe the manager is a little bit over board; the first time ive been there for a consultation , I ended up loving the extensions and requested to have them put immediately; the manager apparently had an issue with that claiming it was only a consultation and fixing would take time, noting that I did spend a good amount of money on the service.The second time I came back to fix my extensions, for some reason it took the lady 3 hours to fulfill the job, I have to admit she was working alone, and it is a big job ! Again, the manager kept on checking every 15 minutes complaining how this is taking too much time and explained to her staff in their language (which I got to understand) that the next time she should come on a weekend as this is consuming the staffs time, considering that I have BOOKED an appointment and they were AWARE what service I was doing and I am PAYING for this service ! Ive noticed she behaves differently with regular customers, so Im not sure how does she expect to retain customers if they dont feel comfortable enough.Bottom line, service was nice, would I visit again? No! Id rather feel welcomed and taken care of at a place where my money is well spent as opposed to hearing complaints the whole time :)

Got hair kertain done, my hair was yanked around and flat ironed to an extreme. Really disappointed with the quality of staff and service. The nail technician was arguing with my hair technician that the keratin is smelling and bothering her and her client. Now please tell me why on earth is the nail technicians tables in the middle of the hair room? Anyways, the price was over a 1000 dhs for my shoulder length hair and the salons opposite them do keratin same brand for 500-600 dhs my mistake for not scouting the area.

Whatever I say can’t do justice to Machka. This place has become a second home, and honestly I don’t think I’ll ever give it up. Amazing staff! Each and everyone of them! And lets not forget about how I really saw a huge transformation in my physical appearance from the Slimming massage and the Vacunaut.

If i could give you less than one star i would. Staff NOT trained on installing tape in hair extensions, mine completely look BAD!!!!!!!!! First time installing them and after i had them in i wasnt satisifed with how they looked so i went to see an expert at huge salon ( which i wish i went since i ended up paying the same price) and she told me immediatlt they are Installed INCORRECTLY and i had to pay ALOT.Not to mention the stylist who did my hair had to have the manager help her in telling her WHERE to put the extensions! Ommg i hate this experience soooooo much. Waste of my money but atleast i can still reinstall them somewhere else for lessI do NOT recommend this place
