Ive been using MAS Salon for my nails for over a year now, and I couldnt be happier with their service. The durability of my nails from MAS Salon is unmatched compared to other places Ive tried. Hazel is my darling and always makes my nails the prettiest. I recommend this salon without hesitation!

I recently got a Gelish manicure from them, and while the initial results looked great, the polish started peeling off on the third day. Im unsure if the issue was due to the quality of the nail polish or the application, but either way, it should be the salon’s responsibility. I messaged the lady who handles WhatsApp and calls; she asked me to come in, and we tried to arrange a time, but it didn’t work out.As someone with a busy schedule, I don’t have time to go back and spend another 2-3 hours fixing this. That’s why I booked an appointment in the first place—if the job wasn’t done well, it’s not my fault. When I didn’t show up, they didn’t follow up or even check if I wanted to reschedule to fix the issue.The salon itself is cramped, with up to 8 chairs squeezed into a small area, and I paid 100 AED for a manicure that didn’t last even three days. My point is that once a business establishes a good reputation, it shouldn’t compromise on customer service, especially for new clients. A follow-up would have shown they value their customers.

This has been a horrible experience. The lady at the reception was not helpful. I dont have an appointment however my friend had. I asked her about the price and what we can do. I literally asked suggestions. But I didnt get any good answer from her. So obviously if you are a walk in guest, they will make you sit there till you leave.I didnt do my nails. My friend went in and I waited. Literally 2 hours and her nails werent done yet. 2HOURS TO DO NAILS. Either the lady who did her nails was new or unprofessional... I asked her how long will she take. She ignored me!! Rude!!I had to go to the reception to rush her up. .. this is my first and last time to this place. I dont recommend. Even if you have booking, your time will be wasted waiting your turn.After I left my friend, she told me they asked her to make me remove this review. They harassing customers who leaves them bad reviews. And this should be investigated.

The nail lady cut all my cuticles so much that almost every nail had little bits of blood and also was stinging when I went to go wash my hands with just water. I don’t recommend. They also tried to refuse me a refund when I asked as my hands could get infected. They also didn’t have the glitter colour I wanted and it was a simple gold.

First time doing a French mani, and I love it! Hazel did it very quickly but also super neat!Just set your expectations as its just a small place and it seems packed all the time (I waited around 15 mins even with a booking) as its on the more affordable side and they do any design.Will surely be booking again. 👌🏽

Ive never been more in love with my nails, the shape is perfect with clean edges and the cleanest French. The flower design is literally so detailed and the ombré is also so so good. To say lm in love is an understatement and the prices are so reasonable and def worth it, 100% my go to nail salon from now on. Hazel was my nail tech and I love how much care she put into my nails and how precise she was. She was also so sweet I’ll always come to her!! 1st image is what I asked for 2nd is my hand💕

I came to this salon as a new client because I’d heard good things, but honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype. The experience was disappointing from the start.The space is cramped, the ventilation is bad, and they don’t seem to value your time at all. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes even though I had an appointment.While their prices are reasonable, and the marketing is appealing, it’s not worth spending hours in an uncomfortable space. I’d recommend finding a salon that respects your appointments and offers a better overall experience.

Jojo provided a very good service. This is my second time visiting and I will come again. Many people gave me compliments about my nails. Jojo is also very friendly!

I’m a regular here, get my nails done with Thuy.She’s very good.I always do mani/pedi.The only annoying thing is there’s often a delay or confusion with booking. Or you’ll get feet done separately to hands. Best to go when you’re not rushed for timeMy nails last long and always look prettyI get them refilled every 3 weeks. I’m very particular when it comes to nails and I’ve been a loyal customer now for the past few months maybe half a yearDefinitely recommend

I couldn’t even stay in this salon for their services, because the place is very small, but full of chairs which have not even 20cm distance between each other. Inside was very hot and the smell was unbearable. So I left without manicure.Also it was hard to find someone in charge of reception. Nobody was giving attention to a new customer. I was standing at the entrance for few minutes without any notice.

As much as i love their work, this salon does not take your time seriously. i have been coming here for the past few months and it really is sad to say but their service is getting worse as time passes.service, size of place, ventilation, cleanliness, quality of work, time-sensibility; respectfully, this salon needs improvement in every aspect.sure, the prices and the marketing are great, but unless you have no other pending appointments and are willing to stay up to 4 hours in a crammed space with bad ventilation, i would suggest going to another place that honours your appointments, has an actual waiting area, and offers better service.

