I also treated myself to a facial, which was incredibly relaxing and left my face feeling fresh and rejuvenated.The hair color service was top-notch—my hair looks vibrant and healthy, just how I wanted it. The manicure and pedicure were both beautifully done, with great attention to detail. I also had my face waxed and threaded, and the results were smooth and precise.Overall, the staff is professional, friendly, and ensures a comfortable experience. Good experience at Mukta Salon. I went for a light trim with shape improvement and my stylist was Sunisha.She was polite and understood the instructions well on how I wanted the trim and did exactly what was required.She also took a before and after pic to show me how she had done the hair-trim.Thank you Mukta Salon.

I recently visited this salon for full hair highlights treatment, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and damaging to my hair. The highlights were done unevenly—while the upper side was highlighted, the inside left section of my hair was completely ignored, and the right inside section was overly done. The lack of consistency in the highlights was shocking, especially given that I purchased a package for full hair highlights.As customers, we trust the professionals to ensure a thorough and balanced application, particularly in areas we cannot see ourselves, like the inside sections of the hair. This trust was broken, and the results were far from satisfactory.When I left an honest review about my experience, highlighting the damage and uneven highlights, the salon initially offered me compensation Infrontly. However, when I declined, they resorted to intimidation, threatening legal action against me and my husband for defamation, claiming I had caused damage worth AED 100,000 to their reputation. They even mentioned using photos and videos of me without my consent.This was not just a bad experience—it was unprofessional and deeply concerning. I urge the management to focus on improving their services and professionalism rather than trying to silence genuine feedback. Customers deserve respect, quality, and transparency.

I went to the salon today and was helped by a lovely lady named Jhoti. She put me at ease and was professional and sweet. i had face polish + arm waxing. It was done super fast. Prices are very good too. I did have the feeling that I was being laughed at by the staff.. There were 2 girlw who were walking around doing nothing. they looked at me and laughed. not so nice feeling. also the images of the hairs here on google are not correct. These are not theirs but come from the internet. Would i come back here second time? No not more because of the intimidating staff. plenty of similar salons nearby..

I really appreciate the service they do the staff is so friendly and polite . In fact it was my first time visit and I was hesitating but they were so friendly and made me comfort in all ways .Coming to the services I would say they are the best and very quick at doing their job best part is they don’t make you wait and am very happy with their services also there services are very affordable and feel the prices are also very reasonable. They also costumi e the package according to our needs.Finally I would say this the best salon I have visited in Dubai . I was searching for a good parlor on google and then my eyes got this salon.Services are so good, I had 6 services(Haircut, face cleanup, full waxing with underarms and half legs waxing) in 1 month package only of 160 Dh which is actually so cheap. And about staff person Jyoti, she is very nice by nature and expert by work. You guyz should try, it will all worthy.

The salon was really good. I had manicure, pedicure, eyebrow threading, henna, and hair cut on 29th at 8.30pm. All the services were really good.It was past their duty hours but they still managed to do their best with a smile on their faces because they had a great team.They offered me moog paratta as it was dinner time, and Mukta maam was generous to make me feel comfortable.Mukta maam did the exactly the length of my hair that she said she would do, as I told her I just needed to trim a little.Everything was finished by 1am and they kept me company until the taxi and ensured my safety.This was my best experience out of three parlors in Dubai.

The lady who cut the hair did a very bad job and acted as if everything is fine. Another lady had to fix my daughters hair. Still the haircut looks.clumsy.. not recommended for haircut especially with kids they have no idea how to deal with..

I did full face threading and got 4 cuts on my face which took four days to heal. I asked for thick brow thread and she made it extremely thin and it changed my entire face look. Never gonna visit u guys again. Giving offers doesnt mean u can ruin the looks.
