I went to Mimosa in tecom today for the first time and had an amazing experience! They were super friendly,professional, and affordable. Asia did my hair treatment and blowdry, she is fantastic with hair, I absolutely loved it! Annabel did my gel mani and Pooja did my natural pedi, I cannot recommend them enough. I am usually very OCD and feel pain with cutting cuticles, they were both painless, very thorough, and my nails look beautiful. My mum did a mani and pedi with raquel and leah and also had a great experience. We will definitely be back!

It was my first time visiting Mimosa. I read so many good reviews and decided to give it a go. I was really impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff members. I felt very welcomed and comfortable from the receptionists and their team. Special thanks to Annabel and Alina who did such a wonderful job. I am very satisfied with the results. I will definitely go back again. This place is very nice and clean. Customer service is outstanding.

Ive been a sincere client for Mimosa beauty Lounge for almost two years now. Honestly speaking they are one of the best, in terms of flexibility of appointments and service and most importantly the crew.The girls at the reception are always willing to help with a smile. For me hair I had Ms. JOCELINE and Ms. ASIA as my hairdressers for so long and they have always made me feel comfortable, they most of the time give me good recommendations for my hair issues and they even style my very long hair differently each time i come to them with either a picture of a hair style or a hair cut.They have been also very patient and they took the time with me till they made sure that i liked how my hair looks like. My good friends had their nails and lashes done with the other technicians in the salon and ive heard good reviews about them as well.Thank you to all the girls in Mimosa for making us prettier. I also got strengthening gel that doesnt peel with a light purple color.4/10/2023:Today, I got a strengthening gel manicure + hard gel removal by Wayne again, and my nails look gorgeous!After my great experience last time, I decided to have the courage to try getting a gellish pedicure. Im terrified of catching infections at salons, but Hygiene with Leia was exceptional! She sprayed alcohol constantly and made sure I wasnt in pain before every clip. She shaped my toe nails perfectly based on how my toes grow and their length, and mind you, I get ingrown toe nails, so theyre difficult.Overall very happy with my manicure and pedicure and I look forward to going to the salon again.Dont forget to add a tip for these hard-working women ! I found this place two months ago for NAIL dip services. It was my first experience with dip n nail manicure. They exceeded my expectations without putting any extension nails for this manicure. Great staff, very welcoming and explains any doubts related to nails and hair colors. They have great packages and now it’s my go to salon for monthly manicure and pedicure.

I would like to write a review regarding my recent service. I booked protein but they did keratin without asking or telling me. My hair were not rough earlier but after keratin it became rough from the ends. They are telling me to use hair mask. This is my 6th time I got the protein done but my hair were never rough like this. They are saying it’s because of color but I got this color done, 3 years back and my hair were never rough. On top of that, they are blaming that it’s rough because I am not using hair mask. I use same products, never had any issue. If I am facing some problem this time, then there has to be some other issue.

I have been getting my hair done from Joceline for the last few months. And she has been such a delight to work with. She fixed my hair color completely. She is so patient and accommodating always. She really puts the clients needs first, and tries her best to get the client what they want. Very hard working and passionate about her work. And shes always so cheerful and approachable. Im really glad I found her. Highly recommended for hair color, hair cut and hair styling.

I’ve been going to Miss Jhessa (Mimosa Beauty Lounge) for my lash extensions, and I couldn’t be happier! She consistently does an amazing job, paying close attention to detail and ensuring my lashes look flawless every time. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also makes the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I always leave feeling more confident with gorgeous, natural-looking lashes that last. This is the best salon experience I had in Dubai, they saved my hair I had no idea what I need but I had the best consultation with joceline, she explained everything in very clear way and did my treatment, very professional, clean and on time. I had a very positive experience at Mimosa Beauty Lounge yesterday. My hairdresser, Joceline, really took the time to listen to me, look at my hair, define the best way forward, and explain the different steps we were going to take. She was patient if I didnt understand something or if I was a bit hesitant about a certain course of action and took it step by step. On top, the girls at the reception, Anna and Micah, made sure I was taken care of during my time at the salon (4,5h)! Very friendly, welcoming and professional place. Im very happy with the result and would recommend.

Saw Madiha here who did my nails for me, she was very attentive and made me comfortable throughout the process (even stayed after closing time so I am not rushed)! I called them and they were to accommodate me on short notice which I was very much thankful for. A perfect french manicure with a lovely service. I also got a pedicure and it was lovely! Will definitely be back when in the area

My favourite place for Kismet mani. Unlike Gel, Kismet doesnt ruin your nails, its long lasting without the use the harmful UV light. My nails didnt chip after having it taken off like they normally did after gel. Truly recommend, the staff are very friendly and its a tranquil, quiet place. Love it!

