This was the worst hair dressing experience I have ever had. First of all, he was rude in the way he spoke to me and my mum with his tone which already made me uncomfortable. I asked him to retouch my highlights and to refresh them in general and he told me ash highlights would suit me, so I agreed. He seemed to have no regard for the health of my hair as he didn’t mix the bleach with olaplex despite my hair already being damaged from previous highlights as he said it would take too long to process (this should not even be an issue since the health of my hair should be the priority). Furthermore, he backcombed the pieces he was highlighting which was a poor choice of technique, since when he got to washing my hair he needed to brush very harshly to untangle the backcombing on my wet freshly-bleached hair that was at its most fragile state which was so distressing to sit through. By the end of it I felt like the front of my hair was too bright compared to the rest of my hair and I asked if it was possible to darken it by a shade. He immediately dismissed me and told me it’s not possible (despite me having gotten highlights before at different hairdressers and them having no issue with darkening the front pieces). I just felt as though he was trying to get me in and out of there as soon as he could. Then as I was leaving he was very adamant that I leave a 5 star review, I told him I’d review at home yet he kept pushing that I do it infront of him. Now having washed my hair since this I notice my hair is breaking and stretchy. Don’t come here if you care about your hair.April update:He is messaging me asking me to delete my review which I think is sad to see he can’t take constructive criticism. Also his response is not true you can check my profile to see he is 1 of the only salons I have reviewed badly.

Miled did a wonderful job at covering up the orange tones in my hair and got me to a beautiful neutral color. The whole process only took about two hours including bleaching and toning, usually it takes 3-4 hours at other salons. Price was really affordable as well!!

I visited their place located in marina delta hotels . they are nice people but Im not very satisfied with my hair colour.He checked my hair and suggested that I should go for Keratin treatment instead of coloring my hair . I appreciate that he cared for the condition of my hair . which is nice. but I was interested in 500 AED hair package plus I really needed a hair transformation before I travel. so I wanted to changed my hair color to blue ( but it could damage my hair) . instead I went for purple . before coloring my hair color was red. so final truth, I can barely see any purple in my hair . its still red :D greatly disappointed after having spent hours and hours over there. 500 AED package includes hair botox which is useless I believe because I dont see any benefits of it. but yes their hair styling is impressive. overall I feel like I wasted my money :| to be honest nobody even noticed any change in my hair :(
