I had a very nice experience regarding highlights and eyebrow shaping and tinting! They have great pakistani staff as well. Shamim did my highlights which were sooooo goood!! Being having henna hair she did an amazing work on my hair. They work with whole dedication. I had eyebrow threading and body waxing done with Ms. Nosheen, and she gave me an incredible experience. She was very professional in her work, yet gentle and caring. Mirrors Al Bustan branch is one of the best salons that I’ve been to. Besides their friendly staff, they also offer variety of services. I recently got my highlights done from a very kind lady Shamim. She did so much of hard work that could be seen easily as my hair were pretty dark and i wanted to go for a lighter shade. She was very straight from the start guided me well on how the shade will come and through the process also she kept showing me and telling me that what would be the results. Recently, a friend recommended Mirrors at Al Bustan for a haircut, and Im so glad I went! Ive been wanting bangs for the longest time but was always hesitant since most stylists either specialize in straight hair or give you a cut that only looks good until the blow-dry effect wears off. My hair is between 2A-2B waves, and the stylist here did an amazing job. She made sure to cut the bangs at the perfect length, keeping my natural waves in mind. I absolutely love the result!

Dear Management:I’m writing to express my disappointment with the lack of coordination within your team. It seems like each staff member offers different prices, leading customers to feel deceived. To my surprise, even colleagues of the staff openly admitted that I was overcharged.Last weekend, I visited your Al Bustan branch, where my sister was persuaded to get a facial, with the promise that it would make her skin look more radiant and be done with care. However, after the treatment, her face was left red, bruised, and even bleeding for the next three days.What made matters worse was the lack of care and concern shown by the staff member who performed the facial. There was no effort to ensure that my sister was comfortable, nor any special attention given despite the obvious irritation to her skin.Imagine preparing for an important function only to have this happen after a facial! This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I booked an appointment on WhatsApp and visited their branch in Al Bustan Center. I showed them I have a booking for pedicure. The Filipino receptionist was arguing somebody else handles the WhatsApp and it’s a new staff so they have not accommodated. And the staff who has to do pedicure was unavailable.The receptionist was so unprofessional - she and another staff was talking in tagalog language between themselves. Did not bother to answer the customer. Or reschedule it. They did not even respond us.Very rude behavior. Will never recommend anybody. Don’t waste your time visiting there

Poor service after 3rd day of protein treatment , hair condition is as seen in the attached photos. I have used sulfate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner as per saloons recommendation.Furthermore, once I raised complaint about their poor service since my hair become curly after 1st wash, then I visited saloon today however the staff washed my hair then they blow dried it later told me it’s fine now . Please don’t fool customers for your poor Service and using non effective products.I don’t recommend this saloon as per my experience due to unprofessional service and non effectiveness of their treatments.

Ms Rosa’s service were very professional, detailed and perfect especially the way she handles the nails for manicure and pedicure . Would strongly recommend her for painless hard Lycon waxing. The salon has very pretty interiors, adequately spaced, and very clean.

I had my eyebrows threaded and body waxed by Ms.Komal and Ms. Riya, and it was a fantastic experience. She was both professional and gentle in her work, showing care in her approach.

Limited shades of nail polish. The one which were available were also dried up.The facial room ceiling was leaking from both the sides of the bed.Thai Manicurist was very rough, as if she just wanted to finish and get rid of the job.For bill calculations the lady at the counter miscalculated twice and finally another lady calculated correct.

This place is such a hit or miss!! You’re either going to get the best experience or the worst! I’ve done my nails with them several times and they turned out great but the last time I did the lady shaved off half my nails and make them sooo weak and ugly. Also, their blowdry is perhaps the worst! It’s very puffy and a lot of fly ways might as well do it at home - NOT salon quality blow dry at all!! But Great eyebrows! Great gel nail polish(depending on who’s doing it)! The place is clean.

Worst experience if i can rate it zero i would do thatThey are very bad salonThe employees there are not professionalI went with my mum and one of the employees her name was Hoyam” if it is the real name “ treated my mum very rudely and she was extremely impolite and rude i was very close to call the police ?!Also they cut my finger cause me bleeding i have to took antibiotics after i had pedi in that salon

To be honest expected better service when i book there to do a hair spa and hair cut for my mom. on the other hand we received poor lazy service from the staff who attended us. we have to drop the plan of hair cut after i saw how they were doing hair spa. I never had hair spa lasting for 5 mins. i have to ask her for the spa cream to apply when we are asking for hair spa service and finally she burnt my mom’s ear as an extra service.