Im starting to see myself being a regular here! Great nail service and accommodating. Kusha did my nails and she is amazing in doing the nails! Only downside is took some time but it was great because they aren’t just rushing to finish off the job. Kusha is meticulous and make sure that my nails are perfect . I had a Gelish manicure. 🤩 Def she nailed it! Coming back soon!

The salon lack professionalism, my cuticles bled, lack of time arrangement regarding appointments. Such a messy salon and so chaos. The salon is cramped and overcrowded.During my previous visit, the nail technician was unprofessional and ended up cutting my cuticles, causing them to bleed. On top of that, I recently returned because three of my nails fell off, which has never happened with the sets I used to get before.To make matters worse, despite being given a 7:00 PM appointment, I arrived at 7:05 PM and no one was available to assist me. This lack of time commitment and decline in service quality is very disappointing. I hope the salon addresses these issues promptly to regain the trust of loyal customers like myself.

I’ve been a client of Mas Beauty for over a year now and I am very happy with Thuy’s service. She is very polite, professional and sweet, and provide great work.

Got nail extensions but they were very lifted and the technique and nail art was sloppy but since their instagram had good nail art, I messaged them to explain my concerns and they invited me to get it fixed for free. When I got to the salon I waited over an hour with 2 staffs who questioned me and made me feel like I was trying to get a free redo even though I was invited. They also sat customers who came after me while trying to avoid me. Made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. I left and they messaged me to come back after I had already reached the next salon. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they dropped it.

I went here based on the amazing videos on their IG, but it ended up being the worst manicure I ever got. The African lady who did my nails made 3 of them bleed, didn’t apologize, and literally put isopropyl alcohol on them which made them burn and then painted over it!! She filed my nails so short even after I told her not to, the gel coat was so thick, and she had to redo like 4 nails. Staff is not experienced or professional whatsoever. And less than 24 hours later my nails started chipping.

Terrible experience at this salon. Booked an appointment for 5pm, drove all the way from business bay. Was quite early so didn’t mind waiting. Was promised hands and feet will be done at same time. At 5:35pm the nail technician only becomes available, and then they said toes will be done after nails, which is not what was agreed. The person at reception was so rude, didn’t listen and just said I need to go sit down and she will see when pedicure lady becomes available. I couldn’t be late for my event, hence, why I booked, and then still couldn’t get my treatments done. Would not recommend this place at all! Highly disappointed?

I came with my bestfriend to try this new nail beauty salon, and it was MARVELOUS. I’m so so glad we found this place, a very heartwarming welcoming and cheerful staff, their work and art was neatly done🥰 I definitely recommend it, Kali was the one who did my manicure and acrylic nais design, I would call her the epitome of warmth and skill at the nail design salon. For my pedicure it was Twee, her gentle demeanor and meticulous attention to detail transform my experience into a pampering session.

I sent them a picture of my nails to book with the same nail tech and they posted without permission. i then booked with hazel and drove an hour from sharjah to dubai for my appointment and when i got to the salon, i was told to wait because there’s 2 clients ahead of me booked with hazel. i asked how long i should wait and was ignored so i left. this is my 7th time visiting the salon and every single appointment i made was delayed by MINIMUM 30 mins if not an hour. everytime i go there’s always at least 2 clients complaining about this issue. i don’t fully blame the lady who told me to wait because she’s not the manager and didn’t book my appointment but the manager should’ve been there to keep up with the work and the clients. this was so unprofessional.

Very bad service, I had an appointment today at 11am, I arrived to my appointment and when I checked my WhatsApp they had texted to me from the salon 20 minutes before, I didnt respond because I was driving there, and since I did not respond they canceled my appointment, I text to the girl telling her, here I am and she never responded. The girl who assists me, I explained and she only said text to WhatsApp because you do not show up for appointments, I waited 30 minutes and they never responded to me, and according to the girl at the salon she could not do anything. I left and no one cared. I wrote to her on WhatsApp very bad service and she immediately responded to me, I am trying to assign someone, I only responded: you finally answers, after 30 minutes waiting. Do not go there if you do not want to waste your time.I tried to change my appointment yesterday, for today at 10 am, and I never received a response, I assumed that they had left me the 11 am appointment that had been assigned. I have the proof photos. Very bad service.

I called them and booked for both my hand and feet for 18:00. At 17:30 they called and said you should come at 19:00. I was there at 19:00 they started to do my nails at 19:30 and at 21:20 when my hands finished they refuse to do my feet. They are awful and irresponsible. Ill never go there ever again. Shame!!!!

