Had a great time yesterday at Mon Poney! Beautiful location and pleasant space, very inspiring to combine self-care with a beautiful view of the marina. In general, probably best value for money in the city. You get the classical Russian detail-oriented and client-oriented service, neat manicures-pedicures. My standards are quite high, so it’s often hard to please me, but I think I found my masters there. There are more luxurious salons in Dubai, where the price would go up high, while the quality won’t. This one’s a good one. Have not tried hair services yet.

I was very disappointed that there was NO colour similar to the one I wanted.I asked them twice before coming if they have colour like this (on the first picture)They said they have similar… ended up only with a choice of purple and this dark pink (on the second picture, left side).I’ve been not satisfied by the dark pink colour and I asked to remove it.With “naked” nails I went out and I have to find another salon around who can make me what I wanted.Because it’s late and not everyone have a cat eye gel and I have to go to the different nail salons and see if they have exact colour I wanted.Driven 40 minutes to Marina for this nail appointment.On the second picture, right side I got what I need in another nail salon. I used to visit this salon regularly for my nails, but unfortunately, my recent experience with the receptionist has been very disappointing. Her attitude is disrespectful and sarcastic, and it’s a shame because the services themselves are quite good, but the unprofessional behavior at the front desk has completely changed my opinion of the salon. I hope management addresses this issue so future clients dont have to deal with the same unpleasantness.

Really nice salon, great views over the marina & very relaxing watching the yachts go past. Really nice attentive staff & also offered a cappuccino on arrival. Really happy with all services: extremely nice/gentle blow-dry - staff (I think Nura) even took the time to educate me about my hair and styling. Also really happy with my brows and lashes (Yana), I will be visiting again soon for infill and to try nails. Thank you :)edit: since seeing the negative reviews about eyebrow treatment I would like to emphasise just how happy I was with my brow lamination. Such attention to detail (I have previously had difficulties with lamination as my brows are thick and usually dont lift very well).They came out perfectly lifted, symmetrical and with no damage at all. Im unsure whether the staff have changed but my experience with Ksenia on 25/04/23 I was extremely satisfied and I will be returning to her every time now.

I recently visited Mon Poney salon in Dubai Marina for a brow shaping and coloring service, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The master who attended to me did not seem to have any prior knowledge of brow architecture and started shaping my brows without any preparation of building correct shape.The end result was messy and uneven eyebrows that looked completely different from one another. To make matters worse, the master did not remove the hair properly, resulting in a messy and unpolished look.Additionally, the master remarked that my eyebrows were too dark compared to my hair. However, instead of asking whether I wanted color or henna, which would have been a better option for me because definitely I didn’t need coloring eyebrow’s hair. The priority was to color eyebrows skin. As a result, my eyebrows now look darker and paint didn’t cover gaps.When I expressed my difficulty in using gel with my eyebrows, the master simply said that the problem was with the bad shape that my previous master made (not true) and suggested thinning them out. However, this only resulted in even more gaps and made it even harder for me to style my eyebrows using gel.My experience at Mon Poney salon in Dubai Marina was not satisfactory. The master did not have the necessary skills to provide a quality service. The messy and uneven shape of my brows, the gaps and the thinning out of my eyebrows have left me extremely unhappy with the service I received. I do not plan on returning to this salon and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a professional brow service.It is quite disappointing to know that Mon Poney has already started inviting influencers for free service. It seems that the salon is more concerned with increasing its social media presence than providing quality services to its customers.In conclusion, it is disappointing to see that Mon Poney salon does not seem to understand the importance of providing quality services to its customers. Instead of focusing on improving their services and training their staff to provide better services, they seem to be more interested in social media marketing and promotion. It is unlikely that they will gain loyal customers with such unprofessional service. After I wrote my review, I was contacted by the co-founder of the salon, who apologized for the situation and offered to either return my money or give them a second chance to fix my brows with another master. I decided to give them a second chance, and I must say, I am extremely pleased that I did.The second master, Ksenia, was absolutely fantastic. She listened to my concerns carefully. She made perfect architectural preparations and did everything so professionally. The result was amazing - a perfectly shaped brows that I am absolutely thrilled with.I am happy to say that I am now a loyal customer of Ksenia in Mon Poney, and I wish them continued success in choosing the best team. I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Ksenia for anyone looking for a professional brow service at Mon Poney salon.