I had the worst salon experience of my life from here. I went to color my hair burgundy and I got the result as shown in the photo. I asked the stylist Maria to colour my hair for a second time and it was still looking black. She had made me sign a consent quoting the price as AED 840 before the procedure. I refused to make the full payment as I was not at all happy with the results. But the salon manager and the receptionist behaved very rude and they made me pay the whole amount without even showing a gesture of giving a discount. Will never visit them again nor will I recommend anyone to go there. Extremely disappointed for all the damage happened to my hair by colouring twice with no sight of burgundy even when I stand in sunlight. Mirrors beauty lounge - please make your customers pay before you do the service rather than making them sign the consent!!

This is my second time going to mirrors and it was so good! The saloon is clean and veryy pretty, the receptionists are very kind and helpful, and everyone working there is super sweet. Eye lashes technician was lovely and nice.. tho the eyelashes were plastic-like and so irritating to my eyes that I had to remove them a couple of days after.. they gave me a real hard time on removal as the glue was very hard to dissolve, unlike my previous experiences with other places.. the hair blowdry was okay.. the lady who performed it wasnt exactly happy tho 😅Its an okay saloon but I missed the relaxed indulging feeling I get when I go to beauty lounges.. its more like a neighborhood saloon you go to for a quick fix.

I visited twice for gel manicures and the girls inside were just lovely! Jyoti and Yogi did an amazing job and were so sweet. Highly recommend them!Only BEWARE of the staff at the reception when paying. When booking they quoted a different price and I was charged a lot more after the service. Even after calling again after paying they quoted a price much lower than I paid. When I questioned them she gave me a nonsensical reason and refused to accept her mistake.

I just visited Mirrors Beauty Lounge Al Bustan for a manicure and pedicure, having made an appointment in advance and clearly communicated that I had a time constraint. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting for 20 minutes without any update on the delay. When I finally inquired, I was told the technician wasnt available and it would take an additional 15-20 minutes.The lack of communication and disregard for my time was incredibly frustrating. The staff showed little remorse for the inconvenience caused, displaying unprofessionalism and inconsiderate behavior. Given this experience, I will not be returning here.

I don’t recommend waxing , half of the hair remains , them just saying is not going because is growing , my first and last time .Painful experience.It s a waste of money , so disappointing.

Hair still fizzy rough. They just pay or use own people for good rating and reviews.

I wanted to book for my hair highlights, hair color and hair treatment today however upon knowing that Maria is no longer there, I decided not to go ahead with the booking.Its very sad to know that she is not working here anymore as I have been going to this salon for years as I only trust Maria to do my hair. She will always go out of her way to always attend to me whenever I come despite her busy schedule.She is the only hair stylist that will patiently do my hair and take care of it as if it is her own hair. She also gives the best advice on which color, which style or color combinations suits her clients.Every time after my visit with Maria, everyone will compliment how nice my hair is and people will ask who my stylist is.Its really disheartening to know that shes no longer working here.

We had bought Groupon deals for a hair spa, trim and blow dry from the salon after discussing it with the staff in advance. However, we were not satisfied with the services. The hair spa was just a 10 minute hair conditioning treatment, and for the hair trim, the stylist insisted on charging extra money for a basic trim, even though my hair was already in a layered cut and just needed a trim following that shape. Moreover, the initial deal included a blow dry, but the stylist claimed that it was just the drying of the hair and not a proper blow dry. I ended up paying an extra amount for my hair, apart from the Groupon deal. Even my ten-year-old sisters hair, which was already cut in a basic U shape, was charged extra for a cut and blow dry. I had a good experience with this salon previously when I went there for a manicure, but this time, the service was disappointing. It felt like the stylist was uninterested in working and just wanted to finish with us as soon as possible. I am genuinely disappointed with the salon.

I recently visited this salon using a Groupon voucher for a gel manicure and pedicure. The staff and reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed to pay 30 AED charge which was required for a few seconds of scrubbing for the pedicure which actually should be included because before a pedicure meant scrubbing as well.The scrubbing lasted for not more than 10 seconds.The manicure itself was well-executed and the gel application was good However, what was lacking was any form of massage during both the manicure and pedicure. Not even a brief massage was included, which was a bit disappointing.Overall, it was a decent experience due to the welcoming staff and good manicure work, but the additional charge for a quick scrub and the absence of any massage during the treatments left something to be desired.I also experienced some issues with the gel manicure I received. Unfortunately, within just 24 hours, one of my nails chipped. I promptly reached out to the salon staff to communicate the problem, and they suggested that I come back for a fix. However, I found it impractical to return for just one nail.Rosa did my pedicure and renuka did my manicure.Furthermore, I was somewhat surprised when they tried to attribute the chipping to the length of my nails, as Ive had gel manicures before without encountering such issues. This explanation didnt quite align with my previous experiences, which left me feeling a bit puzzled.Would try their other services next time .Plenty if parking and well decorated salon.

