Horrible quality of seemingly expired nail polishes! We tried a couple of colors all textures were melty, it was more suitable for a sandwich than nail coloring. Technician tried fixing because without it my nails were already stained, but nothing helped the texture was horrible! Not long after I left the color was fading.

This salon has branches accessible everywhere. Farzana is great when it comes to waxing i just feel the prices are tooo high! Before i used to go for my nails and regular services but now i have limited myself due to the expensive pricing. U can only benefit from their services if u have discount cards like emirates platinum, fazza ir esaad. Otherwise u have to pay hfty amount

Hammam with Rabiaa is the best! Highly recommend.

Visited for mani and pedi. They burnt my cuticles leaving acetone on for a very long time, were very rough in then removing gel and tidying nails, didn’t do any foot scrub, and then mani colour was a mess, not clean edges, and bumpy - even after I asked to fix it the second time was still bumpy. Decided to not bother with colour for my feet as by then it was better to stop and go elsewhere.Ladies were friendly but not trained well.

If there was a -5 option to review i would habe used it. The manager lourdes, is more than unprofessional and rude. I am shocked at the impolite communication and lack of knowledge on voucher redemption. I am shocked! On thr other hand, the receptionist rangi is so kind and polite and tried her best to be of assistance.

I got my hair done with Afaf. No one was ever able to do my hair like she did. It was amazing and the blow dry with volume lasted for 3 days.100% would recommend this salon. The best.

Honestly the place is alright. i got a blow dry and a mani pedi and the blow dry frizzed up so quickly, they don’t have many color options and don’t even scrub ur feet during the pedicure.

It was perfect, all the staff are very professional and the results are gorgeous, they are also very nice and friendly. I loved everything there, its also huge & clean , i will definitely go back again