All I asked was an asymmetric bob cut, and the fillipino lady gave me this..! She was not even sorry or accepted that she did a bad job instead she was angry and non stop arguing me. I was just relaxing after the foot massage and my eyes were closed when I open my eyes because she started using hair dryer, then I saw the haircut it’s in total mess I stop her then she replied you are interfering in my work.! If i dint stop her , I don’t really know what she would have done to my hair. She even said it’s not a magic that it will just happened like that ..? Do I really have to walk around like this..? With this hair . I have a wedding to attend..! Reception lady was very nice and quite professional. Pedicure was good too. She was very sweet and nice and I like her so I even added extra min foot massage. You guys tell me, what am I supposed to do with this hair..? It’s already short so I can’t do anything anymore..?

Only in this saloon I can say I was satisfied and plus the well mannered staff. Not only the kind of high quality products they have used on me they knew also what kind of color suits me. Good selection of shades, clean space, nice ambience, parking available.Talking about the manicure itself - pretty good and clean job in Dubai style, nothing exceptional, but would recommend for someone who is looking for a traditional manicure/pedicure.If you are used to dry techniques tho: with the drilling machines, or looking for modern techniques of manicure, such as cuticle polishing, or gel polish application under cuticle your expectations wouldnt be probably met.

I don’t even know how to begin. From the time I stepped foot in that salon until I left, I was pampered and treated like a princess. Every single lady at this salon is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!Annabelle (not the doll lol) took VERY good care of me! My nails were damaged from another salon visit. She took her time to not only repair my nails but Annabelle put that love and consideration into caring for her client. The front desk staff was very personable. The energy is very warm. I strongly recommend this salon especially for expats new to the country. I suspect that this salon exemplify what Dubai is all about.Also, for anyone accustomed to SNS (nail dipping), this is the place. I came to this parlour twice and both the times i was attended by Anchal. She did an excellent job .Chumchum did an excellent body massage . It was very relaxing

The staff there is really inexperienced. Ive been there four times already, and every time a different person did my nails and eyebrows. Theyre really not good with eyebrows and even worse with nails. They never get the shape right, and each nail ends up looking different from the others. Its frustrating because I have to keep telling them to fix it. They also use super cheap gelish products. Ive never had gelish polish chip before, except when I got it done at Mimosa. Its honestly so weird. Wont be going back for sure

I have never visited a beauty salon that has such a high level of service, commitment to perfection and inspiration as Mimosa. A friendly and professional service, the therapists are fantastic. I have had waxing, threading, massage, hair cut and colour and dipping powder nail manicure. My expectations were exceeded with each service. The nail technician went the extra mile to design a gorgeous detail on my nails and the hair stylist wowed me with the result she delivered after my hair cut.Mimosa is great value from money and very easy to schedule.It is my one stop shop for all my beauty needs!

I asked for long lasting nails nude, no reconstruction, acrylic. Just needed something that lasts.Well I paid 280 aed with the discount and after 2 days my nails were chipped, after one week they were totally up, all broken and painful, sensitive to hot water.Never again.I feel bad to leave such a bad review but the price should match the quality, 70€ for nails which lasts two days? No thanks.

I usually go there for a pedicure but mainly to get a haircut as I finally found the stylist I can trust. Joceline has been cutting my hair for over two years now and every time I get consistent, quality service, just like today. I am using the services in Mimosa since the day they opened. All the employees are professional, on time and very polite. The saloon is clean and has really nice, relaxing atmosphere. Also, they try their best to accommodate the booking, according to your wish. Went to the salon with my mom to treat us on my birthday. Adi masseuse did an amazing job. Very professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend her to my friends. We didn’t have appointments but the hair stylists agreed to take us when she was free in between appointments so we could both look beautiful for the evening. Overall, very nice experience and would be going there again.

I have been coming to Mimosa beauty salon for the past 5 years and l always had an immaculate service. It’s very hard to find a place which has consistency in the level of service especially when it comes to manicure but Mimosa exceeds all standards. Shirlyn is my go-to nail artist: she is creative, precise, attentive to details and she is one of the best professionals you can find in Dubai, especially if you are looking for someone expert in dipping powder manicure. Even after moving out of Tecom I still drive more than half an hour just to have Shirlyn doing my nails 😉 highly recommended!

Aisha the stylist did an amazing job. My hair looks so so so good that i can not describe how happy i am. This salon is taking coloration to a very different level. I am a Mimosa Beauty Lounge regular customer for the past three years and I cant complain. The Hairdresser Joceline is experienced and knows her field. The entire team is there for the customer and always makes my visit pleasant.

Salon is nice and clean. I know them for around a year now and services are always good. Special thanks to Anchal for my beautiful brows and painless waxing. Mani-pedi is also good, lasts long and color doesnt chip off.