Been doing extensions for 3 years. But the work I saw here was brilliant. Kim is a lash magician! She will suggest the right style based, on your existing lashes and eye shape. I even got a style custom made just for me. The quality of the lashes is top notch, so soft and lightweight. Most important was the glue. For the first time I wasn’t left with watery red eyes. Cannot recommend Kim enough. Also a shout out to the receptionist, she’s super friendly and a delight to talk to.

Roksana has given be the best service yet. Her massage relaxed all my muscles and make me fall asleep. I would 10/10 recommend to get it on a monthly basis as it completely relaxes you. I got the footlogic treatment as well and my feet feel like it’s baby’s skin. After all the pedicures none have ever made it feel this soft and better.

I would go to the rigga branch for years until their service turned out disappointing. I was happy that they opened a branch close to where I live but the service was no different. I went for a Keratin treatment maybe about a year back and it was the worst decision of my life. The stylist completely ruined my hair, they said it was the loreal treatment but clearly that was a lie. This wasnt my first Keratin treatment so I could easily tell the difference. Even after that I tried to give them another chance by trying their nail services, It was my fault that I didnt book in prior because I was so caught up with work so I decided to walk in. The front desk attendant was not too pleased about it, I could tell because of the look she gave me. She gave me a look questioning if I could afford the place. Nevertheless I tried booking in prior yet again and she still refused to serve me lol. I asked her if I could come in at 8, she responds by saying no the technician will leave by 9:30. That line itself is self explanatory on how they treat their customers. My advice if you live in the area, drive 100km extra if you have to because theyre neither convenient or professional.

This beauty lounge is fantastic. I had a balayage hair color done and after so many struggles that Ms. Suzana went through, I got the best possible result for my hair that I wanted. My hair was completely black because I had colored it almost three months ago and it was impossible to get a light color on it, but Ms. Suzana did her best and made me feel very grateful and satisfied with her services and kindness. Ms. Jona been doing my mani pedi since last year and I love how she takes good care of my nails. She knows how to get my stubborn dead skin in my toes gently. Im here at least 2-3 times in a month and always look forward to being pampered by Renuka and Yogini. Renuka and Yogi are both great at mani-pedi and foot spas and Renukas hands are like magic when it comes to massages. All of their staff are friendly and welcoming as well, I cant fault their customer service. If you prefer it when its quiet like I do, I suggest heading there on Sundays or during the weekdays. Their only problem is they never say no to customers which I believe can sometimes be Frustrating as they might tell you to come in when they cannot give you the service at that time of the day

I had an appointment for a hair cut today, which was really good. However, I had another service which was a back massage. First of all, the receptionist was VERYYY argumentative, I booked on their website for a BACK MASSAGE, (which clearly stated that it was a full back massage) she then proceeded to tell me that it was just a neck and shoulder massage. When I was about to start my service, they told me to just sit on the hair dresser chair in front of all the other customers and take MY SHIRT OFF and they would just give me a towel to cover up my chest. I obviously was hesitant and denied and asked for a massage room for privacy. They let me enter one but wouldn’t let me lay down on the massage bed and they just let me sit on an office chair with wheels, which kept moving and made me super uncomfortable. I was a very loyal client and I used to come for my mani and pedi really often. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you’re looking for something professional, really poor service.

Roksana is a pro in fixing all your foot problems!!!!Due to the gunk and dead skin buildup, my foot was so dry and rough like a horse woof,I had been to do botox for my hair but eventually ended up doing this foot treatment called footlogix ….And it wouldnt be so relaxing if wasnt for roksana who caressed my foot like a baby ,All the dirt was scrubbed vigorously and then my legs were soaked in warm water after which she gave me this heavenly massage !!!Ohhh wow i was sooo relaxedThanks rokasana and mirrors loungeI need to mention the lady with golden hands maria …She is a master in fixing all your hair concerns and the way she treats her clients is so homelyThroughtout the process of the hairdo she was very reassuring because it was my first ever hair treatment. Roza does the facial like no other. Before my skin was a mess. The Facial brought it right back to normal, giving me a beautiful dewy skin as well as a plumpness with less visible pores. It also left me feeling hydrated, smooth and clean. She is so good with her soft hands and takes her time to do it like a professional. She even removed white/black heads so well my skin feels so glowy and smooth. Would recommend to get facials done by Roza. :))
