This 5 star review is for CLEMENCE. She is the best hair stylist. So professional and sweet. She takes care of her clients and delivers best results. I only come to this salon for her. The pictures speak for themselves. My hair was dry and needed saving !!! We did the organic protein treatment and my hair feels and looks like silk ! 🥰

I went for a full hair makeover to Mashael after a series of disappointing haircolours at other salons and I was so happy with the result! Clemence worked her magic on my hair and gave me a beautiful blend of colour. Super happy and 100% recommend it!

Ann Rose did my nails beautifully yesterday for the winter season. I had a broken nail and she knew exactly what to do and found the best way to still make my nails look amazing!She was so sweet.

I went for eyebrows at Mashel parlour. The lady doing the eye brows took 45 minutes which typically will take 10-15 mins and still totally spoiled it. I had to instruct her multiple times to remove the hairs. She totally ruined the eyebrows shape and when I complained instead of apologies she continued to just stare at me without really understanding what has gone wrong. The place is not well lit and causes an unimaginable amount of time to get such a simple thing done. Please avoid going for any work done at that parlour it’s just waste of time and money.

Had a fantastic experience at this beauty salon! Firoja, my beautician, was incredibly skilled, professional, and attentive to every detail. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch beauty treatments. I got waxing done today from Firoza, she was such a lovely and experienced lady. Did not make me feel any pain at all. The saloon in general is very clean and hygenic, makes you feel welcomed. Very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend anyone. :)

I had mani pedi combo… my pedicure got ruined in sneakers (it was completely dry , 24 hours had passed) ! My manicure also didn’t last 2 days … I would put photos but it is so embarrassing for me so I won’t … the nail polish was horrible quality…

Had a haircut here yesterday. It was my first time and was amazing experience indeed! My hairdresser clearly knows what she’s doing. They check your temperature, sprays on your shoes and let you sanitize your hands before getting services.✔️Neat and tidy salon, they use disposable towels.✔️friendly staff✔️Affordable compared to other salons around Tecom.

One the best salon in Dubai. I am writing this review after multiple visit to this place. Everytime i step in even though the place is super busy the girls there make sure they welcome each client with their beautiful smile (even though its covered with the mask) . They all are super friendly and nice . The hair specialist Miss Cecilia is so super talented .she recommends and helps you in making a wise choice about your hair as per your requirements . I highly recommend her for hair treatments.👍 The facial is so refreshing n relaxing. Neat and clean place with best quality products . Came here only to say that ms Clemence is wonderful with her skills!I have dead straight hair which other salons refuse to do a “blowout styling” stating that it won’t be possible for me. But ms Clemence did what I previously believed was impossible for my hair! I have bouncy waves that I love 😍

I took at appointment with Clemence for 11:30 for a blow dry but the receptionist told me to come at 11:00 as she had another appointment. I walked in sharp 11:00 and Clemence was busy with another client. She straight away told me it will take her time to which I questioned why I wasnt informed about the same earlier especially since I requested for a later appointment. She had no answer and looked away. 20 minutes later, the receptionist asked me if I was OK with someone else doing my hair. I had another appointment and I obviously couldnt wait any longer so I opted for someone else to do my blow dry.The attitude of Clemence as if she was doing me a favour and not being apologetic about wasting somebody elses time has resulted in a lost client now. Never again am I going back.

We have been using their service only because of NEELAM who is really helpful and professional but today I had extremely bad experience with Staff, where they told me for maternity massage 430 for 3 sessions. When we reached they change the statement to 700+ and the lady on reception spoke really disrespectfully.I won’t recommend the staff because they aren’t reliable anymore.I would like to speak to the senior management Please contact me to know how your staff is treating your customers.

Clemance is more than nice & very professional , she mad my hair as no body else did

I had a hair revamp at Mashael with Clemence. She turned my brassy locks into a beautiful elegant golden-ash colour using a full head of highlights. She is extremely methodical and took such care with my hair. A really lovely hairdresser that made the whole experience so relaxing. I would 100% recommend this beautiful lady.

Love white nails, but never been brave enough to get them. My white gel nails caused a bit of a problem though... the CND polish wouldnt set and several coats had to be taken off and re-applied.After less than 1 week (5 days later) two nails had completely peeled off ;-(My toes still look amazing though!

Am sorry team of Mashael salon but I have to drop a complain that extremely annoyed me due to the service that I was given. In terms of appointment I did my part and booked my appointment 2 days before to avoid inconvenience matter. I expected to be given the same staff but yet I was given unprofessional staff by the name “SARAH” who was extremely rude after realizing she spoilt my eyebrows shape and instead of apologizing she decided to tell the other colleague to finish what she messed up while walked away towards the outside door. This is annoying and disappointing to stand such a behavior as a customer. I don’t mind about the bad service but having a rude impression is the last thing a customer would want to see. I appreciate “Nadiya” Service trying her best to make me feel comfortable and to cover her colleague mistake, God bless you with your hard work.

Yesterday I went to Mashael beauty salon to take some services while I was doing my opted services one lady kept coming and asking to me if I do hot oil massage repeatedly asking me and without telling the price she did the service after finishing I went to pay where a very rude girl was sitting when she informed that hot oil is for 145dhs whereas all my other 5 services cost only 260 dhs. I was shocked to hear the price then I told why I was not informed about the price before doing the service for which the staff only said sorry I had 450dhs cash only so the rude lady at the reception kept my emirates for only 30dhs which was really embarrassing I later went home got my husband’s credit card and paid the remaining amount.This is the word experience I have had with any salon all fillipino staff catching the customers insisting to do services and not telling the price later charging extravagant prices.This salon not recommended even hot oil was very disappointing because no hand massage only 15 minutes head massage .

The smell of insecticide contaminates their sense of smell and lungs. What about the intruding cockroaches? Their prices are exaggerated only because they are in Barca and their work is less than normal, but the staff is nice.But what is the benefit of kindness if cleanliness and work are not a necessity!!!