My nails turned out really great, Hazel was my nail technician and she so accommodating on my request a really nice lady. Their receptionist is really friendly too. I would definitely come back.

Nails are fine and yes it’s a good price but there are several issues.1. They over book the salon so you either have to sit and wait for hours after your scheduled appointment or they move your appointment same day (and you still have to go and wait)2. Cuticle work is HORRIBLE they butcher your fingers and then proceed to spray them with alcohol and apply nail primer which is both painful and dangerous not to mention the tools they use are sanitized over and over again but are rusting.3. They do this thing where they pass you off to one person then make you get up and move to someone else (they say that their client is here) but this happens after you’ve already waited for an hour past your appointment and you think you finally get to start4. A FILL takes FOUR HOURS. I’ve been getting my nails done for years from long acrylics to even long gel with forms instead of tips and a full set with very intricate and complicated design has never taken me longer than 2 hours so 4 hours for a simple fill and French tip is insane.Overall stay clear, the prices may be appealing but it’s definitely not worth the amount of time and energy that it takes.

A five star for Malon, best nail technician. 💖——————A three start for their management.Always overbooked and you never start at your booked time.Overcrowded in very small place. They will ask you to sit anywhere and get your nails done.

The worst place ever, they dont respect customers or time! My appointment was for 5:00 pm, they made me wait outside the salon until 5:30 pm, and I arrived before the appointed time as well so that I wouldnt be late, and they didnt apologize for their horrible behavior, the salon was very crowded, I dont know why they receive this number of people and give appointments beyond their capacity, last visit ever and I do not recommend them at all 👎🏻

Honestly, this is the best salon I’ve ever been to the staff there are incredibly nice and their service are amazing and the talent these nail technicians have are amazing mashallah. Go there if you have nothing else to do. Was my first and last. The appointments are not followed and the receptionist/incharge person has no clue how to manage. My appointment for two was at 1pm. We arrived at 12.45 and had to wait until 1.30 to start mani pedi. We left at 3.45 and my daughter didn’t even do the pedicure after 3 hrs. My daughter was recommended by her friends and she kept insisting I take her there. The organization is so pathetic.

Honestly an amazing salon and very rare to find in dubai they are amazing with nails they do whatever u want for such a fair price I gatekeep this from everyone but I honestly recommend it 100% they never disappoint

Worst salon ever! i don’t recommend coming here at all, the nail technicians and receptionist are so rude and so unprofessional, they had to redo my nails twice because it was so bad. they can’t follow simple instructions or even do simple designs. If the owner sees this, i recommend closing down your store because it’s a scam and the girls don’t know how to do the art that they broadcast on their instagram. Also, the place is small and dirty and should not be a place to do nails at all.

I had an emergency to remove my broken nail acrylics and one of the staff completely refused me (she was the only Indian staff there)It’s mentioned walk in available but it’s not true, walk ins are not available at all and even after I waited for more than an hour the Indian staff lady kept making sure that I don’t even get a spot to only remove. Dont know what was her issue.Even when the other staff tried squeezing me for having to wait more than an hour she kept telling her not to let me in. More than 5 clients with appointments came in and out.So if you’re not taking any walk ins please do not mislead customers with that information and it’s not professional and rude to give attitude to customers.Anyways I am never going back to suchEnvironment

Thuy and Marie are the best! Overall the nail artist that they have are pretty good but one thing they got a problem on how to manage the booking. 2 times i came with making appointments and even coming ontime i had to wait still for one hour and even more! And the third time i came, knew that would be waiting again is wven worst. To be honest, the previous lady on the receptionist part was so good and ive never had any problem. But since the new lady Faye in there, always mess and there you go,You need to be on the queue and waiting for more than an hr though you make the booking already. So booking is useless. 3 times coming every 20days but no changes, You got to fix this guys 🙁🙁

Tell me how someone books you an appointment for 10am when they know well they open at 11am 😭.This is not the first time I am waiting for 1 hour to get someone to attend to me yet I have an appointment.This is not acceptable honestly and someone may say why are you not changing the salon, well because the nail technicians are good.Please look into your booking because I was stranded outside a closed salon with 2 other ladies who also were saying they are facing the same challenge.