So, what can I say, lately I have come across not very good masters, I had the experience of an unsuccessful manicure and disgusting eyelashes, in fact, after looking at this obscenity at home, I was perplexed, because before that I had been to wonderful masters and there was no such horror. In the salon, I noticed that my lower eyelashes were strongly glued to my upper ones, and not just one or two, but a whole bunch, but with the help of tweezers I dealt with this problem myself, however, having examined at home exactly how the eyelashes were made, I was ready to cry, it’s a nightmare how careless and in one word extremely poor quality :(Regarding the unsuccessful manicure, there was nothing super terrible, I was just injured in three areas of the skin on three different fingers and the coating itself cracked the next day, I wrote to the salon and they gave me a 15% discount, calling this experience unacceptable, many thanks to them for this reaction. This time I visited master Saikal and was very pleased with her, nice girl and good manicure.I also had successful experience with extensions. One master no longer works in the salon, the second, in my opinion, still accepts, but I was not with her, but with Maria, according to the recording. The administrators are always polite and friendly, in the salon you can drink complimentary coffee (to be honest, it’s not tasty, but I’m not an expert), tea, water, there are never any complaints about the service, but the level of the services themselves is disappointing, and I would call it mediocre. There are good masters, of course, but so far my experience has been unsuccessful, unfortunately. I’ll share my experience about this salon!!! I’ve been here twice for eyelash extensions!!! Eyelash extension specialists are professionals!!! But yesterday my hair was ruined!!! The hair stylist asked what I wanted, I first told her a straight cut with bangs and showed her a photo!!! Everything should be clear from the photo, but no, she asked me a million questions!!! I told the hairdresser that they had already ruined the shape of my hair and bangs and that I was growing them out!!! It was clear from my hair that it was dead and dry since I hadn’t had a haircut for a long time!!! I showed her the first photo and asked if this bang would suit me, she said she didn’t know, well, ok!! She showed me the second photo and told me to do this!!! As a result, short bangs like a hedgehog without any transition!!! This master needs to improve his skills!!! If you set such prices, then be kind enough to hire professionals!!! Last time I got a much better haircut for a lower price!!!

It was my first time at the salon. I had complex lightening with toning and a haircut done by Arina. Overall Im happy with the result.The nail service girls Sasha and Ksenia worked quickly and carefully. I spent the whole day in the salon, just relaxed.The only thing I didn’t understand was the final amount, which was supposed to be at a discount. The preliminary calculation was 1,500 hair and 272 nails, but in the end I paid 1,972. I didn’t bother to figure it out (I should have already run home to the baby), but in the future I will find out in detail how much and for what I am paying.

I had a negative experience at this salon. At the beginning, everything was more or less satisfactory, but what happened next I will now explain: I came with a blonde using the air touch technique for which I paid a lot of money with a request to remove the yellowness from the roots and showed a photo, the hairdresser assured me that she would do the same as on photo. After washing my hair, I was already horrified by the result, since there was absolutely nothing left of the blonde and the hairdresser told me not to worry that it was so dark, the color would lighten when dried. Arriving home, I examined myself in detail in the mirror and was even more horrified by what I saw - half of the head was dark chestnut and the other half of the head was gray with a clear divided line. After I told the salon that I was dissatisfied with the result, they began to convince me that this was exactly what I wanted. When I visited the salon again, I was not particularly happy and the master began to prove that she did exactly what was in the photo, as a result, we didn’t change anything much, we washed off the old tint a little, the color at the ends became lighter, but the roots remained dark and how Now they didn’t answer me to return the air touch technique and whether I need to bleach it again. I do not recommend this salon for coloring. The first photo shows what I wanted and the second third photo shows what I received.

The craftsmen are wonderful, but due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager and the girl at the reception, I will not go there again. There was already an unpleasant incident when they didn’t even apologize for what happened, namely it was a very unsuccessful haircut, after which I decided to give a second chance to the salon, now the incident repeated itself, only in a situation where the manager could not calculate the time correctly and I was asked to wait 30 minutes...no apologies. Early on I had good impressions of the salon, despite the fact that the salon let me down in terms of time, but I was satisfied with the result.Today, when I tried to sign up for toning, the administrator could not explain to me why they could not add a haircut (of the ends of my hair) to the toning procedure and said that the haircut was a separate procedure, but I would wash my hair and dry it during toning.Then I had a question, how can a haircut be a separate procedure and be considered at the full price, if you do not spend time and materials on washing/drying/styling, to which the administrator answered me again and again with the message “The price is fixed, we cannot change it . The solution I proposed to do a full toning procedure, and then a full drying procedure (so as not to waste money) was also rejected.As a client, this pricing seems strange to me and that the employee cannot explain where it came from.

An hour after the procedure began, the administrator came up and said that the terminal was not working, and I did not have cash. After another 20 minutes, she came up again and offered to either remove the cover (by this time we were just finishing it), or leave a deposit and go withdraw money. The option of simply letting me go to get the money didn’t suit her, and I had nothing to leave as collateral. When I reminded about the 10% discount, they simply ignored me. As a result, I spent another half an hour on useless communication with the administrator, which ended with threats from her.