Mimosa offer the best experience with their products, customer service and coffee!!!! 😍 I always ask for Marisse to fix my hair, she is extremely informative and always gives valuable tips on how to prolong hair treatments which I really appreciate!! Would also like to mention the sweet Mary with her pretty smile and positive attitude. I love how warm and friendly the receptionists are as soon as you walk in the door. They are always on time for appointments. I can whatsapp them and they can always try to fit me in for the time I want. The manicures and pedicures are great. They do nail art great. I was also impressed with their massage and facial which was on offer. They also give me discount for being a teacher! Definitely recommend 👌

I was tired of having long hair so decided to get short hair. My stylist Joceline did an amazing job. She is very professional and advised me to have a keratin treatment because I have very thick hair. And the result was very good 😊 I really like it and my hair become more shiny than before!!

Really friendly and well trained staff.I went for a 1hr body massage and full body scrub with Chum Chum and I enjoyed every minute of it. I will definitely be going back again for the massage as well as to try more services here.

Had lash extensions and an ombré hair color and cut.The lash extension process was definitely 5 star and I love them.The problem was the hair coloring. I was very transparent with the stylist going in and told her the details of my hair over the past year and showed her where my virgin hair began, even letting her know my hair pulls red, so if it couldn’t be lightened a lot I’d be fine having a darker copper ombré. According to her an ombré is just bleaching half the hair and putting toner, no blending AT ALL. When I saw she was “done” without blending it I was shocked she’d be okay with me walking out looking like that. I’ve never almost cried at a salon before but I was ready to just walk out and put box dye on my hair it was so bad. Thankfully the lady at reception saw how upset I was and called the stylist over to explain and told her what to do to fix it and then had her fix it right then. The whole time the stylist made excuses about how it took a lot of time cause my hair is thick, it was dark before, etc, despite me covering my hair history with her before. The receptionist intervening and correcting the issue is why I gave 3 stars overall instead of 1. Even though I can at least walk outside and not look horrible, the stylist destroyed my hair texture (which is impressive considering all the colors I’ve had before and maintained my hair integrity).So if you’re doing lashes: go for it. But definitely avoid it for hair coloring.First pic is what the stylist was okay letting me leave with. Second is after the receptionist had her fix it. (God bless the receptionist.)

I tried the dipping nail color and nail extensions.. the staff is very professional and positive. I also has a deep cleaning facial does there... by far the best experience ever.. the session was wonderful and super relaxing, not like anything I tried before, and my skin looks and feels amazing! I highly recommend going for a Medical foot treatment! Miriam is absolutely the best! Her detailed treatment and care she puts into every step of the treatment is truly amazing! My feet felt like a baby’s skin!

I had very bad Experience !!!I used to do dipping powder then after one week the coat started to detached completely from the nail!! I had this incident several times!!I went there to fix it and they want to charge me again !! And this is not the first time .The product they r using are very bad either for my pedicure several time I used to do it and after few days I had to go AGAIN to re-fixed it again waisting of time and energy.. The service is very bad the hygiene is very bad my nail got fungal infection!! It’s awful place I don’t recommend it at all..

Since living in Dubai, I have always wanted to find a high end nail salon. I have tried other salons before but the finish of the nails as well as the quality and amount of time that they last does not compare to Mimosa! In particular, Welma is amazing and takes so much time and care over your nails and always does exactly what you ask for. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Dubai- definitely the best!

Jocylene does my blowdry, shes amazing. Jessica usually does my shampooing and shes also great. I do my eyebrows with Anchal, always great, and my daughter does her bails with Miriam whom she loves so much. All the staff is so nice and kind. ❤️

The ladies in the salon have been amazing both in welcoming me and in the job. I had quite a complex process because I had jet black hair and wanted it silver. Most other salons would refuse this request because it aint easy to do but Maris, my colorist was so good and experienced in the field, we achieved what we wanted. Would definitely come back.

I had a full body massage with ADI who is FANTASTIC! She is attentive and is strong as well. She reads your body and gives you good tips on how to improve your circulation also. I highly recommend her. The salon staff are friendly and helpful .

I visited mimosa lounge today as I needed a quick trim and wasn’t able to arrange one in the UK. I contacted mimosa who were very pleasant and offered me an appointment day of my choice and offered me a time slot which would coincide with my arrival in Dubai. I have always stuck with my hair dresser and would never let anyone else give me a chop, however the lady who gave me a haircut did a splendid job and by far was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! Thank you very much!