-I booked an appointment at 3 and it was moved to 4 but I understand as it’s busy.-When I texted with questions I did not get an answer till almost hours later-I was told I had to wait just 15 minutes but instead they made me wait over 2 hours so I had to leave, totally unacceptable-I was told every 30 minutes that a spot will open up for me but was then given to someone else who came after me-many other people had to wait many hours more aswell compared to their origional appointment-I complained to the receptionist that it’s unacceptable and she said it’s because they opened late. I understand it’s holiday and Eid and Ramadan but you should know how to handle customers and tell them you’re fully booked. Don’t accept people if you know you don’t have the time for them, it’s a waste of their time.

I’ve tried a few nail spas since I’ve arrived to Dubai in Feb 2023, and somehow always ended up going back to Mas Beauty. The manager is always very responsive via watsapp to get me appointment or provide resolution to my feedback. The staff was always willing to understand what I wanted before starting my service. Even once when my application was not done well and the gel polish raised up on the edge, they took my feedback and redid my application the very next day by a more experienced staff member. I would recommend this trying them out if you are close to Dubai Internet City.

A BIG NO!- The place is tiny, filled with the smell of chemicals- The receptionist confirms shes going to book an appointment for you on text - THEY MADE ME WAIT 1hour after I reached there. Highly unacceptable if you have a confirmed appointment.- They are not attentive at all!

Unprofessional, wasted my time, I will not come back I almost tripped cause the floors are dirty the chairs are dusty and my nails don’t look good. I asked for acrylics and gelish pedicure and I wanted 4-hand service they told me it would take 2hrs to get my service done. After 4hrs I only got my hands done 👎🏼

Not the best experience i’ve had with a nail salon… it took me from 1.05pm til 5.45pm for a short classic french tip, bare in mind i did not eat or drink before i went there thinking it would take the usual 2h or 3h AT MAX so I was very very tired and exhausted of sitting in that chair for so long and she kept cutting the nails when choosing a length it was very crooked and it was very time consuming and don’t get me wrong i get it can’t always be perfect but it was done crooked to more than 2 nails and you could see she rushed cutting them because not only was they crooked but they was all a different length and i had to correct it a lot but i would not complain in-front of everyone as i have social anxiety... Not to mention they was very unorganized, mid way through doing my nails one of the staff had to borrow the extension cord therefore leaving the woman doing my nails with no light or nail curing heater (i’m not sure what it’s called) for a long period of time.. Overall though the staff team was very lovely and helpful and made me feel very welcome and after the long hours i spent there the nails did not look as good as the ones on the website as they’re all different width and length, I just wasn’t happy with the service unfortunately.

The best nails in Barsha, I’ve been several times for nails and pedicure and they’re very professional, fast, and the experience is luxury at a great price. Especially for designs!!

All this time I THOUGHT I was getting good nails, but yesterday I actually experienced it!!! I had the most amazing gelish pedicure and acrylics. Reasonable prices and a very clean salon. A hidden gem you must experience!!!

I booked my appointment the day before, and then when I got there it was full and I had to wait over an hour to get my nails done… the receptionist kept telling us to wait 15 minutes and when the next one was done we could take their spots, but whenever someone was done she would give the psit to someone else that was waiting but us…

Ive been asked to pay 30aed extra for scrubbing feets over what Im paying for my pedicure. As far as I remember scrubbing was an essential part of full pedicure service. Not cool

My appointment was booked for 5pm and i have been waiting almost an hour for my nails. the receptionist is very unhelpful and is not telling me any information. even having a booking they are making me wait for an hour too get my nails done. many other people with bookings have been waiting for multiple hours.

What a bad experience let’s start when I got the the place they had me waiting for 40min then they applied a product on my nails that felt like they were burning, I was in that place for 4 hours and add to this that they applied permanent polish on my feet and at the next day I went to the beach and it had been completely removed, seriously what a bad place

The first time I had a bad experience with this salon and today is the second time. This is too much.The first case, I agreed in advance (several days before) that my nail would be repaired, exactly the same as it was. When I arrived at the salon, even in advance, they wrote to me that they couldn’t fix my nail at all, because they didn’t have exactly the same colors. So I left them without a nail.The second case, today, I arrived 20 minutes before the appointed time, they showed me my master (at least they didn’t screw up here), they asked for the appointment time, checked, clarified, and then I started to tense up and for good reason. My time has come at 12.00 and every 10 minutes (this is 30 minutes have passed) - “sorry” “soon”. I didnt wait any longer. The 3 women who came after me were already doing their nails in full swing. I explain that on my only day off I don’t want and can’t just sit and wait for “my” time to come, but I want to spend it with my daughter.Conclusion, it’s not a fact that they will do what you need even after discussing everything in advance and it’s not a fact that you will get there on time, even if you have an appointment first!