An above average beauty salon in the neighbourhood. I say so only because this place is clean. The massages here are good and eyebrow threading services are okay.However, I have gotten gellish nails done a few times and they last a week. If you tell them, they will get it fixed for you but still would have been better if application was done properly the first time round. One time, one of the staff cut my cuticles off completely and they were painful and uncomfortable for a few days so that was unpleasant. They are not supposed to do that, or at least ask first.Hair services wise, Hairdresser was not gentle. Lowered the heat of the hairdryer when I told her its too hot but shortly increased it again. Disrespectful and not a good experience, probably rushing to get job done. She did get the job done though if that’s the only criteria you are looking for when visiting.On my last visit, I did lash extension removal and the lady caused severe pain to my eye from the careless rubbing with cotton pad. Had to rush to see the Opthalmologist immediately. Probably the scariest experience of my life. Its a few days now and my eye is still hurting. Management did apologise and compensated by refunding service fee and paid for the medication. Staff however, did not apologise.All in all, good management but staff could be trained better and be more gentle and careful. So far only had good experiences with the massages and eye threading.They had a lovely lady at the reception previously who was always smiling and asking how the service was after. Changed the atmosphere of the salon and contributed to experience overall. Didnt see her this time round, instead a lady who couldnt be bothered apologising or asking how my eye was when she issued me the refund for my lash service after I had to visit the Eye Hospital. She didnt have to but considering how she was the one I alerted the issue to, she could’ve been more hospitable.Edit: Looking at the reply made by the salon, I will definitely not patron it anymore. Silly excuse, your lash technician was careless and rubbed my eye with the cotton pad. That is what caused the pain and for me to seek medical help. There was nothing wrong with my lash extensions, they were properly done. Be ethical enough to accept the mistake and we can all move on. Dont find excuses, a salon with no integrity will not thrive.

My wife had booked appointment for hair color and highlights.The hair dresser came , Asked for black hair and brown highlights and she said not possible right away . I wish they had told this at time of booking and not waste our time . She went on about how she can color it black and I can buy extensions !! .I have naturally black hair , not the first time I have colored my hair . This girl did not even try to attempt to explain or try to reach what client wanted . Basically I never expected such a rated salon to have amateurs .Having gone to many salons in Barsha heights and none said this . The one that had appointment explained how balancing certain toner and color desired result can be achieved and they did the job even at lower rate . !!I can gladly share the results if Mimosa wants to get tutorial . I hope nobody else gets treated the way I was treated .

Booked an appointment for haircut and blow dry, got the stylist name from Google reviews. The stylist insisted that she could not finish the cut until she did the blow dry and straightened the hair using flat iron. I said that I dont like to do flat iron as it makes my hair stiff straight. She said that she must do it to finish the cut as my hair is wavy!!! Ive never heard anything like that in my life, I cut my wavy hair dozens of times before and it was always wash, cut and blow dry in that order!!! The result was exactly as I had expected; stiff straight hair with no shape or volume. She then sprayed some water on the front part and blew-dried and offered to wet it all and blow dry again, but I refused as I didnt want to walk away with burned hair.As for the free parking, they have 2 designated slots in the building garage but the staff dont actually know where they are, so just park outside and pay the RTA fee or good luck finding the free parking.Giving them 2 stars for cleanliness and friendly staff who offered me 20% discount as a first time Customer. However, the service is not up to expectations and not worth the price even with the discount.

Great customer service, a 20% discount for my first visit, and a quality application of the mail dipping powder. I will definitely be back. The only thing I didn’t love was the art- I asked for simple flowers and they don’t look good, so I will be back but I will not ask for art next time.

Poor quality of nail polish / gel. Still suffering with my broken nails + fungi. Not very good customer service either when I complained I was told they will make it up for me but that was not really what happened + couldn’t be saved as my nails were already very much damaged. It was my first time visiting today. I have very difficult over processed dry hair (due to bleaching for 10 years, going from black to red and then to blonde). I’ve previuosly had horrible experiences with salons in Dubai and in Cairo where hair stylists are dishonest and just want to color your hair for the sake of money. Mimosa is the ONLY salon that took care of me like no other salon ever has!Amani was my hair colorist. She’s a pure genius. She spent over 7 hours working on my hair, she was very gentle and honest with me and I ended up getting the color that I’ve always wanted. This salon is a must visit!

The first time my wife went she said it was great and they offered her refreshments. But the second time she went she wasnt very happy because they did not shampoo her hair properly even though she paid extra for this service.

The staff are very courteous and they are making sure that everyone is following Covid precautions really clean and safe place. Ms. Jocelyn their hairstylist is really amazing!!! Didnt regret visiting their salon.

I gave that place many chances, and as always ... very expensive and not so good quality !The hard gel breaks and doesnt last.. the kismet dipping powered splited away from my nails and i got fungus!

Clean nice and quite.I did a hair cut and it was nice and clean. Followed by a blow dry that is not harsh and did not burn my scalp or hair.
